So this is the Valley Perdue or the Lost Valley. It used to be called Peace Perdue
but there is no peace so that was a little bit misleading. It's a ravine with mogul fields.
You'll see now the rocks on either side, it's really narrow and at some points the skis have
to come off. We used to race down here when we were kids. It's kind of what I'm doing now.
Okay, just made it over the up and over section. Not much snow this year.
Right, this is the tunnel. Into the tunnel and skis off down here.
Right, skis get trucked.
Some years you can ski through this gap. Right, that's a section where you have to take your
skis off. Yeah, some years you can get through that without having to remove your skis because
more snow and you can ski through that little passage. Oh, coming out into the sun now.
Under here. Whoa, just now you can bug out to the piece here or you can stay in the valley.
So when it gets really towards the springtime you're probably not going to be able to go to
this bottom section. So you can cut out to the piece on either side.
Of course with this pad you go a lot slower through here and it's a much easier ride.
Some people.
And there you are. So you're out. Just a little bit of a mogul field to contend with
at the bottom. And there you go. That, ladies and gentlemen, is Piste Perdue or the Hidden Valley.
