Hey guys, what's up? It's Ashley and Taylor and welcome back to Twin Coast.
For today's video, we are doing some rainbow boba.
We shared a YouTube short around like last week and
we made this like dragon fruit boba. It was hot pink. The color was amazing and
it tasted so good and it was really fun to make too.
It was really fun. It was actually our first time making boba
and it was pretty hard, not gonna lie. We probably weren't doing everything right
but we're gonna try it again today and we're gonna try it with a bunch of
different fruits and we'll show you guys how we're making
it. So I'm super excited to show you guys this. Let's get right into it. Let's do it!
Okay, so for this rainbow boba recipe, we're gonna be doing
five different fruits. We have some kiwis, we have some strawberries,
we have a mango, we have some blueberries, and last but not least,
we're gonna do some dragon fruit again. Since the dragon fruit turned out so
well last time, we're really hoping that all the other fruits turn into like the
colors that we're hoping for but I don't know. Let's find out.
Okay, so now we got all of our fruit. It's all ready. We blended it all up
and a lot of the colors turned out really awesome. Dragon fruit's
always awesome. And the strawberry is so pretty, you guys. Blueberry's phenomenal
too. I think it's gonna turn into a really pretty purple.
But you guys, the kiwi. The kiwi. We gotta talk about the kiwi.
I don't know how this is gonna turn out. We're gonna go with it but the color's
not pretty. Not pretty at all. Okay, next up, so we're gonna grab one of
our flavors and we're gonna add it to a pot
with two tablespoons of tapioca starch and we're gonna heat it up together.
And we're gonna cook it until it becomes really stretchy and jelly-like.
Okay, so we've gotten all the fruit cooked. It actually took like quite a
while but turned out really good. That's what
we get for doing five different flavors. Honestly, we did so many flavors. Okay, so
our next step is we're gonna add three quarter cups of tapioca starch to a
big bowl. And this is where things kind of get
really messy because you gotta get your hands in there.
Okay, so our boba is all cooked and it turned out really good.
Yeah, way better than we thought. The colors actually turned out really well.
Yeah, the kiwi one we thought wasn't gonna work out but it actually does
look like a kiwi boba so that's good. Okay, so for the tea, we're gonna be using
a summerberry tea and it's actually a really pretty color
and we think it will go really nice with our boba.
Okay, so the boba is all done and I'm really happy with how it turned out.
So am I. I hope it tastes good. Let's do a taste test.
Cheers. Cheers.
Whoa, that's pretty good. That one was definitely strawberry. It tasted
a lot like strawberries. The strawberry ones smelled the best. Yeah, they did.
They were the best, I think. I don't know if you guys noticed but check out our
straws. We got some Twin Coast straws happening here.
This one obviously says Twin Coast and then we have our little
double palms here. They're super cute and let me tell you, they work good for boba.
Definitely. They're big enough for boba and they're great for smoothies
and they're gonna be on our shop in the next couple weeks so make sure to keep
an eye out for that. But yeah, that's it for today's video.
Thank you guys so much for watching. If you guys like this video,
make sure to give it a big thumbs up and also make sure to hit subscribe and turn
your post notifications because we're uploading
pretty much Monday to Friday and a whole bunch of new summer recipes like this
one. So yeah, we hope to see you guys soon.
