Hi guys, Mark here with Wolters World. We're in Innsbruck, Austria.
Getting ready to take a train here to Verona.
What we thought we'd do is give you guys a few tips.
If you're going to be traveling in a big group,
it's probably a good idea to know how the train system works here in Europe.
Now, we've got some tickets here.
And we're on the right track.
But you want to make sure you know what track you're on.
And you also want to find out what wagon you're on.
Because you don't always have to get reservations.
However, if you're coming with a lot of luggage,
or you're coming with a lot of people,
sometimes it's worth the 3 to 5 euros to get your seat.
So sometimes it's just worth it to get that.
It'll always be an extra ticket.
You'll have your normal tickets, and then you'll have your reservation tickets.
And on there, it'll give you the wagon number you're going to be on,
as well as your seating places.
Now the thing is, you might not know where it is.
And if you're on a train that's going from Berlin to Verona,
it only stops for a few minutes at each stop.
So if you're getting on here in Innsbruck,
you need to know where your train is, so you can hop on the right wagon.
Because you don't want to drag all your luggage on 3 or 4 wagons.
And you see the people doing it, and you know that it really sucks.
So what you want to do is find the wagon schedule,
as they call it, or whatever, where it has all the trains on there,
and find yours on the sign.
Okay, now we're going to Verona, so you can see here,
you see Verona, I'm pointing at the sign, dink, right there.
That's where we're going to go.
Now we see that we're in wagon 256,
so that's going to be between sections B and C.
So we want to make sure that we can actually get there,
have all of our luggage ready, as you can see,
all of our stuff's ready to go, there between B and C.
So when it does arrive, you can just hop right on.
Okay, but make sure you're looking on,
make sure you're on the right track,
they have the departure signs in all the train stations.
Make sure when you get onto your track,
you look and see where your wagon's going to be.
Okay, find it there and be all ready to go,
so you can just get in, put your stuff there, no big problem.
So that's a little helpful tip,
so get your reservations when you're traveling through Europe.
