Hot Wheels '19 Ford Ranger Raptor - new HKS Livery - 2024 Recolour

hey everyone we're going to do a review of this Ford Ranger Raptor by Hot Wheels it's not a new casting it's a really cool HKS recolor and we will take a look at this in detail if you're into diecast cars and or Transformers please do consider subscribing to my channel thank you here's the short card version we just got some art here it's covered up again by this blister packaging there we go Ford Ranger Raptor and if you're interested here is the back it's nice they got the license to do that here we are out of the packaging so start of 2024 I did the Camaro SS I think it's 2018 that was a recolor this is also a recolor and you can see underneath here just zoom in 194 Ranger from 2018 um what's interesting about this is the construction you can see there's two layers of plastic one is this black one strip across and then we've got like a grayish charcoal black even which is works with it and I think that also forms part of the Interior as well so yeah I mean cool design construction it's solid like even though they're separate pieces you know it's not going to budge really well put together we get some details on the underside here which I will go through now this one has got a random Mark here I don't think I think that's a QC issue um but there we go right so from the front we can see the Ford logo massive replicator really well and they've decided to use the front bit in plastic for these details and we've got again the different layers here so this gray layer and then this black layer underneath working together to create the different seg ments of the [Music] vehicle what I really like are the colors of this hkr registered trademark and it just makes this whole model really fresh and it was like when they when Hot Wheels rid the Lamborghini Reventon last year in this kind of metallic red really nice choice not the greatest casting but redeemed it really well it just shows how much you know how much how far a well painted or you know the design on Livery can take a really unremarkable model I make it cool okay so from the side we can see the more of the cool pattern we've got these blue metallic rims here on a five-spoke chunky wheel we've got these wheel arches and here Ford [Music] performance we've got yep B pillar a c pillars all in metal sometimes they replace it with just a plastic design as part of the wind screen uh window sorry and on the back just got a simple door mechanism here and that's about it really no toos on the back little Hot Wheels tag here and the other side as well so nothing on the front although they have made an effort to use plastic to try to differentiate otherwise it just becomes this dark black painted blob um similar to that Camaro where there's no headlights which is a shame so there we go and we've got some here's the roof view got some ridging across here and on the back and we've got these wheel arches coming through as well this there like a metal part here that the plastic goes around and uh yeah pretty pretty cool casting let's try and have a look inside might be a bit too narrow to see but it's a left hand drive got the usual let me have a look um no it's quite difficult to see let's have a look from this side no I think there's just too much we got a little bit of detail in there but I think the angle is just too um too oblique to really get into that and then on the back we just got some seats there I think so there we go here we can see the whole Livery in its complete Glory looking really cool nice metallic blue rims a funky design but HKS let me know what you think in the comments below what other the cars from the recent ABC 2024 cases have you liked maybe there's that Honda Civic maybe there's another Skyline let me know my Sainsbury's had a repeat of 2023 cases I think they went up to like it like E and F there was like three times and then suddenly they just came in with 2024 so luckily I went to some other stores or shops to get this because otherwise I would have missed out so I think there's some distribution issues going on as well anyway that's enough for me rambling hope you enjoyed this review and see you in the next video take care man
