Today we're gonna do a texas brisket cheese steak so We're gonna prep it up. Let's go. I got some buns and we'll be setting those up We got some corn some queso we've got our fire Got that bmb Man look at that brisket. That's beautiful. Oh my god, that's that meat jelly baby. It's got that jiggle you want Oh lord Sexy time So And then we got ******* Here's our dish the texas cheese steak slider so here I am putting a little bit of queso on the bottom bun Then we're going to top that with that low and slow brisket We mixed it with some poblano peppers some sautéed onions a little bit of corn and then that house-made barbecue sauce Let me tell you people People loved it Go by stop by besame check out the hot box food truck teach you some of that low and slow texas style barbecue And as always much love from here to chef's backyard
