(Serie A 2023/2024): Highlights ATALANTA - SASSUOLO
Copminers Minantjuk and it's spilled by Consigli and turned in by Mario Pascalic.
A slow motion goal it was good enough to break the deadlock here.
L'Oriente wins it back and has a go from outside the area Karnesecki.
Easy save in the end at his near post. Heading down and what a stop from Karnesecki and it
survives via the crossbar. Luck is on Atalanta's side. Unbelievable. He's going to let this cross
come in and it's almost met by Chaucer and claim with a handball. The referee wants to blow and
Frontera decides. Penalty kick Sassuolo. Andrea Pinamonti is saved by Karnesecki.
VAR it's another penalty. Sassuolo who are fighting for relegation. They need this boost
and it's saved again. Karnesecki gets it right twice. A brilliant double from Atalanta's keeper.
Kopminers. Miranchuk's left boot finds Holm and turned Kopminers. That is the Atalanta
that's caught everyone's attention in 2024. Teketulare shields the ball well. Kopminers in
and Miranchuk. This was a moment after coming on for Bakker. Big deflection, massive touch off the
post and in win the third and Pascalic-Skamaka opens up the net and what a save from Consigli.
The magnificent seventh for Gasperini and Atalanta. The final score at the Gewiss.
Atalanta three, Sassuolo nil.
