DRAWING INVINCIBLE (Mark Grayson) | Digital Illustration (speedpaint )

[Applause] [Music] hi i'm john stems illustrations and today we're going to be drawing mark grayson aka invincible from the image publishing comic stream or comic series invincible now this comic series is more mature and the actual amazon cartoon series is rated in 18 i believe so if you're old enough please check it out if you're not just please enjoy the artwork on the channel today without further ado let's bring this illustration to life so for this illustration i wanted to draw mark grayson aka invincible in a flying pose he's basically got super strength pretty much invulnerability that gets stronger along with his strength over time and the ability to fly i thought the characters got quite cool funky design it reminds me a bit of a dc's sort of like blue beetle and booster gold fused together i do like the yellow blue and black costume design and all in all i do like the series with the character development showing how he discovers his powers and he gets on with daily life and learning to become a superhero and how his worlds turn upside down i'm not going to go too much into the background or storyline for it because it's basically no spoilers in this one but i do like the simplicity of design i like the fact that it's quite sleek and quite clean and it's pretty much just all about him there's no extra gadgets there's no cape it's just a really nice costume and a really clean and simple power set so for this as i said i did a flying pose i quite like how this came out in the competition did a quite a bit of research between images of invincible and watching the amazon prime series quite a fair bit as i said before if you're old enough to watch it that's an 18 then feel free to check out amazon prime and if you only have to get sorry if you're old enough to get and if you're old enough to get the comics then feel free to check them out something i'll be aiming to do somewhere down the line i'll also draw a few other characters from invincible maybe omniman and definitely atom eve robot and a few other characters uh might even draw some of the philtrumites but anyway i hope you enjoy the process of bringing this illustration of mark grayson aka invincible to life [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] there you have it bringing mark grayson aka invincible to life if you want to see more characters from the invincible comic series on the channel illustrated be sure to let me know who you'd like to see in the comments below don't forget we have a poll on my instagram and you can also comment on this video who you'd like to see next in our multi-story arc that's been developing the choices are ultra magnus or hot rod last illustration we did on the multi-story arc was hush from fortnite as an anti-venom character that's quite cool so be sure to check that video out anyway smash a like if you enjoyed this video subscribe and turn on notifications stay up to date with videos as they come out share the video to anybody who you think would like to see it stay safe and i'll catch you next time
