that whenever our law enforcement Partners go in the community that they have more opportunity to um go after these predators that are praying Upon Our citizens and our people so um that's the first section the next section is what we just amended and I want to thank the lady from Jefferson for her help on this um and appreciate her input uh we did have multiple um possibilities this enables the um Attorney General's office together a group to have discussions on how we need to move forward on making sure everyone's collaborating everyone's communicating and having pull data information record and share that information with each other it gives a list of suggestions of things that we would like to have them report back to us so that we actually know what we need to do to help the Attorney General's office all of our law enforcement but most importantly the victims uh there's another section toward the end we put signage and the signage the most important part that I want to if anyone's watching out there that needs to know um the number out there for human trafficking it is 1888 37 37888 that is the um National tra human trafficking hotline we want to make sure we get that number out there as much as possible currently I think in our statue it's 11 by4 is what we have um of posters that is a poster that can be printed off the adjustments that have been made have been to move that to an 8 and 1 half by 11 you could print that off or you could also use a 3X3 films and these are supposed to be prominently displayed in areas that may have an ability to um catch the eye of someone that may be a victim of this heinous crime so um with that being said we've also we did add a penalty in the event that the locations are not complying with that information being out there and available we added a penalty and the penalty that goes with that would go any funds that came from that would go directly into the funds for the victims and things like that so at this point in time if there are no further questions um we move passage of house Bell 3 as amended by house floor Amendment one
