Enkouji Temple This is a view of Enkouji Temple in Ichijyo-ji on November 8. It is located right next to Shisen-do Temple and up the hill from Shirakawa street. Honryutei garden is a stone one depicting a dragon rushing about and a sea of clouds shimmering in the distance. When the gate opened, there were only a few people in the garden. Therefore, I was able to take my time to visit. After passing through the central gate, the Jugyu-no-niwa garden spreads out in front of the main hall. The leaves had not yet turned red and were just beginning to change color. There is a “suikinkutsu” in front of the main hall. Everyone becomes quiet in front of the suikinkutsu 💖. Let's sit on the edge of the Shoin. “Yamanoie-Hasegawa” restaurant A friend of mine who went around the trail the day before told me that the autumn leaves were beautiful. So we came on November 5! Doggies are allowed on the terrace! Fuqu received a gift of baked sweet potatoes from the restaurant. Thank you very much for giving us a baked sweet potato even for Fuqu 💖. Fuqu was so excited by the smell of sweet potatoes! We could choose a non-alcoholic drink as a set drink! You have to eat the potato skin, too💦. I had a set of fried shrimp and fried scallops. 🤤 Papa-san got a set of grated hamburger steak. 🎶 It's a western style restaurant "Hasegawa" located on the west of Kitaoji bridge, where customers line up every day.
