My name is Tran Ngoc Truong My. I was born in 1985 in Nguyen Quang, Saigon.
I currently live in Dong Nai province.
My phone number is 0919 275 803.
I am a new student of French, French-French.
Later, I would like to share a story about my French-French,
the benefits of good health, spirit, and beautiful things that I have never thought of.
Before training, I was born in a very poor family.
I grew up in violence, both mentally and physically.
This had a negative impact on my personality.
I became quiet, shy, shy, and lonely.
By trying my best, I always achieved excellent results on the path of study.
I got a university degree, then a doctorate.
The path of career is also wide and open.
But contrary to the high education, many levels of professionalism,
I am a person with a bad personality, pessimistic, and fighting.
My life view at that time was,
learning to earn money brings happiness,
which is the guarantee of safety for my future.
I have no concept of family love,
personal love, human love,
let alone the concept of morality, right or wrong, good or bad.
For me, those things are very vague.
They give me the right to despise and despise others.
Living alone, without family,
I could not trust anyone.
When I was lonely and lost my direction in life,
I would go to the temples
and meditate under the Buddha's statue
to clear my mind about the thoughts of life.
Gradually, I began to understand
and participate in Buddhist meditation.
Then I became a Buddha.
I am a Buddhist,
but mainly to have a spiritual mind to look at when I am sad.
As for my morality,
I do not pay much attention to it.
In 2014, after great changes in life and work,
I left Saigon and came to Bien Hoa to resume my career.
Here, by chance,
in 2019,
I met my husband, Pei Ze.
In 2020, we got married.
He is a gentle, gentle and kind person,
who loves his family very much.
He does not smoke,
does not drink beer,
does not gamble,
does not have a boyfriend,
does not have a summer party.
In addition, he works at a hair salon.
When he comes home,
he volunteers to take care of family affairs.
The atmosphere of our family is always full of laughter.
I feel that I have got a husband like him,
except that he is a French-French student.
He practiced French-French since 2015,
before meeting me.
Also because I am a Buddhist,
I am very concerned about the protection of my religion.
Because I think that I need to protect French-French
for the religion that I respect,
so I turned to attack other religions and religions,
including French-French.
My thought was that,
apart from being a Buddhist,
the other religions are not Buddhists.
At that time,
I saw many people around the French-French group,
so out of curiosity,
I learned about this field of study.
However, today's media is real and fake.
At that time, I received a lot of information
from fake news channels.
They made baseless claims that
French-French is a loanword of Buddhist words.
Then they made it into French-French.
At that time,
I thought,
is there any difference between French-French?
The deeper I looked into the false propaganda,
the more I hated French-French.
Let's mention French-French,
I was so angry,
so angry,
I could not stand it.
Just like that,
French-French has harmed me.
Because I was not well-educated,
I often went to social media
and used fake information
from fake news channels
to attack French-French.
My French-French writing
was always widely shared
and very influential in the internet community.
In addition,
I also went to Facebook pages
set up by French-French students
to promote French-French,
in order to disturb and humiliate them.
I still remember
once walking in a park near my house,
an old lady came up to me
to introduce me to French-French.
I did not hesitate to swear
and did not give her a chance
to say anything more.
She just smiled very politely.
After getting married,
I found every way
to make my husband
give up French-French training,
such as banning practice,
banning French learning at home.
Instead,
I deliberately created a lot of work for him
and did not have time for French-French.
I strictly managed my husband's Facebook account.
All friends on Facebook
related to French-French
I directly blocked them all.
So that he no longer had a collective environment,
he would gradually move away from French-French.
I set the rule
that in the house
nothing related to French-French
should be mentioned.
After a while,
I no longer saw him study French,
practice anything else.
I felt happier and more assured.
Later,
I learned
that at that time,
for the sake of family harmony,
he had learned how to speak French
and practice silence
at 2-3 a.m.
when I was still sleeping.
Once, by chance,
I met him
sitting in a practice room
in a grass area near the house.
This time,
I don't know why,
I didn't feel angry as usual,
but I paid more attention to observe him,
small,
gentle,
but very determined.
Then I thought about everything.
I saw that my husband
was a very good person.
He didn't hide his mind
or his temper
because of the news
that spread the wrong news.
On the contrary,
he always kept the family harmony,
lived responsibly and kindly,
or helped others.
Moreover,
he was a very strong
spiritual supporter for me.
I asked myself
why a kind-hearted Buddha like me
was full of bad temper,
hot-tempered,
extreme,
jealous,
petty,
selfish,
but my husband was so kind-hearted.
The next day,
I thought
I should practice more.
I tried,
but it didn't work.
Then my husband taught me
the movements
of the five Dharma practices.
I didn't pay much attention.
I mainly practiced in the kitchen,
but I didn't practice fully every day.
Fifteen days after the practice,
just when it was time to practice,
I forgot to take painkillers
as usual,
and I found that
I was no longer in pain
as before.
Before,
when it was time to practice,
I had to prepare
three or four painkillers
but it still hurt.
Sometimes,
it hurt so much
that I had to go to the emergency room.
I was also addicted to
wind oil
since I was eight years old.
I always had to
bring a bottle of oil with me.
Every three or five minutes,
I took it once.
Three or four days,
I used up a bottle.
If there was no oil,
I stood still.
My head was spinning,
I was dizzy,
I lost balance,
I couldn't do anything.
However,
two months after the practice,
I got rid of the habit of oil
and my brain was still awake.
The difficulties in the first stage of practice
Since I was a child,
I had a lot of diseases.
Emotional disorders,
chronic diseases,
kidney diseases,
ear inflammation,
skin inflammation,
low blood pressure,
sinusitis,
osteoarthritis,
gynecological diseases,
and so on.
It can be said that
in each part of my body,
I was sick.
After practicing for two months,
I saw a few mild diseases.
I took it as a surprise,
and then I found out
that there were a lot of people in the world
who, through the practice of Dharma,
got rid of all diseases in a miraculous way.
At that time,
instead of focusing on mental training,
I had a lot of questions.
Why can this person get rid of all diseases
in one month?
Two months?
Why do I only need a few mild diseases?
What about the other diseases?
Why don't I need them all at once?
Also because I had just started practicing,
I hadn't finished reading the book
The main book is about mental training,
so I didn't really understand
that mental training
means that you need to train your mind.
You need to raise your mind,
then you can get rid of diseases.
As I got older,
I rarely practiced.
Of course,
I haven't read much of the book,
and I don't understand much.
Then I thought,
Dharma practice is also good,
but which one is the best,
and which one is suitable for me?
So I gave up Dharma practice
and started to learn
the methods of curing diseases,
improving health,
such as diet,
diet,
