Good day everyone. I just want to share with you
the rose that I just bought from the store and this is from a David Austin Rose collection.
Look at this. So pretty. So this is the Litchfield Angel and I really really like the color
and the formation of this rose. It is so so beautiful. So this is gonna be another collection
of my rose here in the garden. I have planted this rose last year. It's about six feet tall
and this is the second flush of blooms already.
I really really like the fragrance of this rose and the color of it.
It smells amazing.
I have planted these beans just for the hummingbird because I know every year they come here
So today I am going to give you a quick tour here in our backyard garden. My beautiful dahlia is
right here. I will always cherish this dahlia. It was given to me by a friend and
what I do is I always just collect the tubers on the fall and store it in the
basement and by spring take it out and plant it again. It's very very beautiful.
Look at that. So this garden it's a very personal to me because
I love to spend time in here. So look at this rose that I have in here. It is going to bloom.
Look at that. Nice. There's a lot of buds right here so I'm gonna have a rose or a bloom
this fall. I love the color of this hydrangea. I forgot the name but I remember the first name of
this is the diamantino hydrangea but there is a full name but I'll try to see if I can find
the full name of this hydrangea. So this is the swab type of hydrangea. Two years ago I trained
into tree form. You see there's only one stem. One large one and now it is a very successful
tree form of hydrangea so I can't wait for it to grow more. I mean maybe it's gonna be about five
feet when it is fully grown but I'm so happy with that. This is the other one that I have right here
so this is the the other swab. This one I let it the way it is and it's doing really really nice as
well. It's beautiful. Love love the color. In this area right here look at this gorgeous gorgeous
you know what is this? This is a marigold and I never see this type of variety of marigold before
so now I am going to let this mature and save the seeds for the next season. But most of my
annuals this year didn't do well. It's because the weather here for this summer was very very
rainy. We have so much rain and then at night it's a little bit cooler so the annual did not bloom as
much as they want to. This is one of the favorite birdbath of the birds.
I think it's because it's very shallow and they feel safe so they love to have a bath here every
morning. It's a very small garden that we have in here but I managed to plant a whole bunch of
variety or type of flowers in here. This is our sitting area so either in the morning
we'll have breakfast right here. This grows voluntarily on this pot. I had a petunia here
last season and the seeds trapped on it and I think I've never cleaned the pot
and then the next year I have this. This plant right here is new to me as well. I am starting
to collect the seeds. I think it is called vinica and the hummingbirds love it so much.
So this is the seed pod right here. I'm starting to collect the seeds for the next season as well.
I want to show you the creeping chimney that we have right here on this pot. Look!
I really really like how it's spread on the floor. That is so beautiful.
So it's doing so good. Look at this! Isn't that pretty?
I like the color of this cosmos. I have some varieties I will show you soon.
Now I am showing you the other variety of cosmos that I have right here.
Look at this! The flower is a little bit older and this is the new one.
Very nice color. I grow this from seeds as well. I like to grow things from seeds.
I find it easy. They are very easy to grow compared to I'm starting it indoor.
Oh look at this! Just give me a second. Look at the other cosmos that I have right here.
Isn't that pretty? And this one here is another variety. Look at that one. This garden makes me
feel good. It makes me feel better and it's just for me. It's a garden therapy.
You know I find happiness in here. You know watching all the blooms every season,
different type of flowers, different type of pollinators and birds. It makes me so happy.
