And today I bring you a nail hack so that when you need a specific acrylic color and you do not have it, you can get out of trouble very quickly. And without having to spend money on going to buy a new one, because we are going to be giving a second life to our enamels. Here let me tell you that you can use enamels that are not necessarily semi-permanent, these are traditional. Although it can also work to use semi-permanent, but why do we want to spend our semi-permanent? If you get to have a color that you want a lot in traditional enamel, you can use it to transform it into acrylic. So now we are going to start. So to start here you can use either white acrylic or transparent acrylic. Either of these two will give you different results. This will give you a jelly type effect, gelatin or vitral as you know it. And this is going to be a solid color. We are going to start, we are going to empty a little bit of monomer in a bowl or in a container where you place it. And what we have to do is super easy, we have to deposit light drops of enamel in the glass of the monomer. This also depends on how pigmented you want the color you are going to use. We are going to try first little by little to see how pigmented it is. Now what we have to do is stir this super well, make our enamel mix perfectly with our monomer. And that's it, once we have finished mixing our enamel perfectly with our monomer, you will see that it acquired a different shade similar to the enamel we have used. Now what we have to do is super simple. It is going to make our acrylic pearls take as we would normally do. But this time we are going to see that they are going to acquire a completely different color. I'm going to put a piece of napkin here to deposit the pearl. I want you to see very well what is going to happen. And it acquired a shade like pink, like jelly, like I don't know, super super pretty. And here you have a quick, simple hack to have a different acrylic. To achieve transparent shades like jelly or stained glass, you are going to use the transparent acrylic. And here we have a encapsulated already directly with an acrylic jelly. While I am filling the sample, I want to make the observation that you take into account that your brush will stay with the color that you have put on the monomer until you clean it. What do I mean by this? That if you in a design or application want to apply this trick but you want to use two colors or more, I want you to keep in mind that at least you have to use one brush for each color, ok? Because otherwise the brush will stay with the color that you have put on the monomer. So what will happen if, for example, I have here another glass with a purple color or with a yellow color? As much as I am cleaning my brush on the napkin like this, the color will stay until I use my clean brush. So when I want to take a pink pearl and then a yellow pearl, the color will mix and I will not have the color that I would have wanted, ok? If you are going to use this technique with two colors or more, one brush for each color, ok? So that we do not go there to make a contamination of colors and the design will be a little weird. But here we have, look, this is the color, a pink color. In camera I see it as clearer than it really is. And it is a super hack to give a second life to our enamels that we already have out there.
