Hey guys, welcome back to What I Wore In A Week. I hope you're all doing really, really
well. It's the beginning of April and spring finally seems to be on its way and I'm so
excited for all the spring fashion. You can expect to see lots more spring looks and transitional
spring outfits in this vlog. While I share all the different things that I wear for this
week, there's a few things going on. Today is Tuesday and the sun is shining. I'm heading
into London. I've got a few meetings and then I'm going to come home, go to the gym and
then I'm going to make dinner for me and Ryan. So it's going to be a productive day.
Let me show you what I've got on today. Starting with a white waistcoat from Cozz Stores. This
is from last year, but I'm sure I'll be able to find similar alternatives for you guys.
I love a waistcoat in spring, summer. It's so nice compared to an ordinary t-shirt or
tank top and they're super trendy, but at the same time, they look classic and they
look chic. I've got dark blue flared jeans on from River Island. They're sort of straight
leg with a tiny flare at the bottom and I love that they have this sort of detail going
straight through them, which makes them look like tailored and smarter. I've got my Gucci
slingback heels on. Love these. They're so neutral and they just go so well with a beige
blazer or biker jacket and they're quite comfortable too. Although I probably will travel in my
Sambas, carry my slingbacks in my bag and then change into them for my meetings because
no one needs to be wearing heels on the tube. It's just easier to travel in my trainers.
I've added my blazer on top. This is from Source Unknown. It's a wool blend, so it's
quite thick, which is great for early spring, the rest of spring because it's going to keep
me warm, but at the same time, I'm not wearing loads of layers or a big coat. Buy two coats
now that it's spring and I love the colour of it too. It's neutral. It goes really well
with the slingback heels and because it's a neutral colour, it's so easy to wear and
mix and match with different pieces I've already got in my wardrobe. I'm going to wear it open
today just so that you can see the vest underneath, but it has such a cool shape to it. So as
you can see here, if I cinch it in with the button, it gives a really nice silhouette
and this double-breasted design, which I think is really cool. It's such a statement blazer.
Two different ways to wear it. Bag, I'm going to wear the midi New Yorker in the off-white
colour just because then I'm bringing back in the white from the waistcoat. So I've got
the white waistcoat and bag matching and then I've got the blazer and the slingbacks matching.
One tip I can give when it comes to simple and timeless dressing is to try and stick
to the three colour rule. So that is having three colours more or less in your outfit.
So I've got the denim blue, which counts as a colour. Then I've got this beige shade from
the blazer, which also matches with the slingback heels and then I've got the white off-white
colour of the waistcoat and the bag. So that's three colours and that way there's not too much
going on. Your outfit is going to look cohesive and you're going to look elegant and like you've
got your ---- together. And this is the final look heading into London for meetings. I think
this would also be quite a nice outfit for going out for dinner with friends or going out for lunch.
It's smart, casual vibes. You could wear it for smart, like me going into the city for meetings
or you could wear it for dinner, date, that kind of thing. I actually think this would be a nice
outfit for a dinner first date. I mean, it's been 12 years since my first date with Ryan
because we've been together such a long time. But that is a question that lots of people ask
sometimes. What would I wear on a first date? And I think something like this is nice. Smart,
casual vibes, look chic, not too over the top. Jewellery. I've got my Olivia Burton gold watch on
and then I've got these gorgeous chunky gold earrings on from By Anissa. Everything I will
link in the description box for you guys. Then I've got my gold Monica Vinader bangle on. No
necklace today. Anyway, must go. Otherwise I'll be late for my train. Hello, hello. It is Wednesday.
I spent the day filming and editing. And when I'm on a big editing session, I love to put comfy
clothes on, but usually a co-ord. So I have a couple of co-ords in my drawer in my wardrobe.
Most of them are from Pretty Lavish. This is from Pretty Lavish, this set. And I just love to be
comfortable when I'm editing, especially because sometimes editing goes into the evening. So I
don't want to be there in my trousers or my jeans working away on my laptop. So I'll always get
changed into a nice, comfy, cosy set. This set is so chic as well. I really love the black detail.
It's like a border around the sleeves and also on the trousers. It's such a comfortable material.
It's got this texture on it as well, which I think is a nice touch to it. And I just really love
wearing comfy clothes. I love pyjamas as well. I have so many pairs of pyjamas. If I'm not putting
a cosy co-ord on in the evening, then I'm putting on my pyjamas. If I don't have anywhere else to go
like the gym or the supermarket that night. I particularly love a co-ord because although I'm
very cosy, I feel a little bit more put together. It just feels like a little bit more effort than
putting on like tracksuit bottoms and a random jumper that doesn't match and makes me feel a
little bit more in work mode than if I was going to put my sweats on. And this is the final co-ord.
This is the outfit essentially. I've got slippers on as well because slippers are an absolute must.
Most of our flooring downstairs, apart from the living room, is laminate flooring. So this time
inevitably it's going to be cold on the floor and my feet need to be warm all the time. So
I love these slippers. They're from Emu Australia and they're like a hug for my feet. They're fabulous.
Hi guys. It is Thursday and I'm having a filming day. Just finished filming Lily Silk,
a work wear campaign. So go check that out on Instagram because it should be live
by the time this video is up. I thought I'd show you my outfit because this is a super simple
but chic work wear look and also includes a couple of new pieces that I picked up from
H&M. So this one is for my work wear girlies or anyone that likes to dress smart day to day.
I've got striped knit on from H&M. This I only picked up a week ago. Love the gold button
details. Like very chic and timeless. I also like that it has the shorter sleeve because it's great
for spring when the weather warms up a little bit. And I've paired the navy cardigan with these
trousers from Lily Silk which pair so nicely with the navy. I love these straight leg trousers.
They're also super comfortable because they are mostly made out of silk so they are just such a
dream to wear. And I feel like when you're going to work you want to look great but you also want
to be comfortable and wearing clothes that fit well. I've got a belt on from Amazon Fashion.
It's giving Hermes dupe vibes. Not that you can actually see it but I do like to wear a belt to
make sure my trousers stay in place and high-waisted. For the bag I've paired it with this
coffoon structured bag which is just such a gorgeous tan colour and it does match with the
belt. Not that you can really see the belt. You can also fit a deceiving amount inside this bag.
You can't fit a laptop but I can honestly fit so much inside like my camera, my phone,
makeup, charger, like so many different things. It's like Mary Poppins bag. These chunky gold
earrings are also from Amazon Fashion. I'll link them below for you. They were such a steal.
Sometimes you can find such good things on Amazon. I think they were literally about
£12, maybe even cheaper. I've also popped on my long line trench coat from Under the Stories.
Had this since last year and I'm pretty sure they have a really similar version again this year.
I think it just looks chic and timeless. I love the cuff detail as well and that it has a slightly
oversized fit. This works well for workwear with this look but also I wear it for casual days out
when I'm running errands or you could even wear it with a date night outfit if you had a cute top
and jeans on and a blazer and then throw this on top just so you have that extra layer. In the UK
the temperature changes so much so it could be a little bit warm on some spring days or really
cold so having a trench coat which is like a thin jacket that you can just pop on top is ideal.
Layers are essential. Shoes, I've gone for these cream boucle heels from H&M. I'll show you them
a little bit more close up. They have this boucle detail here and then this slightly different
texture for the heel and it has a bit of a heel but it's not super tall which is great for workwear
heels and this is the finished workwear look. This could also work as like a meetings in the city
kind of outfit or if you just prefer to dress a little bit smarter day to day then this would be
a great spring outfit but definitely office wear appropriate and if you wanted to dress
it down a little bit you could just wear white smart trainers instead or
maybe even dolly shoes, ballet flats if you prefer not to wear heels.
Hey guys it's Friday. I'm heading into the city today for a PR appointment and then I'm going to
shoot this outfit and then come home. So this is what I'm wearing today. I've got my cream tweed
jacket on from Marseille London. This is one of my favourite tweed jackets. It's perfect for spring.
If you haven't come across Marseille London before they do really beautiful animated pieces.
I would say the price point is slightly higher but you definitely get what you're paying for.
I've paired it with these beige would we say beige kind of tan trousers from Forever New.
I really like these trousers because they are a great length. They're not too long and I'm wearing
trainers today so I don't have to pair them with heels. I think the beige tan works so well
with the white as a colour combination. I've decided to pair it with a tan belt. This is from
Amazon Fashion and then also a tan bag from Cofoon and that way I'm tying in the colour of the tan
with the accessories which is a great way to elevate your outfit and just make sure that
it looks cohesive. I've then gone for my Adidas Samba trainers since I'm going to be walking
around the city and this is me. It's so nice to be heading out and not have to wear a coat because
the weather is finally easing into spring. I'll also show you guys these gorgeous earrings I've
got from By Anissa. They're like a shell design. Let me just zoom in. Look how beautiful these are.
I love gold chunky jewellery but this shell is beautiful. This will be so nice for holidays as
well and this is the final look of the day. I'd say it's quite smart but then I've dressed it down
by having trainers so I've got smart casual vibes going on. I could easily wear this to the office
or maybe swap the trousers for jeans for an even more casual daytime everyday kind of look.
It's Saturday. I'm heading to the dentist in London today for one of my final Invisalign
checkups. I'm so excited to stop wearing my Invisalign. It's been about six months I think
in total that I've been wearing it and I'm so done with it. I love the transformation and honestly I
can really recommend getting Invisalign if you're thinking about it but after six months of wearing
it I'm over it. I'm ready for it to be done and finished with. I'm going to meet Ryan afterwards
in London and then we're going to grab some food together maybe in Covent Garden and then
come home and chill for the evening. This is the outfit that I've popped on. I've got a heavyweight
t-shirt on from Arquette. I'd always recommend getting a heavyweight t-shirt as opposed to a
normal thin white t-shirt because they just look so much better quality wise. They don't crease as
much, they wash far better as well. I do think they are one of those items where it's buy cheap
buy twice. With all the other much cheaper t-shirts I've had they only last a season or
two seasons and then I have to buy a new one whereas this one from Arquette I've had since
last year, still very much going strong, has kept its colour and its shape. Blazer, I've got an
oversized one on from Rihanna. This is my favourite black blazer. It's made from a gorgeous thick
wool blend material. Jeans, I've got a pair of relaxed straight leg jeans on from Abercrombie.
These are from the Curve Love range and I'm wearing them in a size 24 short. These are
fast becoming my favourite pair of casual jeans just because they are so comfortable and I also
feel like this colour of blue, it's in between a light and a medium type of blue, is so easy to
wear for everyday style. You can wear it with a blazer and a t-shirt like I've done here for an easy go-to
spring outfit combination or you could wear it with a nice top and heels for a date night. I feel
like there's just so many ways to wear them and they're super comfortable. I really, really
rate these jeans. Shoes, keeping it simple and practical with a pair of black ballet flats.
Pick these ones up from ASOS. For the bag, I'm wearing the Coffoon Structured Bag which goes well
with my outfit because it has the gold buckle detail on and I've got my gold Celine logo belt
on along with earrings from Amazon Fashion. My Snake Chain Mejuri necklace which is so nice
for everyday. I always get asked where this necklace is from and I think it's because it's a
really chunky chain and it has like a nice shine to it but at the same time because it's simple
you could wear it every day if you wanted to. And then another piece that I tend to wear almost
every day is my Monica Vinader Signature Bangle which close up looks like this. It's a really
pretty addition to an everyday outfit. This is a simple look heading out for lunch and
popping to the dentist on a Saturday. Although this is a look that I'm wearing on a Saturday,
I think this could easily be a workwear outfit if you have a slightly more casual work environment
where you can wear jeans or if you have a dress down day like on a Friday wear a more casual
dress code is allowed. Hey guys, good morning. It is Sunday, the sun is shining and I'm so happy
about it. I'm just about to head to the gym and this is my outfit. I've gone for an Adenola sports
set. So I've got the sports bra. I'll take the bomber jacket off. So this is the sports bra
from Adenola. Sorry if I sound like I've got a bit of a lisp. I've kept my retainer in this
morning because now that my teeth are all straight from Invisalign, I need to make sure I keep it up,
keep my retainer in until I get the fixed bridge behind the teeth so that they stay in place.
I really love Adenola sportswear. Adenola and Tala are my two favourites and this sports bra in
particular I find gives great support but at the same time I don't love something that's too tight
on the chest because I actually feel like it makes me feel like I can't breathe when I'm running and
a lot of the exercising I do includes like sprinting and running. So my chest then feels
really tight anyway. So then to have like a sports bra that's super tight and compressed
on your chest is not good for me. But this gives just the right level of support with this fitted
waistband here and then a built-in bra so you can't see boobs. And then my favourite leggings
are these wrap leggings. They're my favourite because I find them just so flattering with this
wrap design and much more than like the normal straight ones, although I do have those too.
Just love how these fit and these are particularly nice for like yoga and pilates as well when you're
moving and like stretching a lot because they're not going to fall down like any HIIT or fast pace
exercise classes you're doing. These are fab, they just do not fall down. And I wear a size S in the
leggings as well and I'm usually a UK size 6 which is an EU size 34. So this is a gym look. I then got
these trainers on just from Nike. I need to get new trainers actually because when I was running
on the treadmill the other day I could just feel how flat they were. You know how when running
trainers have been used too much they just lose their spring and their bounciness. So that's on my
to-do list to buy a new pair of trainers for training. I will be driving to the gym so I usually
chuck on a huge puffer jacket which just keeps me really warm because I'm always cold. I always
need to have like layers on. I just feel like I feel the cold all the time even if the sun is out
but since the weather is a little bit nicer I feel like I can get away with a bomber jacket for the
car journey and then as soon as I get to the gym I'll pop this in the locker and then just be in my
sports brightened leggings. This is an old bomber jacket from Zara last year. They did them in so
many different colours and I have it in navy and a similar one in black but I just thought this
worked really well with the midnight blue set. I feel like it looks quite cool. Not that the gym
is a fashion show but I would say that if you feel confident and you like the active wear that
you're wearing you're going to feel more confident in the gym. Like I always wear a matching set to
the gym either in colour or it just looks matching doesn't necessarily need to be the same brand
but you will just feel more put together, feel more confident and be able to boss your workout
because I don't know about you guys but gym fear is a real thing. If there's one thing you can do
to make it easier is have your outfit sorted, be comfortable in the clothes that you're wearing,
make sure they fit well. Like the colours that you're wearing I usually tend to go for neutrals
but now it's summer I might end up even incorporating a little bit of colour,
maybe like a light pink for the gym and honestly you will feel better about working out and also
if you were to get new active wear or invest in new gym wear you're going to have a reason to go
to the gym because you need to make sure that you're getting cost per wear for your workout
so I do think investing in active wear is investing in yourself and this is not an ad because I'm not
getting paid by Adrenaline to talk about them but I just really love the active wear and I feel like
it really works for me and the type of exercises that I do and I like to do running so on today's
schedule I'm going to do running I'm going to probably do a 5k or sprints on the treadmill
and then I'm going to do some weights because yeah wedding prep is a go and also that's just
my usual routine anyway I'm not doing anything too crazy for the wedding but understandably I
want to be in the best shape that I can for the wedding as well. Enough rambling from me
and I'm going to head to the gym now. Hey guys I'm back from the gym. I realised every time I
come on to film a new outfit I say hey guys which probably means every two minutes you're hearing me
say hey guys. I feel like I just need to reintroduce the little section. Anyway I am
filming for YouTube and Reels and I thought I'd show you this outfit because I love this waist
coat. I have a feeling I'm going to be wearing this a lot during spring summer. It's from the
Australian brand Kukai. Sorry but guys how stunning is this waistcoat. I got it in black
as well. They sent it to me as PR no obligation to post it but I love it. I think it's so chic
and slightly different to any other waistcoats that I've seen as well. I love that it's got this
asymmetric detail here and has all the buttons all the way to the top. I think it looks really nice
just with jeans. These ones are from River Island. One of my favourite pair of jeans. Such a nice fit
and I like that they're a dark wash. I feel like it makes them look smarter than a lighter jean.
Paired it with my Bottega Dupe style bag. This is from Olivia Sales and Anthropologie also have
similar style bags that literally look like the Bottega bags and then I've got my cream
H&M boucle heels. Stand on one leg to show you which you guys have seen before. This would be
such a cute outfit for going out for drinks with the girls, going out for brunch, going on
a date night and you could just chuck on a leather jacket or a blazer to finish off the look. But I
love this waistcoat so I just had to show you while I was in the middle of filming and I'm so
happy because the sun is out. I feel like the sun makes such a difference to my mood. Probably
partially as well because I feel like I can get more done when the sun's out and content looks
better because it's brighter. So yeah I just love it when it's sunny. Hey guys, just popping out to
go and run some errands. It's Monday and tomorrow I'm going on an exciting work trip to Marrakesh.
It's going to be so warm, I'm so excited to get some sun because although it's brightened up
in London it's still cold. This is outfit to go and run some errands. I need to go to Boots, I
go to the post office as well. I've chucked on my black leather jacket from Kiwi and Co. It's such
a gorgeous buttery material. I really love the oversized like relaxed shape as well. It's just
everything that I wanted in a biker jacket. I think it's super chic too. I've got on my white
collars jeans in the barrel shape. I've been wearing them so much since I bought them about
a month ago. And then for my belt I've got my black Luwewe reversible belt. This belt is so
handy. I actually stopped wearing it and I don't know why because one side is tan and you can take
this buckle off so that it's totally tan on the outside and then the other side is black. So
it's great because you essentially get two belts for the price of one. Can't really go wrong.
Then I'm wearing navy and white striped t-shirt from Massimo Duty. Who said you can't wear navy
and black together? I think you can. Then I've got my Adidas sandals on. I literally live in
these as well. I need to remember that I have other trainers apart from these but I just think
they are so fab. They're also really comfortable which is why I tend to reach for them all the
time. My bag. I've got my Polen Paris black bag just because I've still got my stuff in here from
earlier in the week. My wallet and everything so easy to just pop in the car and go and do my
errands. This is going to be my last outfit of what I wore in a week. I'll definitely do another
one of these soon because spring is here and I love spring styling and as the weather warms up
I'm sure there'll be more outfits to show you and more styling. Thank you so much for
watching and I hope you enjoyed the video. I'll see you in the next one.
