Hi guys, I'm Zong Han. Welcome to Zatayami.
Today on Zatayami, I'm going to show you how to make
chrysanthemum tea, which is great when your body is feeling heaty.
This cooling herbal tea is great when you're having a sore throat or a headache.
So to start off, here are the following ingredients that you will need.
In a huge pot, bring water, dried chrysanthemum flowers,
and wolfberries to a boil. Simmer for a minute and add in rock sugar.
Stir until dissolved. Shut off the heat and let it cool.
If you want, you also can strain the flowers out later.
You can serve warm or cold. Keep it in the fridge for up to four days.
