Thai street food at Weekend Market in Phuket

We're focused on the food, baby We just came across a stall that sells me and calm it's one of my favorite Thai street food In my experience me and cum flavors can wildly vary Depending on how much of any strong ingredient is used the typical me and cum contains ginger lime Roasted coconut bird's-eye chili peanut and small dried shrimp all wrapped in beetle leaf I've had it wrapped in spinach leaf before at a Thai restaurant in San Francisco. So yes, there are variations It's spicy Really sings in that one. All my ears are ringing. I'm gonna look for a drink now I was already breaking out from sweat in the weather here. Whoo. My sweat level just rose two levels Sausages a common street food in Thailand corn so vibrantly yellow It makes highlighters jealous yolk is perfectly in the middle of this army of fried quail eggs Holy wowsa first time seeing so many chili peppers poked into a pile of rice Is it normal to eat it with the It's quite jiggly Very chewy And baked crispy is that the garlic is crispy Less spicy than me and come and of course the oyster is a bit chewy and there are bits you need to really work on It's still bit warm because it's fresh off the pan some parts of it Has a texture of noodles except it's more comfy than like long strands here. They sell fresh fruit Oh My yes coconut pancakes sign me up ten times on this waiting list We got one of each flavor corn black sesame red bean and original I will try the corn I think it's coconut milk It's kind of sticky like rice cake. Wow. Look at how toasty and this side looks a little bit more sunburned It's crunchy, too, but you can mommy up Is it coconut spoon no, I must be wooden spoon What is it muscle Anybody else find this swirling pot of chestnut to be hypnotizing I can stare at it all day So this is the chicken It looks juicy and moist and it is juicy and moist fresh off the grill I love how they really take care of it They're like constantly turning it over Oh, wow, that's too easy to eat it should be illegal The metal tool reminds me of a broom as the vendor sweeps the raw egg over the surface The finished product is rolled sugar dumplings with coconut shavings. They're placed on leafy boats I never knew sushi could be a street food, especially on a warm day like this and these ones are cartoony Mmm how soy must have Normally a cow so you want to have with some chili, but I'm very sensitive to spiciness So I'm just gonna have a look out or I'll say I put a little too much and I might lose one of my cat lines Alright, so mommy. Oh, it's not gonna be eating food with me today. So I will eat some more for you Let's try the suit first as is by itself Oh Very sweet and there's bits of cilantro in that you gotta have it with some of that red onion I've never had blood curd in my household. I've never seen it like that Maybe I should add a little bit of chili in that actually will make things very exciting That might not look like a lot but trust me it's plenty That's just the right amount of spiciness and excitement I'm feeling it my pores are starting to open again What do you call this in Thai looks like very soft chocolate like melted soft chocolate, but I assure you it does not taste sweet Orange sticky rice in the shape of pyramids. I'm told that these are fish egg pancakes upon cooking They are skewered and we're gonna try them. Oh, I can smell that No seafood Maybe Savory this tastes like something in Korea. It's it's a little bit on the dry side. Is that normal? Because it's a little bit dry. It tastes healthier, but it was cooked in oil 35 bought for a young coconut Super glossy jerky shiny like ocean waves Have you tried fried bugs before such as cricket and grasshopper looks crunchy This doll used groups of pepper to create flowers.
