Hi, namaku Rizal.
But before you miss it, go
Finally, I can see Kembang Api
I was going to Kembang Api
But when I arrived at Takso Station
The bus line was so long
It took me a long time to get there
I finally got there
I got off at the side of the road
I looked for a spot where I can see Kembang Api
I finally got it
But it's not full
In Taiwan, the Mid-Autumn Festival is hard to celebrate
Usually, people gather here to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival
This is the direction to go back to Tamsui Station
Because Kembang Api is already closed
So if there's a traffic jam like this
I think it's faster to walk than to get on the bus
We have to go back to Tamsui Station
Then we can go anywhere
Does this look like Bali?
Now I'm at Tamsui All Street
This is a food stall
Because this is a night market
Now I'm going to Kyar Fur to buy ingredients for Teh Pikiwan
In Taiwan, people usually use this to make Teh Pikiwan
But in Taiwan, people rarely make Teh Pikiwan
Wow, the price is not bad
The moon cake that I bought is sold out
But if that's the case, there will be a lot of moon cakes
So let's skip the moon cake
I want to try this
But I don't know if it's good or not
Is peace in a heartbreak and this fire in the brain
So if everything means nothing these days, baby
Then let it rain on me
Okay, ready for the BBQ
So here's the chicken
This is also the chicken that has been seasoned with the BBQ seasoning
Tofu, vegetables
and later we will make miso soup
later we can make the miso soup and we will do the barbeque
let's put in the tofu
the tofu smells good
let's put in the vegetables
let's try it
with rice
let's try the tofu
oh yeah, I want to tell you a little bit about
why in Taiwan
the Mid-Autumn Festival
or the Lunar New Year's Eve
is identical to the barbeque
this is the Lunar New Year's Eve, why the barbeque?
so the story is
in 1986
there was a sauce company
called Wanjiaxiang
they had an advertisement
on TV
the star of the advertisement
was a rising star
the advertisement was released
after the Mid-Autumn Festival
in Taiwan
three years later
there was another sauce company
called Xinlan
they released the product
and advertised the sauce on TV
because they didn't want to lose
the Wanjiaxiang company
so they released
their newest product
and advertised it on TV
at that time
there were a lot of supermarkets
that released food discounts
so with the combination of
the advertisement war
and the discount from the supermarket
a lot of people barbequed
until now, this tradition
is still maintained
in the Taiwanese community
usually
people will
go home
to gather their family
while barbequing
ok, this video ends here
thank you for watching
and
Happy Mid-Autumn Festival
bye-bye
