(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights MONZA - JUVENTUS

Kostic, Cambiaso trying to turn away. It's a penalty. Cambiaso being pulled back there by Kiriakopoulos and after just eight minutes Juventus have a penalty. Michael Fabri in no doubts whatsoever. Vlahovic to pick up where he left off. It's saved and Vlahovic on the rebound misses. What a double save from Michele Di Gregorio. Micolucci Caviglia takes the resulting corner and Juventus decide to score. Adrian Rabiot makes light of the penalty miss and the captain has now spared Vlahovic's splashes. Kostic takes the corner. Alexandros Hedegati. How has he missed that? He controlled it but somehow managed to fire it over from a yard out. This is Kostic and now Vlahovic. Still there for Vlahovic. He's done really well. Towards Gatti. Rabiot again. It's another good save from Di Gregorio. Pessina. It opens up for him to shoot and he tried to bend it into the far top corner. Valentin Karboni. Keane hasn't done enough. Valentin Karboni with the ball in. It goes all the way in and Monza do score in added time and it's deja vu for Juventus in Brianza and it is Valentin Karboni with his first goal in senior football. Juventus have got two minutes to find a goal. Adrian Rabiot and Gatti must score. He does. He needed two bites at it and just when we thought Monza had grabbed a point, Juventus show resilience. Juventus show desire and Juventus show potentially the mark of future champions. Federico Gatti who missed a sitter in the first half has scored an even later goal here. Here's Valentin Karboni again. Oh my words. Final whistle. Gatti is the match winner and they had to use one of Gatti's nine lives there to get the win. A crazy game of football ends Monza one, Juventus two.
