(Laliga 2023/2024): Highlights SEVILLA - CELTA
...behind the home side. We see that smattering of Celta fans in that top corner.
Sevilla, coached by Kike Sanchez-Flores, looking to return to winning ways.
They were held to a draw by Almeria last time.
...quick enough to get that ball, but it was a goal danger.
Here's a strong header by who else? Yousef Mneseri.
Knocks that over the crossbar.
...the ball possession, Sevilla a bit more direct as usual.
Here's Mneseri. He's managed to pick Boquendonhas.
This time, slides the ball past the goalkeeper.
Sevilla take the lead.
There had been previous warnings which Celta did not heed.
A little bit shaky in defence. Mneseri capitalises.
Here's Aspas.
Aspas slides that through.
The attempt to beat Nylund is unsuccessful.
The offside flag has stayed down against Jürgen Strand-Larsen.
...assault there by Strand-Larsen, who dropped back.
And there's a little bit of a slip-up there by Vicente Guaita,
nearly taken advantage of.
It's Hugo Alvarez on the left.
Aspas now into the box.
It's tapped towards Iago Aspas.
Oh, it's so close.
Just outside the back stick.
As Aspas combines off the one-two.
...creating goal chances in a game.
You need to create two, three, and at least score one for the equaliser.
...with that bending shot.
It's saved in instalment.
...for Strand-Larsen.
Yeah, and on the other side, Sevilla has not needed many.
Well, they have a chance.
Here is Romero.
Just wide of the back post.
Let's wait for this counter-attack.
Well, it's three on one.
The cavalry has arrived for Sevilla.
As he's at Romero, going it alone.
He's come back out for Ocampos, maybe.
Ocampos still on it.
He skies his effort over the crossbar.
It really should have been two-nil.
Another breakthrough for Sevilla.
It's Luquebacchio.
Luquebacchio.
Guaita makes another save.
The floodgates are opening.
And to end stuff now is the strike.
Fight his way in.
What a goal that is from Carlos Perez.
He had previously threatened with a shot a couple of minutes ago
when he was off-balance.
He had his foot firmly tied to Bamber.
And in from the right, it's Strand-Larsen with the goal.
A check over his shoulder to see if he was in an offside position.
The flag stays down.
Strand-Larsen.
Rolled into the box is Luquebacchio again.
Well, he went down.
And the referee has given a foul.
I would say it's always best to watch it in normal motion.
No penalty.
Although Zeta finished his first 45 minutes creating some goal chances,
the second half was a bit more open.
Right from the beginning, Zeta started creating some goal chances.
