If you are following me on Facebook, you know what I'm doing from day 1 to 10 because I'm in Japan for 10 days.
So anyway, this dish is a very simple dish for us Filipinos.
Let's try to follow the way of eating Japanese food.
Because for 10 days in Japan, you have to eat a lot of food.
You have to eat a lot of food.
So the way they eat this is,
because this is a very simple dish,
they have a lot of choices of food, but they mix it up.
So let's try this now and then you'll see how Filipinos eat.
Because when you cook a dish, it's okay if you mix it up.
Because when you cook a dish, if you mix it up, even if it's a salty dish, it's okay if you mix it up.
If you don't mix it up, it's like you're adding more flavor than the dish itself.
So that's how they eat.
So that's why I hope that the whole world will be aware of this.
So that's how Filipinos eat.
Because it's okay if it's salty.
But now, let's try to follow the way of eating.
So what I'm cooking now is Adobong Kangkong.
So it's a very simple dish.
So whatever is available in the garden, I'll try to cook it.
So speaking of garden,
I don't know if you can see this.
Because this is one of the things that I'm busy with when it's Monday.
So watch till the end.
Because I'll show you the process of moving to the garden.
Because it's a blessing because it's a successful experiment.
So now, this Adobong Kangkong is very simple.
It's just vinegar.
So if you want to eat it, you can add meat.
But this is just a simple Kangkong.
It's not a panacote.
It's just vinegar.
So once the stem of the Kangkong is cooked,
I'll add the leaves together with the tomatoes.
So I'll cook it.
So every time I cook a tomato,
I'll buy the tomatoes that I'll add at the end.
Because when we saute this in the panacote,
it's expensive to buy.
So it's better if it's colored and served.
So it's better if it's something orange-orange.
So it won't look green-green.
Or black like this because it's dry.
So it's better if it's a little bit colored.
So it won't get cold.
So I'll make a bitter gourd salad.
So you can add whatever you want to your bitter gourd.
And then I'll make an okoy.
So it's called in Japanese term,
it's called Japanese kakiage.
So it's a vegetable.
So what I'll cook is
stem of the Kangkong,
onion, leaves, carrots, radish,
white onion.
And then it's simple.
It's just flour and water.
You don't have to add salt.
Because actually,
it has a natural taste.
Because I added white onion.
So you don't have to add salt.
It's already good.
It's still crispy.
I'll eat it.
Because I'm full.
I'm full.
It's easy to get bitter gourd
because it's easy to cook.
Because it's already cooked.
Because it should be complete.
It's not just to cook.
It should be to push,
to peel.
Right?
So it's easy to cook.
If you want to eat it,
you can eat it.
So that's what I did for today's video.
And then I'll eat it.
And that's it.
This is Miss Cynthia.
Itadakimasu!
So a few months ago,
I was planning to make a new garden
that's on the other side.
Like, around the other side.
But it's sad to say,
the place on the other side
is on the left side.
It's still hot there.
So it's good that it's still hot.
Because there are no trees on the other side.
And the rest of the area is rocky.
So it won't grow there.
That's the question.
If it grows well,
it will grow there.
Or it won't grow there from there.
Because if it grows on the side,
it won't grow on the other side.
So it won't grow there.
Because it's rocky.
So it's good that there are no trees.
Because most of the time,
it's raining.
So the trees on the other side
are still wet.
So the trees are all wet.
So there are no trees
on some parts of the other side.
Like, on the other side of the river.
On the other side of the river.
There are no trees on the other side.
There are only rocks and trees.
So we're going to plant them
on the other side.
It's still hot there.
So I have an idea
where I can find a solution.
So when I go to the gardens
in Bingit,
I find that
it's better to plant them
in the garden.
Right?
So I'm going to challenge
your auntie.
Right?
So I'm going to plant
on the rocks.
I'm going to plant on the rocks.
Because how are we going to do it?
We're not going to plant on the rocks.
Compare it to planting on the Bingit.
I'm amazed
by the style of planting on the Bingit.
Because we don't use cement.
But it's very thick.
Like, it's very solid.
So it won't break.
Because there are a lot of rocks.
So now,
we don't use cement.
Because it won't stick.
Because if it's wet,
it will break.
So we have to be careful
because one of the factors
why we can't grow
on the rocks
is that
it will break.
Right?
So it will break the screen.
And then at the same time,
aside from these two options,
we can also use a raised bed
directly on the ground.
So we can put it on the ground.
But on the other part,
we can use a raised bed.
Because our purpose,
we want to find
organic gardening.
Because there are a lot of rocks
on the rocks.
But behind these rocks
there are a lot of chemicals
or spray or something like that.
So we want to find organic gardening.
So we will try if it's okay.
We'll never know unless we try.
So I tried.
It was a success.
You can see it in the first video.
So I'm very thankful
that I was able to experiment.
Because it's experimental.
There are no gardening mistakes.
It's just experimental.
Right?
And I'll go back.
And that's it.
This is Miss Cynthia.
