The bridge has a round, steel, concrete shape, running in the middle of a 45-meter, 200-meter, and 45-meter slope, with a width of 33.5 meters, including 4 bicycle lanes, 2 mixed bicycle lanes, and 2 walking paths. If 15 years ago, the Hoang Van Thu bridge was built with foreign loans, now Hoi Phong has built Hoang Van Thu bridge by itself with a total investment of nearly 2,200 billion VND, double that of the Hoang Van Thu bridge. The city leader also said that this bridge will create a great power to build a new administrative center in Hoi Phong. Because since the bridge was built, a large area with low value in Thuy Nguyen district has been equated with the price of urban land. That's why the land market in Dương Quan, Tân Dương, Hoa Hậu, and Hoa Đậm is so prosperous. It is really welcome when this is the first time Vietnamese engineers designed and built the most modern technology to build the largest steel concrete bridge in Vietnam with a length of 200 meters and a total length of more than 1.5 kilometers. Hoang Van Thu bridge is designated as a seaport, a new symbol to show the prosperity of the port city. Therefore, you don't have to wonder why you don't see the bird's nest. It's just a symbol. Hoang Van Thu bridge is designed according to the standard of the main highway with a speed of 80 km per hour. Phía Nam Bridge, Nội Thành has a speed of 40 km per hour. Nguyen Thuy Nguyen Bridge has a speed of 50 km per hour. And the bridges on the north side of Dê Bắc Sông Cấm have a speed of 30 km per hour. Song Hành Bridge has a speed of 50 km per hour. About the situation of the real estate market before and after the construction of Hoang Van Thu bridge, I will update the latest changes. However, after exchanging with many people who are doing real estate in Nguyen Thuy Nguyen, I was surprised that the price of land in Nguyen Thuy Nguyen after the construction of Hoang Van Thu bridge has not changed much. The reason is that the price of land in Nguyen Thuy Nguyen has increased before and during the construction of Hoang Van Thu bridge. Some notable locations such as Duong Quan, Tan Duong, Hoa Dong, even Thuy Duong have many investors in and out of Hoai Phong City. The most impressive projects are probably Center City, with an increase from 300 to 800 million per square meter or shophouse since the opening until now. On March 23, the Vietnamese unit opened the Center City and all 360 square meters including shophouse and shophouse were closed in one morning.
