What's In my Baseball Bag? NC State Commit Jacob Smith

I'm Jacob Smith class of 2026 shortstop right-handed pitcher I go to Reagan High School I'm committed to North Carolina State and this is what's in my [Music] bag what's up guys for the month of I got a Rollins Pro preferred it's 11 and2 we got the tan and the brown I didn't really customize this I got it from Better Baseball down in Atlanta when we were at a tournament but I've had this thing for 3 years and it's formed my hand perfectly and you know I love this thing so I'm not going to change it up next we got this glove I just got it's a my pitching glove it's 11 and 34 it's a Rollins Pro preferred I customized this thing we got the mint green and pink those are probably two of my favorite colors so um I chose those two but on here we got my my number number five we got fleo right here on the side um we got the American flag on top and then we got Smitty which is my nickname here on the back on my teammates call me Smitty next we'll move on inside the bag I'll start with the bats we got the gamer right here the high school gamer um the 2023 DeMarini voodo it's a 33 in um you know I got it a couple months ago and getting comfortable with it but really really love this bat it's super balanced next we got my summer ball bats it's it's the say bat my summer ball bats we got the custom Chandler ab16 I started using Chandler um two summers ago and um I got comfortable with the ab16 model so they've been great they send me new models when I um need them but I got the um the customized the emblem on there and I picked the gray and I went with the same exact bat so we don't change anything up moving on we got the helmet South Charlotte Panthers summer ball team um we got the Parker bird sticker on the back love that guy but um here on the front I'm not going to use this in high school ball because our colors aren't South Charlotte but this is my um South Charlotte helmet and you know I I've always been a big SEF flap guy but you know I got comfortable with this shut helmet over the summer so stuck with this we'll move on we got the batting gloves I actually got a couple pair of batting gloves but I'll dig for them later but um got the batting gloves I had got down in um Arizona at the USA trials had a blast down there but they're Franklin's I'm not sure what model they are but um I got them they're customized USA baseball Franklin's moving on we got the leg guard we got the red for uh South Shaw and the ref NC State a little bit when we're playing Summer Ball but um got the red it's the bigger version of the um leg guard honestly I'd use it more for looks I don't think I've ever hit a ball off my leg but um you know this thing's comfortable when I feel comfortable to play with it moving on we got the G form really love this thing it's the double arm guard it's comfortable for me and you know it saved me a couple times last summer actually getting hit in the elbow and woring about any injuries so I just feel comfortable and it keeps me safe up at the play move on to the Evo Shield sliding mitt same thing I use this more for looks than I do for protecting my hand but you know it came in handy a couple times over the summer with I sliding in getting cleated or stepped on but um you know I always have this thing in my back pocket when I'm on the field and uh when I get on base put it on the left hand and go to work moving on we got the turf cleat we got the Adidas add zeros um black and white I really love the thing you know us the these to hit BP with um pregame or training with them um if we or even if we play on turf fields um using those things on Turf next we got the J Bands these are a huge asset to um my arm care and um you know using these before I pitch I have a big band routine I do or before I throw a bullpen or just even to get the shoulders loose before we play short stop but um USA baseball gave these to me down in Arizona so love the JB bands probably one of my favorite things in my bag next we got the two Drive Line balls um this one's messed up but uh you know we still throw it um I'm not a big Drive Line guy like I don't do them every day I just do them before I pitch I throw them into the um fence to get loose and get the arm ready to go but use these before I pitch moving on we got the Rawlings bat grip spray I either use this or tiger stick it's kind of just whatever we have at the field as a team but you know I started and I've just used this over the off season and I'm about to run out but I'll either use this or the Tiger grip stick I'm a big arm sleeve guy like I said um I like I like I one of my big superstitions is having them um on my left arm and I wear wrist tape on the right arm I don't have any wrist tape on me right now but um got this one in Arizona and I either wear Evo Shield or Jordan arm sleeves and I always wear them on the left arm so love wearing arm sleeves next to move on we got a little pitching trainers and I don't really use these before I pitch I really just use them when I'm long tossing I'll pick up the blue one the blue one's the heavier one and it really helps with getting on top of the baseball and getting as much spin efficiency as you can and um so I'll throw the blue one before I long toss and I'll come back in with this one after I long toss and I'll work on change ups and you know really get your change up working moving on in here I got the pro hitters I use these when I hit I put them around my thumb and keep them there when I grip the bat I use them to keep I'm more for Comfort than anything but it keeps the bat in my fingers and makes me feel like I have as much um control around the bat as I can right here we got the backup gloves I always keep about two pairs of batting gloves on me but these are the Franklin Pro straps I'm probably going to use these in high school ball because my USA ones are probably getting ready to rip but you know the just all white I like to go with the clean all white next we got the pair I used all summer they never ended up ripping um but they were just a blue and red pair it's the same exact pair as the white ones but huge Franklin guy next we got the sunglasses I got two pairs of these things the 100% S3s I love I love them they're really comfortable keep the Sun out of my eyes and they look really good and then next I got the cleats Adidas add Zer the same ones as my Turf cleats but um you know they're really comfortable really light I like really light cleat so moving on last thing we got the bag it's a Rollins duffel bag I got this thing over the summer and you know it holds a lot of stuff and you know I really like have the bats come out and I can keep it on my shoulders so looks good and holds a lot of things that's all we [Music] got
