Hello everyone, nice to meet you. I'm Magic Tainer, Ha Jae-yong.
I'm going to introduce you to the famous restaurants in Osaka and Kyoto that are truly recognized by gourmets,
such as Taberogu and Michelin, which are highly rated by Google.
I hope you enjoy it.
This is Edoyaki Aneko Uji, which is a good eel rice bowl restaurant with a Google rating of 4.1.
It's close to Dotonbori.
As you can guess from the inside, it's an old restaurant run by an old couple.
The menu is like this, and I ordered an eel rice bowl for 2,100 yen.
If you want to taste the softest eel in the world, you can come here.
The texture is so soft that the game is over.
The grilled eel sauce is not only sweet, but also has a smoky bitter taste.
It's definitely different from other restaurants that only emphasize the umami and sweetness of the sauce.
The core of the eel rice bowl is eel and rice.
The rice was moderately moist and the hardness was just right.
It's a unique, high-class eel rice bowl.
I highly recommend it as an eel rice bowl mania.
There's a Manje Epe in Osaka's Donkatsu Yangdae Mountains, right?
This is Epe.
It's a great achievement to have been selected as a Michelin Guide and a Top 100 in Taberugu.
I ordered the highest class pork, the Tokyo X-class Hire Loskasu.
If you don't like undercooked pork cutlet, you won't like this place.
If not, this place tastes fantastic.
The light and creamy bread smell
and the soft pork that gives you a sense of presence without a smell.
I don't think it's just a name.
I also ordered a Yamagata-class pork cutlet, which is half the price of the Tokyo X-class.
There's definitely a difference in taste.
Reservation is a must, so make sure to make a reservation before you visit.
Even the dessert was perfect.
This is Chibo, famous for Okonomiyaki in Dotonbori, Osaka.
I love Okonomiyaki, so I've been to a lot of Japanese restaurants.
I think the flavor of the dough and the taste of the sauce are the key points of Okonomiyaki.
First of all, I ordered a pork egg roll as an appetizer.
It's nothing special, but it's really good for your appetite, so I order it often.
The reason why Dotonbori is called Okonomiyaki's top three is Ajinoya, Mizuno, and Chibo.
Mizuno was a little disappointing compared to the waiting time.
I think this is a little more moist than Ajinoya.
But they all taste the same, and they're all in similar places, so I tend to go to less waiting places.
Yakisoba was a little disappointing.
Yakisoba is a little bland, so I think it's better to eat it before you eat Okonomiyaki.
But I think it would be nice to use a little more good gasobushi to bring out the scent.
This is Chibo's signature mayonnaise performance.
It's definitely a delicious Okonomiyaki restaurant.
It's like eating fragrant bread at a great bakery.
I like to eat a lot of sauce, so I take a piece out and eat it with a lot of sauce.
There are a lot of restaurants that don't have a refill sauce, but I think it's good to have it here.
This is Lilo Coffee, which is famous for its extremely high rating in Osaka.
It's a coffee shop that's serious about coffee beans, so a lot of coffee bean enthusiasts are looking for it.
The size of the cafe is quite small.
It has a variety of beans.
Like Japan, which loves coffee, it uses a hand drip method.
There are a lot of different menus using coffee.
I ordered a Mexican decaffeinated hot Americano using hand drip.
And I ordered a carbonated coffee that I enjoyed at Cafe Drambur, which I introduced in the Tokyo Cafe episode.
It wasn't as touching as it was then, but it wasn't bad.
I chose Dominican beans.
This is a Mont Blanc restaurant called Waguri Sanmon located in Kyoto.
It was the best Mont Blanc I've ever had in my life.
It's a restaurant that has the best flavor of the night.
You can eat it while looking at the river inside the cafe, but you can also take it out.
Among the menus, I recommend the basic Mont Blanc, which costs 1,100 yen.
This is the signature of this place, where they pull out all the chestnuts like noodles.
I love the scent of chestnuts.
From the first floor, there's cookie, vanilla ice cream, crispy snacks, noodles, chestnuts.
It's layered in that order.
Japan especially likes Mont Blanc, but Kyoto's specialty is chestnuts, so I think this place felt more special.
There's a river in front of the store, and it's really nice to take it out and eat it.
Shall we try it?
The scent of chestnuts rises from the moment you scoop it out with a spoon.
If you come back next time, it's really good to eat again.
It's not just a business that cares about the visual, but it's definitely a place that understands the balance of taste.
This is Unagi Sora, a eel rice bowl restaurant located in front of the Kyoto kitchen Mishiki market.
It's a place where you can choose one of the three kinds of eel.
I chose the Ziku Gold Eel, which is said to be the most expensive and delicious.
Here's the miso soup.
Here's the eel.
Eel rice bowl should be glossy with a crumbly rice.
I think the rice should be more savory than sweet.
I didn't feel any special sweetness here.
However, the way the eel is grilled or the scent of the tare sauce itself is casual.
It's a good place to come and feel good because it's a sweet barbecue flavor that everyone likes.
I don't think there's anything special about it, but I think I was able to eat it without any pressure.
I'm a fan of eel rice bowl, so I've been looking for a lot of stimulating and unique points.
It's been a while since I've thought about that.
This is Inoichi, the most famous ramen restaurant in Kyoto.
It is also selected as the Michelin Guide.
I added eggs to the signature menu, Dashi Ramen White.
It's a cool and clear base with fish and seafood broth.
It was so delicious that I thought,
Oh, this is what it feels like to bring out the flavor.
It was a ramen restaurant where great actors with tremendous skills played a small play with a terrible acting ability.
I recommend the side menu, dumplings, because it's pretty good.
I ordered wagyu rice bowl because I heard it was popular, but I don't think I need to order this.
It's a place called Tai Sushi near Kawaramachi, a representative tourist street in Kyoto.
I love sushi.
The advantage of eating sushi in Japan is that you get better quality neta even if you pay the same price as Korea.
This place is honestly not good at nigiri.
The rice cake is too crumbly and I'm peeling it.
But why do I have to introduce this place?
First of all, the sensibility of this place is art.
It's a no-post style inside, and it's priced at 8 pieces for 2,000 yen in the form of omakase.
The quality of the neta is very good.
You can get 8 pieces for 3,500 yen.
You can order additional pieces if you want.
It's a good price, so make sure you come.
It's a dessert shop located on the third floor of Good Nature Hotel, a famous hotel in Kawaramachi, Kyoto.
It's an expensive, pretty, and delicious dessert shop.
Cedric Rollet, a famous dessert shop in Paris, France, is famous for this fruit-shaped dessert.
I was half-hearted before ordering here.
Will the visual be able to surpass the performance of the taste?
Fortunately, the taste was very good.
It was a pleasant experience to hide the taste that should be hidden and the taste that should be popped out.
There are many baked desserts besides this unsweetened dessert.
It's a perfect cafe for a sweet dessert on a tiring trip.
They sell desserts in grams, so they weigh them and measure the price.
It was a pretty good taste with caramelized nuts on top.
It's a mousse dessert called Bean filled with earl grey and wild berry.
