(Bundesliga 2023/2024): Highlights Borussia Dortmund - Freiburg

Here's Zabica, space to move into, good strength as well. Fulcrug, Marlen... JOHNNY O'MARLEN! Sensational! Hüfler, I think it was. And then this ball here from Fulcrug, the composure inside the box. And the finish is just outstanding. First touch, brilliant. And then it's just, you know where the target is, just hit it. Well, they got a couple of goals in the Widdock Köln recently. He's up to eight league goals this season. Nine in all competitions. No-look pass in there as well. Marlen Schalloy trying to put together a highlight reel in space for about ten seconds. Here's Eggestein, away from Martsen, who didn't actually make contact. Kübler with the cross and the header was a sharp one from Gregoritsch. We have to change. It's a big concern, they've already lost two of their... They're in the seventh minute of stoppage time. Here's Fulcrug, it's opened up here. Options left and right for Niklas Fulcrug. It's Marlen! There it hops! Johnny O'Marlen delivers again. Fulcrug here, brilliant how he got rid of Sedilla. And then that's the last thing as an opponent. What do you want? 3x3 or 4x4? Towards your own box with pace. A brilliant pass again. First touch is spot on. And then it's back post. Low in the back post. So hard to save for the goalkeeper. Brilliant. Here he is again on a hat-trick, the Dutchman. It's a delicate ball in and wide. Rierson who made the charge. Look, he's seen it. What a delivery. Brilliant. He just hit it with his ankle and not with the inside of his foot. Neat and tidy by No Kittens. Pushed away by Asubolu. Sule keeping the pressure on against Sildelia. And then Sildelia with the foul. If we had any sense that Dortmund were going to ease off, that's gone straight away. And to be fair, Rierson got for a similar foul. Marlen. There's a buzz around the ground every time he gets the ball. Rierson's delivery. Great save by Asubolu. It hits him, yes, but the positioning was perfect. It looked as though he was struggling a bit, but since then, to give him credit, he's been an important player going forward and backwards. Yeah. Herler did enough. Brandt will get a second chance. What a delivery. And that is a superb Dortmund goal. And the birthday boy strikes to wrap up the points. Niklas Fullkrug, 31 today, makes it Dortmund 3, Freiburg near. I think they have to clear the lines much more. And then this first time, I don't think it's offside because of Kübler. Oh, man. Just a normal day at the office for Fullkrug inside the box. Ten goals this season, ten from inside the box. Brilliant finish. But we see Dortmund's excellent 2024 continues. Another win, another goal for Niklas Fullkrug, adding to his two assists. He twice set up Daniel Marlen in the first half.
