In spring, we're going to make a mushroom kinzuke!
This is a tree I cut down this year.
I made a hole in a shiitake tree.
Now, I'm going to make a hole in the shiitake tree's stem.
Then, I'm going to plant the shiitake tree.
I'm going to plant the shiitake tree between January and May.
This is the shiitake tree.
Originally, it was made of wood.
But the shiitake tree's stem is already painted.
So, I'm going to leave it as it is.
I'm going to plant it in the hole I made earlier.
I'm going to plant the shiitake tree.
In two or three years, the mushroom will come out.
I planted the shiitake tree about seven years ago.
But it started to come out in two or three years.
And now, it's still coming out.
So, it may take another year or two.
But I have to plant a new one.
These are all shiitake trees.
I planted a little bit of hiratake and chestnut.
I keep planting nameko and hiratake in Yonomi-no-ki.
This is called Ogakuzu-kin.
It's made of something other than koma-kin.
So, I cover it with hyposterol.
It may come out in autumn.
But it may take another year or two.
I'm looking forward to it.
When the temperature drops in winter,
I tell them to come out as soon as possible.
I hit it like this.
It's already broken.
I hit it like this.
When I hit it, it says,
It's time to come out.
Then, it comes out when I open my eyes.
Come out as soon as possible.
I wrote it in a book about growing shiitake.
I hit it like this.
It's good to hit it like this.
