One Bite Melt-in-mouth Butter Cookies | 一口酥牛油曲奇饼干

These soft, melt in your mouth one bite butter cookies piped with 8 mm small open-star piping tip instead of large 1M pipping tip. The recipe make about 40 cookies.

Ingredients 材料:
120 g Unsalted butter 无盐牛油
60 g Icing sugar 糖粉
1 Egg yolk 蛋黄
15 ml Milk 牛奶
1 tsp Vanilla extract 香草精
120 g Low protein flour 低筋面粉
35 g Corn starch 玉米淀粉

Bake at 150°C, top and bottom heat for 15~80 minutes
以150℃，上下火烘烤15~18分钟
