Hello everyone
Today, I just fixed a Benley stove
I think this stove is quite beautiful, so I will make a video about it
This video will help you find out more about stoves
This stove only has a hole in the control panel
The power panel is not a problem
Benley
I think this panel is very basic
A lot of stoves use this kind of panel
First, I will make a hole in the power supply panel
I will make holes in the power supply panel so that you can find out more about stoves
First, I will make a hole in the power supply panel
This is the power supply IC
This is the power adapter
This is the DC 300V power supply
The power from the DC 300V power supply goes through this power supply
It will convert to 18V and 9.5V
Then the 9.5V power supply goes through this 7805 power supply
To reduce 5V for the control
The 18V power supply goes directly from this power supply
It will be supplied to the driver IC
It will be supplied to the cooler fan
The cooler fan in the stove always runs at 18V
This is the power supply IC
The name of this power supply IC is Viper 12A
You can replace it with Viper 2A or AP8012
When we look at the power circuit, we can see that the 5,6,7,8 pins are connected to each other
That is the pin D of the Moffet
The 1,2 pins are also connected to each other
That is the pin S of the Moffet
The 4 pins are the VCC power supply for the IC
The 3 pins are the FB power supply for the DZ18V
The 5,6,7,8 pins are connected to each other
The 1,2 pins are connected to each other
When we look at the power circuit, we can see that there is a diode
A 1-in-2 capacitor
And a 100K resistor
I understand that this is related to the voltage drop
That is why this power circuit is a 1-in-1 circuit
Of a VCR that I have analyzed
The 1-in-1 power circuit has 3 components
A 100K resistor
A 1-in-2 capacitor
And a diode
We can see that there is a diode on the main power circuit
If it is a 2-in-1 power circuit, it will not have a diode
But on the Benley circuit, there is a diode
A resistor, a capacitor, and a diode
If you want to refer to the video where I analyze this circuit
You can see it in the suggestion card at the bottom right
If you want to refer to the video where I analyze this circuit
You can see it in the suggestion card at the bottom right
Now I will look at the power supply first
It is this capacitor
I will pull out the power cord
First, the AC220 voltage will start at these 2 poles
Low L and high L
Then a wire will go through a pin
This wire will go through a pin
Then there will be a resistor
I will talk about the power supply later
And another wire will not go through
There will be 2 D1 and D2 diodes
To adjust the DC voltage for the power supply
This is one
This is another
I put it upside down
One
Two
They are connected
It will be D4 and D5
It is equivalent to D1 and D2 on this circuit
It connects here
Then I will look again
At this position
It is the junction of 2 diodes
This is one
It will go through another diode
Equivalent to D3
It goes through another diode
Then it goes through the resistor
The resistor on the circuit is 2A
But on this circuit it is 51A
Green, green, brown, black, silver
It is 51A
It is the resistor of 2A
I put it through
It goes through
Then it is filtered by a DC 300V filter
It is a 4.7mm filter
It is also a 4.7mm 400V filter
This is one
From the power supply here
It will have a DC 300V power supply
We pay attention to this
We just saw the half-circuit path
Its negative is
It will have 2 more diodes
In the main rectifier
To go back
It must have 4 diodes
1, 2, 3, 4 diodes
It will create a DC 300V power supply here
Guys
I will continue to show you
From the power supply at the center of the circuit
It will go to the pin-up
Here
The pin-up
It will go to the resistor
It goes to the resistor
Here
I will turn it up
This is the pin-up
This is the main rectifier
It will go from here
Go here
On this pin-up
It will have 3 components
I will show you
It will include
A 100 ohm resistor
A 1.2V power supply
A 100 ohm resistor
A 1.2V power supply
Here
A 100 ohm resistor
A 1.2V power supply
A 100 ohm resistor
A 1.2V power supply
It will go to the pin-up
It is a bit upside down
It is different from the circuit I drew
The diode is upside down
The resistor is upside down
But the 3 components are the same
It will go here
It will go to pin 5,6,7,8
I will call to display
New 9.5V
I go to 7805 in
My 7805 in is 3. And this is 3.
This is 3V 3.
The main board is 5V 3.
Dadadgda
This is the circuit
The 1k voltage may not be correct
It is at the tip of the skin
It will go along this line
It will go to this pin
This is the VCC pin of ICMSU
Next, the 5V line
It will go to pin 2
The pin 1 is GND
The pin 2 is 5V
This is the 5V power supply for the face
On the face, there is an IC TM1628
It also needs a power supply
This IC is used to control the LEDs
and receive the pins
This is the IC TM1628
In this IC, there is no program
It's just an IC that controls the LEDs
and receive the pins
This is TM1628
This is the 5V and GND power supply for the IC
I have finished the power supply
Next, I will show you the 18V power supply for the driver
Because many people don't know this circuit
This is the 18V power supply
It's here
It's at the top of the 18V DZ
It will go to the fan
It will go to the fan pin
It will go to pin C of 8050
This is the power supply for the fan
If pin B has a high voltage, it will go to pin E
This is pin E
When we turn on the fan, it will have a high voltage
It will go from pin C to pin E
It's the same as 18V
Next, I will show you the power supply for the 18V driver
I will show you the power supply for the 18V driver
Here
18V
Zoom in
This is 18V
It will go along this line
Go to here
Usually media kitchens will go through a 120 ohm resistor
But this kitchen does not
Go to here
It goes through the D11
This is 18V
It will go through the diode
4148
This is 4148
It will supply 18V to this side
This is 18V
It will go through the diode
To here
And it will go to this cabinet
This is the cabinet
It is big
This is the cabinet that supplies 18V
To the driver
It usually has 3 transistors
1, 2, 3
But this one has 4
There is another one
This is the driver
It will go through the diode
And it will go to here
We can see
To here
These are 2 resistors
8050 and 8550
2 transistors
To supply 18V
Look at the diagram
These are 2 resistors
I want you to know these 2 resistors
Because when we test 18V
We usually check these 2 resistors
8050
This is the diode
This is 8050
These are 3 resistors
We can see
Q18050
And 8550
Above
8550
These are 2 resistors
To supply 18V
To here
These are 2 resistors
To supply 18V
To here
I want you to know
These 2 resistors
8050 and 8550
Because when we test 18V
We usually check these 2 resistors
Q18050
And 8550
These are 3 resistors
To supply 18V
To here
Q18050
And 8550
These are 3 resistors
To supply 18V

300V power supply
For the power supply
Some of you may want to know
The power supply is like this
First is 2 wires
The DC 300V power supply
For the power supply
It is completely different from DC 300V
For the power supply
It goes through these 2 diodes
It is combined with 2 diodes
Inside the main rectifier
It creates DC 300V
Now
The DC 300V power supply
For the power supply
It goes from AC 220
To these 2 diodes
Low and high
1 wire
It will go
Directly to 1 pin of the main rectifier
And 1 more pin
It goes through the diode 10A
And 1 more pin
These are 2 pins of the main rectifier
As I draw
There will be a 220
It will go through the diode 10A
This is 220
Let's put it back
We will see
These are 2 pins
It goes through the diode 10A
It goes through the main rectifier
Let me take a look at the main rectifier
The bridge is like this
It is inside
It is like this
These are 2 AC pins
It will go through the diode 10A
And 1 more pin
It will go through the diode 10A
There will be 4 diodes
In the main rectifier
It will go through the AC 220
To DC 300V
It will go through the diode 10A
And 1 more pin
It goes through the diode 10A
It is connected to the magnet of a Tsunami
And it will go through an R-SUN power supply to the E pin of the IGBT
The power supply on the R-SUN power supply will go this way to protect the wire
I will check it later
It will go through an L-SUN power supply to the E pin of the IGBT
Then it will go through an I-SUN power supply to the E pin of the Tsunami
And it will go through an I-SUN power supply to the IGBT
Then it will go through an I-SUN power supply to the E pin of the Tsunami
I have removed the E pin of the Tsunami
It will go through 2 I-SUN power supplies
As you can see on the screen, it will have 2 I-SUN power supplies
It will have a 0.33uF capacitor
It will go to the C pin of the IGBT
And it will wait for the trigger to open at the G pin, it will close from C to E to return to the MAS
This is the R-SUN port
When it goes to E, it will go through another R-SUN port to return to the MAS
This is the position 2, which is the same as the position 1 of the diode
So I have finished drawing the power supply
Next, I will draw the wire protection circuit, because this circuit often has errors
I will talk to you about the error of the power supply
When there is a term that we plug in and it does not go to the power supply
And then we check that the 10A pin does not burn
Then we will plug in and measure to see if the 18V and 5V power supply have
If it does not have, then the power supply is broken
I often see that the power supply is broken because it hits the 12A IC
It hits the 12A IC, hits the SDS, hits the SDS
Then it will burn this pin
On the circuit, it is the 51 ohm resistor
Some circuits are only 22 ohm, but on the circuit I am drawing, it is 51 ohm
When there is a term that we plug in and it does not go to the power supply
And then we check that the 10A pin does not burn
Then we will measure the SDS to see if it hits the 12A IC
If it hits the 12A IC, then we will replace it with another IC
If it does not hit the 12A IC, then we do not need to replace the circuit, but we need to check if the power supply is broken
Because sometimes this power supply is broken at the bottom
If it does not hit the 12A IC, then we will replace it with another IC
I have a lot of videos on how to replace the power supply
