(Bundesliga 2023/2024): Highlights Bayern München - Werder Bremen

Ball nicked, though, by Coman for Bayern. Coman's pass, now Zane on the move. Zane's shot, really dipping as well that late, and over the bar. Nick Voltimada, Jens Stey, Mitchell Weiser. Nick Voltimada's backheel, back on for Weiser, great block! Oh, Neuer, what a reaction save! At his very best here to deny Weiser an opening goal for Werder Bremen. Oh, pleased with the replay, look why Neuer is still one of the best goalkeepers. That deflection from Davies makes it even more difficult, because he was on the way to the left side. Now Bayern transition from the corner. Musiala still wants the free kick, not forthcoming. Oh, and now Jinma, is he onside here? The flag for now stays down. It's Jinma who scores for Werder Bremen. Can you win the ball, one against one? There's a little bit of contact from Stey against Musiala, is it a foul? Referee Marko Fritz says it is a foul. And Bayern Munich knows now. Oh, Zane, Upamecano's in there! And Setterer with the save. Zane, Upamecano in a position I'm a little bit surprised. Good save. And that's the danger when you play against Bayern, lose the ball in midfield and then they go forward so quickly. Leroy Zane, Zane, Musiala. Harry Kane shot. Kane's first attempt of the game. Senna Linen was a team-mate of Leverkusen's Victor Boniface with Union San Giluaz in Belgium last season. Here is Mitchell Weiser. Weiser still up against Davies. Weiser still here, what an angle, what a finish and what a story. Mitchell Weiser, ex-FC Bayern, at the Allianz Arena with a rocket, a blockbuster and a spanner in the works of Bayern's bid to close the gap on the leaders. And look at his skill, and again this time against Davies, one of the best or quickest players in the Bundesliga. Again physically strong, coming on as weak, Woden, what a fantastic shot. Yes, Mitchell Weiser scored just once as a Bayern player in the Bundesliga. Remember him? They won't forget that in a hurry. A super goal from Mitchell Weiser, as Bayern's sluggish display has been punished here in spectacular fashion. Zane on the corner, with 18 minutes left to play. Zane in, helped on by Goretzka. Harry Kane is there, and Harry Kane can't control the finish. Goretzka. Leroy Zane drops the shoulder. Zane's shot, Setter as parry. Bayern's corner. Strong left foot, we spoke about that before the game, there's an option. On to Goretzka, now it's Schüppel-Moting, he's crossing, there's the header by Tell, off the post, and off Setterer, and pushed away. I think there's enough contact to give a free kick, can you imagine if they score? But here's the... Oh, what a fantastic save from Setterer. It's first on his hand, and then on the post. Takes on Stark, Musiala for Tell. Tell's shot! Ferocious, but wide. Here is Matisse Tell. Takes on Leedon, Tell's running shot! Just past the post, and that may well be the last chance come and gone for Bayern. His quality goes in the box, using both legs. Oh, perfect. Setterer, Munich-born, clears the ball away. He keeps a clean sheet, and Werder Bremen have come here and won.
