Inter Miami CF- Top 5 Goals of 2023!

Gets away from Burke, finds Messi. Robinson leaves, Busquets over to Jordi Alba. What a touch. Messi to his right, keeps it on his left, of course. Oh, what a ball to Kramasky! To Messi! He could not leave New York without a goal. And his first official Major League Soccer goal seals three points for Inter Miami. This is one of the most ridiculous balls I've ever seen. Look at that ball into Kramasky and all the Red Bull defenders caught ball watching, worried about the ball in behind. Just an absolute show. Vision, pace of pass, continuously running, finishing the playoff. Lionel Messi in League's Cup put on a show and in 35 minutes tonight just gave New York City one of the best goals you will ever, ever see. What a privilege. Kramasky to work this ahead. First involvement for Ascona on the far side, pulls it back. Frey on the ball, works this into the 18. Campana is there to collect. Campana, Martinez, Joseph Martinez with a brilliant strike and Miami has leveled the match. Joseph Martinez, brilliance on his 104th career MLS goal. Who says that Campana and Martinez cannot play together because they just showed that they can. It's Campana to Martinez and that is an incredible finish. He is one of the best box players the MLS has ever seen. Given the chances, he'll find the back of the net. Even difficult ones like this. And it's an exquisite finish. But give great credit as well to Campana because he finds his strike partner and he says, here you go. Union just trying to get the grips with the new Inter-Miami shape. Taylor, nice ball inside. Mota, Taylor continues, right for the effort. That is a stunning strike from a man who's only been on the field about 15 seconds. Forget about goal of the week, that's the contender for goal of the season. Robert Taylor might have just won this game for Inter-Miami. Making the change, bringing on the players and getting an instant impact from Robert Taylor. What a touch, the technique, the power, the accuracy. He's got it all. The flick of the boot into the chest, up and over, far post side net. Even with a touch, it just laces through. Absolutely nothing Andre Blake can do about it. What a phenomenal, phenomenal goal for that man, Robert Taylor. Instant impact coming off the bench. And more importantly, getting the second goal of the year. There's a bit of pressure from Inter-Miami. Gedlund's clearance is more of a pass for Martinez in the end. Campana, quick feed. Why not? Campana with an absolute missile and it's 1-1. A lot of one offs, a lot of movement on this front line. Not a lot of combination. And as the possession continues forth, so does the frustration. Strikers will go and find a way to get involved in the run of play. As it spills itself back out. Watch the run by Campana. He just holds right here. He's expecting an overlap down in the corner. But as it comes off the right shoulder and John cuts to the inside, now all of a sudden he's got to make a decision. Are we going to retain possession and try and rotate back over? As he takes his touch, there's no support. And just an absolute scorcher from about 25 yards out into the upper corner. Ripped from afar, hit with a hope. Third on the year and Inter-Miami are back in it. Around Muyamba, Dixon Arroyo. Gedlund coming forward, Arroyo will take it himself. It's off the crossbar. Campana there. Oh, Campana! What a goal! As they have done so often, Inter-Miami striking first with just the one chance. This ball recycles. Great run from Gedlund that pulls Wiley away. Step into it. Great hit has the goalkeeper beat. How is that for a touch over Myles Robinson? Calm, cool, collected with all the pressure in the world around you. A hectic moment. How's that for two touches with the third being in the back of the net? Leonardo Campana has been massive for Inter-Miami with Messi, without Messi. His sixth goal in his sixth straight game. One nil. Inter-Miami. Atlanta United.
