Seven Star Prey Mantis fist Performance 七星螳螂連拳

I've been training with Master Longfei Yang for over 10 years at this point. The time really flew by very quickly. I'd say one of the most valuable things I've learned from him is that, I think particularly in Western culture, we think of things as either material or spiritual if we believe there's a spiritual side at all. But traditional Chinese martial arts really come to realize in a very real way that the physical and the mental and spiritual are intimately tied together and your state of mind absolutely has an impact on your body. I'll be doing a different form than I've done in the past. I'm hoping to polish up a stick form that my teacher has shown me. I'm going to have to put a lot of hard work in in the coming months.
