we are in Hunter Valley Australia and
we're going to show you the fun things
you can do here our first stop is Hunter
Valley Wildlife
[Music]
Park is that a kangaroo I've never seen
a white kangaroo before I did not expect
this but you can go inside the kangaroo
enclosure so there's some rules it says
don't touch Joey in the pouch a that's
so cute
no you're going to tip over your cone
cone is going to tip it's not going to
tip oh oh okay okay
stop there okay okay
okay a they're
sharing oh my gosh their claws are kind
of sharp I can't tell if they're cute or
scary
soof look at this
guy oh wow
hi
oh oh they ran away so that's the walk
through kangaroo yard I had a lot of fun
there that's the first time I remember
seeing kangaroos in my life and that's
also the first time I've touched the
kangaroo and feda Kangaroo and it's so
cute when they hop but then it's kind of
vicious when they start like when they
grabbed brother's cone and it just
started clawing on it so kangaro
kangaroos can be both very cute and very
scary also when I pet them they were so
their fur was so
soft this is the koala enclosure and as
expected they're asleep because they
sleep pretty much the entire
[Music]
day
[Music]
[Music]
oh pretty good
fit it sounds like a machine that's just
blowing air out every few seconds
[Music]
these are dingos which are pretty much
[Music]
dogs
so everyone always feels really bad for
Phoenix that he doesn't get any um but I
don't know
about we collected all the stamps and
this is a great way to make sure you've
seen the entire Wildlife Park we're at
the encounter meeting point and we're
waiting for our guide to take us to see
the
bang so what your head if you go up and
around and have a seat on the
bench stand if you want to use
[Music]
his name is boal and his favorite food
is fruit in the wild they're meant to
eat lizards and stuff but he likes fruit
more than protein oh I can see his teeth
oh wow he's 17 years old which is pretty
old for them and they'll live 20 to 30
years he's spitting out all of the the
skin like he's not eating any of oh he's
gentler than the kangaroos over
there he's like no bananas being fussy
now being very
fussy boole
boole so the remaining food is just left
here for when he is hungry again then he
can just come down and eat it was really
cool being able get up close to the B
and learning about the foods that they
like to eat and uh and he was and he was
much more calm and relaxed than I
expected because this one doesn't make
any noise and he just comes and you can
pet him and he eats peacefully compared
to when we had the Kangaroos and they
were like they're like so energetic so
if you are interested in a wildlife
encounter you can scan this QR code and
that's the hunter Valley Wildlife Park I
really like all the different Australian
animals that they put inside the park
and the encounters are super nice my
favorite animal was the kangaroos
because we got to feed them we've been
to many zoos before but not one which
has almost all Australian animals or
animals near southeast Asia so it's cool
to go to a regional zoo I like how many
encounters and feeding experiences this
Zoo offers and my favorite animal was
the kangaroo too on to our next thought
we are at Hunter Valley
Garden first is the Oriental
Garden
[Music]
we're going to a chapel and we're look
it
back wao the clouds there are so dark
we're going to that
[Music]
Chapel currently the chapel is closed I
don't know if you can go inside
normally but it still looks very
nice this whole garden used to be
paddocks and Vineyards now they
transformed it to a garden pretty
[Music]
beautiful this is a nativity
[Music]
scene it's an Italian Grotto it's the
smallest section besides the chapel I
think they purposely put a hole because
if you position your body body correctly
you can see the Japanese uh building I
forgot what it's
called This is the Border Gardens I
don't know the reasoning but there are
statues all around another fun fact is
that the construction of the gardens all
of these uh began in 1999 and it was
completed in
[Music]
2003 this is the one and only Lookout
yeah let's sit down here for a while wow
that actually looks pretty
[Music]
cool Humpty
[Music]
Dumpty H
Gradle Georgie Porky putty and Pie Kiss
the Girl made them C when the boys came
out to play Georgie
de okay the the lightning is around 78
mil away which is not that
far this is Alice in
Wonderland hey D old
did Jack fell down and broke his crown
and Jill came tumbling after I like all
the
books there's some clouds moving in so
we're not sure if a storm's coming
luckily we can check the weather app
because we have Wi-Fi we rented this
Rome Wi-Fi unit from I video so all I
have to do is turn it on so on my phone
I just turn on Wi-Fi while keeping
airplane mode on and it's connected to
Rome
Wi-Fi looks like there's a thunderstorm
this hour and it's 88° or if I want to
be more Australian it's
31° luckily after this hour it looks
like there's no storm so if you want
Connection in a foreign country you can
rent this wi-fi unit from I video and
you can rent this at the link in the
description use the code lwb 2024 for a
discount we're going to another Lookout
[Music]
Point this is a Chinese Garden it's just
a mini
loop the final Garden is the formal
[Music]
garden and that is the hunter Valley
Garden I really like the change of
scenery and also they included a fairy
tale World which is uh really cool and
for me my favorite part was the fairy
tale world one memorable part about this
Garden is that I went from feeling like
90° to having a rain shower and then a
thunderstorm and then it became Sunny
rain and then it felt like perfect San
Diego weather that's that's just our
initial shock of being in Australia for
the first time see the next video bye
