藍鯨究竟有多大？為何恐龍都滅絕了，它們卻還在地球上逍遙自在？【萬物靈】

What is the largest animal ever on earth Dinosaur or blue whale here are all things Welcome to follow Detective Bear to take you to explore all things Among the animals currently living on earth Blue whales are undoubtedly the largest Even the dinosaurs are extinct They can still be at ease on earth But in fact, until the first half of the 20th century, humans Still don't know how big a blue whale is because they are so big It is difficult for humans to use conventional methods to measure length and weight Moreover, many whalers after catching whales doesn't focus at all just cut them into pieces. There are currently reliably documented data showing that The longest blue whale measured was 33.6 meters It weighs 180 tons such weight Equivalent to the weight of 40 African elephants combined If compared to an adult male is the sum of the weight of 2,667 individuals Let's take a look at the internal organs of the blue whale The liver of a blue whale weighs 1 ton The heart also weighs 0.5 tons the largest of all known living things 60 cm thick visceral wall plus 30 cm thick blood vessels equivalent to a car a human The kid can crawl back and forth in his aorta And his intestines are even scarier It stretched two or three hundred meters Almost on the sprint track Our human blood added together Just enough to fill a basin while the blue whale The whole body of blood together weighs eight tons such a big chunk Must have a good appetite The blue whale's tongue alone weighs 2.7 tons 50 people can stand on it If all stretched out in the vast ocean Ingesting 90 tons of fish and seawater in one breath Don't look at the long bloody mouth Blue whales never attack large sea creatures dolphin seal Killer whales are not his food Even killer whales will collectively launch attacks on blue whales blue whale favorite food It is a scale shrimp with a body length of less than 15 cm This is because their throat structure cannot swallow object wider than a beach volleyball Blue whales eat about 5,000 kilograms of scale shrimp a day So they always is foraging in the densest swarms of scale shrimp that can be found sometimes need to dive to hunt for food at a depth of more than 100 meters Come to the water to rest at night It's true that blue whales are giants in the ocean For the largest creature ever on Earth A different point of view was put forward Think Fragile Amphora is worthy of the name The organism is said to grow up to 40-60 meters in length Weighs 122 tons Of course it's just a rumor After all, no one has ever seen such a creature even for the existence of his fossils There is also controversy December 1877 American paleontologist and anatomist Edward Drinker Cope Archaeology in Colorado found a huge but incomplete vertebral bone Height about 1.5 meters He was like a treasure I thought about such a big guy Must be the biggest creature ever. But it is such a huge fossil It was mysteriously lost shortly after The only evidence that this creature exists now Only some illustrations and transcripts remain About the loss of fossil bones The paleontological world is full of opinions Some scholars have said This bone is not lost at all but artificially damaged Because the neural arches of fossil bones are very fragile With the technology of the time There is no way to harden the bones can't save I had to declare that the fossil was lost. That's why only one of his illustrations Perspective map instead of multiple views in general scientific examinations Some scientists disagree Fossils are lost and you can find them again So they came to dig out the fragile The original quarry of Shuangchalong How to use radar detection Find out if there are still bones hidden in the ground However, the final attempt failed Geological experts pointed out The formation containing the fossils has been severely eroded want to find new fossils It can be said that it is more difficult The original fossil was lost new not found No matter how the archaeologist named Kopp describes it Fragile Amphora's massive size It also gives the feeling of a castle in the sky Lack of strong scientific basis Besides, his size is only through limited fossils to restore lack of credibility take imaginary creatures Compared with the blue whales that people can see with their own eyes It's hard to convince This makes us wonder Why do blue whales grow so big? Animals of this size are almost extinct Why do blue whales survive The first thing to note is that They did not originate from the same period Dinosaurs lived in the Cretaceous period 70 million years ago And the blue whale counts diving into the ocean to live 50 million years ago much later than dinosaurs Why dive into the ocean? Because 50 million years ago They still live on land large mammal with strong limbs Feeds on flowers and weeds instead of calling them whales It's better to call a big dog due to climate change The land is no longer suitable for their existence The ancestors of blue whales also had to go to sea to make a living It took them 10 million years evolved a complete Fully adaptable body for aquatic life What looks like a water tower from the earliest Gradually evolve the limbs into In order to adapt to the pressure of sea water, the body shape is also growing There's another theory about why they're getting fat That is after the blue whale goes to sea I found that there are no flowers and plants that I like to eat here In order to survive, I had to start eating meat. But when he swallowed a group of scale shrimp in one bite I just found out that it smells so good. However, during this predation Blue whales make a dash every time It will drain him a lot of energy but also dramatically increased his swallowing consume more energy Eat more naturally During this repetitive movement and eating Blue whales naturally grow in size Then why did even the dinosaurs go extinct? And the blue whale survives Let's take a look at how the dinosaurs went extinct The current scientific consensus is that from the impact of a meteorite The meteorite is called by scientists Chicxulub meteorite 66 million years ago and Earth an intimate encounter And this contact doesn't matter But it caused dust all over the world Acid and Gedi All kinds of prehistoric forces roar and roar 75% of life on earth swept away by the impact of this meteorite large dinosaur easy target for natural disasters And those dinosaurs that survived because of lack of food final extinction But don't call it a blue whale. Even their ancestors haven't appeared It can be said to have escaped Of course, the extinction of the dinosaurs is also possible Let the ancestors of blue whales have no natural enemies plus herbivores so they were able to multiply on land in large numbers It has been multiplying until after going to sea But as the largest living creature on earth Blue whales are missed by humans You can't kill whales for humans just to eat meat Part of whaling is all about collecting whale fat Due to the large size An adult blue whale The body can extract delicate objects weighing 50 tons and these fats are further processed refined into essential oils for soap Production of leather and cosmetics From the mid-1970s to the 1970s in less than 20 years There are at least more than 380,000 blue whales hunted by humans Especially in Japan move to korea Canada and other countries in Qi have the most widespread hunting and killing activities up to now The overall number of blue whales is less than 1% of the original If we humans can't stop killing Can not effectively protect the ocean on which blue whales live Maybe one day they will be like dinosaurs disappear from this earth forever It will be a regret that the whole world cannot make up for Thank you very much for reading this issue of Wang Wuling Welcome to like, comment and follow Your attention is the biggest motivation for Detective Bear to explore
