I'm in San Francisco now. It's so crazy and it's so beautiful here.
I can't believe that I'm just standing in front of the Golden Gate Bridge. This is crazy.
Today we have a day off. We flew from Las Vegas to San Francisco in the morning and
now we have some time to do some sightseeing and it feels good to have a day off now.
Tomorrow is the game from the Warriors here in San Francisco. It's so crazy that I will
perform there. I can't believe it. See you later.
So guys, I'm here now in San Francisco. I will perform today for the Golden State Warriors and
now I have an on-court rehearsal and behind me you can already see the dancers and I can't wait
to perform. In the afternoon I was allowed to practice on the main court. As I already told
you in vlog number one, it's really important for me to practice. On the one hand to see how my
tires and how my bike feels like on the court, how much grip I have or if it's slippery or not
and on the other hand it's important for me to practice to see if I assembled my bike correctly
because for the flights I have to disassemble my bike to put it into the bike bag so therefore
when I assemble it after the flight it's important for me to do the tricks on the bike to see
if I tightened all the screws properly and if I just assembled the bike correctly.
In Germany I got the information that for this performance I have to wear a face mask
because of the current covid regulations but I asked them there if I still have to wear the mask
and they said that for this game I don't have to wear it because the covid regulations have changed.
Then I had to wait a little bit longer because they first wanted to practice some other things
like the video on the screen and then we also discussed when to start my music. Because the
show for the warriors was an in-game performance which means I only had one minute and 45 seconds
to perform therefore it's of course really important when they start the music so that
it will be the same way like I practiced in Germany. So I explained to them that I will wait
in the corner of the court until they give me the go and as soon as I go on my bike start riding and
enter the court that they start the music then. Then I finally had the time to practice and I was
allowed to do my tricks and to see how my bike feels like on the court and yeah everything worked
out really fine in the rehearsal so I was ready for the game. So rehearsal is done now everything
went fine and now we have the chance to watch the players warm up on the court. So see you there!
What an honor to see those superstars warming up before their game. It's so crazy that
they're here that I will perform here that I have the chance to watch them warming up
I can't believe it.
And then it was finally time to perform. My routine before a performance like this
looks like this that I close my eyes I breathe in and breathe out in a controlled way to calm down
then I check my shoes to I clean them I remove the dust from my shoes so that I have enough grip
with my feet on the bicycle then I check my costume is everything on the right place where
the costume should be then I check my body I check my muscles I jump so that I stay warm that my
muscles stay warm I stretch and check if I have enough movement and enough flexibility
in my shoulders and in my whole body to be ready for the show. As I told you before this was an
in-game performance which means in a halftime many people go out to go on the toilet or to go
get something to drink or some snacks but in an in-game performance people stay on their seats
so therefore the arena was completely full and when I say completely full I mean that 18 000
people were watching my performance. I get goosebumps every time I watch the video I get
goosebumps every time I watch this preparation just standing there and waiting for the moment
to go on the court it's it's unbelievable the moment standing there you never know when you
have to go on the court is it just some more seconds or is it two more minutes you have to
wait you never know but you always have to be ready. This was the moment I was finally allowed
to go on the court and if you have a look at the two persons sitting on the right side in the first
row I will tell you later who these guys are. Now we discussed another time where I will stay until
the music starts and then I think no more words are needed.
If you want to watch a video of the full and unedited performance you can check out the link
above or the link I put in the description of this video and if you don't want to miss any
new video then make sure to subscribe to my channel. What an incredible feeling performing
in San Francisco in the Chase Center in the Games from the Golden State Warriors in front of so
incredibly many people what an honor to perform there and when I walked off from the court the
boy in the first row said to me something like wow this was amazing you did a great job and I was
like yeah thank you and just continued walking and later in the video I saw that this was the
drummer from the band Metallica Lars Ulrich and his son so basically his son said this to me and
I just realized it later when I saw the video one minute boom it's gone wow thank you thank you so
that was it
thank you so much
after my performance we went up to the stands to see how this arena looks like from the stands
and this moment I then realized how many 18 000 people we are and how tiny this court
looks like from the stands and that I've just performed there in front of so many people
what a feeling. In the evening we then packed my bike to get ready for the next flight to Oklahoma
City. What happened in Oklahoma City and what I did in Las Vegas again you can see in my next vlog
thank you so much for watching this vlog and if you don't want to miss any new video then
