Behind us is the Hidimba temple.
Words that cheat me. It tastes exactly like the chowmein from the street vendors.
We reached Manali early in the morning.
We had some time in our check-in. We stayed at Orchard Greens in Loughat.
We had breakfast at the restaurant there.
We had aloo paratha with lots of curd and butter.
It was very tasty.
On the contrary, it was very cold with the scorching sun.
After seeing such a beautiful view, I lost all my energy.
This is very tasty.
It's called Atamamo.
Now we are going to the Hidimba temple.
As everyone knows, Devi Hidimba is worshipped in the Hidimba temple.
This temple was built at the same place where Devi Hidimba used to meditate.
This temple was built in 1553.
But I must tell you, this temple is so beautiful.
I have seen many heritage architectures.
But I don't know why I find this temple the most beautiful.
There are some mysterious vibes in the architecture of this place.
There is something that makes you feel different.
It makes you feel relaxed and calm.
We met a group in the evening.
Some were from Delhi and some from Chandigarh.
We just loved talking to them.
There was a lot in our dinner buffet.
We started with corn soup, spring rolls, baked vegetables and creamy cheesy sauce.
There were a lot of exotic vegetables like broccoli, eggplant.
Let's just dig in.
I ate the creamy vegetables with rice.
It was very yummy.
Then we had proper food.
We had pulao, steamed rice, yellow daal and creamy matar paneer.
And some raita and naan.
The menu was very sorted.
I loved naan and paneer.
I also loved the cauliflower curry.
And last but not the least, there was melted chocolate brownie and custard in the dessert.
And that hot chocolate on cake was so so delicious.
You will find a lot of shops along the way.
You can eat whatever you want.
We are at Orchard Greens.
There is a dhaba nearby.
Everything else is closed.
This was open, so we came here.
And we are having hot coffee.
It feels so good in the cold.
Poor girl is feeling cold.
So we have ordered hot momos.
The chutney is spicy.
And the filling is also very subtle.
But I like it.
There is a lot of garlic flavor.
But I don't like it.
Usually, people don't like vegetables in Chowmein.
But I love vegetables in Chowmein.
Because when my mom used to cook at home, she used to add a lot of vegetables.
So this Chowmein is basically a combination of Dhela Chowmein.
And I have been eating it since childhood.
So this Chowmein is amazing.
So good.
So we went to Old Manali to fulfill our cravings for coffee in the morning.
At the famous coffee shop there, which was Dallon's Toasted and Roasted Coffee House.
And their Google Rating and Reviews were very good.
So we had to go there.
And this is my honest review.
The coffee was amazing.
I haven't had such coffee yet.
And the cookies there were also very tasty.
Then we came to the Bhidimba Temple area.
We had breakfast at Piyush Cafe.
We had Aloo Paratha, Paneer Paratha.
And tea.
This was basically a Dhaba.
But there was a lot of variety.
You can have lunch here.
There were a lot of breakfast items and snacks.
And the taste was also very good.
And it was also very budget friendly.
Then we spent half a day at Mall Road.
I will give you the food tour in the next vlog.
There are three ways to reach Bhidimba Temple.
These are the stairs.
And the easiest way is through the log huts.
You will find food stalls there.
So that will be easier for you.
This was my second visit to Manali.
And I really like the woolen socks and caps here.
They are handmade.
Whenever I come here, I never miss a chance to buy socks from here.
Buy multicolored ones.
That's why I made more multicolored ones.
Whose is this?
Is this for kids?
This is for your size.
These are ladies socks.
After shopping for a while, it was time to pray.
There was a South Indian restaurant there.
Uncle was making Dosa outside.
So I got tempted.
At first, I had a doubt whether it would be good or not.
But I was wrong.
Dosa was very tasty.
The spices of the potato filling were very subtle.
It was not too spicy.
But the spices were not overpowering.
So it was very tasty.
Behind us is Bhidimba Temple.
And right next to it is the Piyush Cafe.
And we got bread pakora.
Is it tasty?
The weather is very pleasant.
It's raining a little.
So even after trying to avoid oily food a lot,
Give me one plate.
I want to eat.
You will heat it up, right?
Yes.
Do you want tea?
Give me two cups of tea.
