Hey, what's going on? Welcome to The Real Deal. Today we are going to have fun making this super
easy Belgian waffles recipe. Let's check that out. Combine flour, yeast, sugar and salt in a large
bowl. Then whisk in eggs, vanilla, milk and beer. Great! You can enjoy some beer. But if you are
under 21, put it back in a refrigerator. Now you can add the warm melted butter and mix until well
combined. Then transfer the waffle batter in a plastic container. Note that for a proper rising
process, the temperature of the batter should be around 75 degrees Fahrenheit, 24 degrees Celsius.
Poke a hole through the plastic wrap. You know that yeast needs some oxygen to ferment. Let
batter rise one hour at room temperature and refrigerate overnight. Cook your waffles in a
preheated waffle iron for about three minutes. I like this size but you can definitely make them
bigger if you wish. Look at that! It smells incredible. I am Pauline Horelbouze.
