Hello, I'm Gina.
Today I'm going to make minestrone soup.
Something easy.
I just say let me do something nice and easy.
But I have everything.
But first of all, last night I make the beans in the water.
The cannellini beans.
And I put last night with the garlic and belly.
Now I gotta wash.
And I make the cleaning water.
And we gotta cook.
And then we do the rest.
Okay, now I gotta wash.
Just a bit.
The beans.
I wash a little bit.
I take the belly off.
The belly, I take it off.
I have a filter of water.
See, I have a filter of water.
I think enough.
Now we see.
When I put the beans, I saw they're okay.
Put over there.

They come here.
That's the water.
Put the water.

I'm on the stove.
That's the pot.
And that's the oil.
I'm gonna make the oil first.
That's the oil.
Olive oil.
Maybe about three spoons of oil.
Like three spoons of oil.
About three spoons of oil.
All right.
And then put a few of milk.
And wait until the oil is hot.

Especially in the wintertime.
Something nice.
Broth.
Soup.
Like soup.
Minestrone.

Ave Maria
Regine del cielo
Sovrano di grazia e madre mia
Che ascolto ogni orla fervente e prechiera
Non e caria questo strazio del mio cuore
Di fuoco ardente che sulle tia
La pace che solo tu puoi donare
Ave Maria
