Hi there, welcome to our tea master course. I'm super happy to have you on this journey with me. I'm a certified tea master by the International Tea Master Association. I grew up in the tea family that owns two tea plantations and two tea factories in Yunnan province, China. I was personally trained within China in Chinese tea ceremony and as a professional tea taster. I'm currently a shareholder in Wild Tea Qi, which is the tea company that is distributed in the U.S. I manage the buying operations, tea farmers and the plantation inspections, package design, and international sales. I joined Wild Tea Qi as part of my mission to help protect China's quickly dwindling nature environment, as a guiding spirit of the integrity in support of biodiversity tea and preserving the original tea artisans. Together, Wild Tea Qi's founder and president J.T. Hunter and I built this company based on our years of experience. Going deep within China, hunting down the finest artisanal teas available and collecting some incredible stories along the way. Part of running this business involves dealing with the thousands of small retailers, tea traders, tea shops, coffee shops, cafes, and wholesalers around the world. We are located in China, so I have a rich amount of knowledge to share with you both about China and about international tea industry perspective. In addition to all this, we run the International Tea Master Association in China. We have complied information about hundreds of tea companies from around the world, and we're ready to share with you some of this inside knowledge.
