the good member from the six District
represent
volts well thank you madam speaker uh
again uh asking for a no vote on this
bill and I want to be clear when I heard
over and over we can't have caps we
can't have constraints on this because
we have to let the market work M let's
be clear this is not a market there's a
lot of definitions to what a market is
but a market is generally the the
Willing exchange between a willing buyer
and a willing seller none of that exists
this is a complicated not a very
complicated a pretty straightfor forward
tax scheme by Washington State and now
we were going to subjugate our people to
the will of a foreign country and
another state in this tax realm we hear
about the these benefits this Revenue
that that is created I heard that
created Revenue it is not it is picked
out of the pockets of the people of
Washington state and maybe maybe we get
some projects maybe we get something
good out of it maybe something happens
but we're certainly not going to save
the planets by depriving and
impoverishing the people of Washington
state so please vote no on this
regressive horrible tax
scheme
