Hello everyone, you are watching MOTO CYCLE TV
Today I'm going to make a video for you guys
who like and subscribe to MOTO CYCLE TV
and ask me to make a video about motorbike power
For Honda it's called BZM-FI
For Yamaha it's called EMZ-FI
All of these technical terms, I put them aside
I call it electronic fan on the motorbike
The electronic fan technology on the motorbike
has been around since 2010
But not many people have access to it
and not many schools have access to it
With the technology we have now
it's quite convenient
so you guys can learn a lot
With the knowledge I've gained
through my work and study
I'll try to share it with you guys
According to my knowledge
there are some things I've learned
that may not be true for you
or may be different from what you've learned
or what you know
I hope you guys can sympathize with me
Besides that, I'll try to compare what I've learned
to the reality of each motorbike
as well as the information of motorbike factories
and vocational schools
I'll try to update it to guide you guys
In today's main part
On my desk, you can see
I'm putting 2 watches
This is a VOM watch
This is the VOM watch I usually use
in the video clips
This is the MST electronic watch
This watch uses a battery
I have a battery here
I'll put it here
There's a story like this
I've seen
one of my VFI teachers
picking up a customer
The customer asked
Why do I see in the factory
that the customer uses a special machine
to plug it into the computer
and it shows a hole
I saw my VFI teacher holding that watch
and it was even more complicated
than this watch
Can you fix this?
To be honest
for electronic technology
this machine
is a support
to help us work faster
to reduce the workload
We don't have to remember
the error code
or the voltage
It can help us
predict the disease faster
and more effectively
It also makes us more professional
when the customer sees
that this guy uses a modern technology
This only helps
the appearance and speed
But there are things
that this machine can't do
For example, measuring the voltage
This machine can't do that
It only knows how bad it is
but how bad it is
and how to fix it
This machine can't do that
Only this machine
can do that
I don't deny
the benefits
of this machine
I'm very proud
that this is
one of the Vietnamese products
This software
has Vietnamese
I've seen it in Indonesia
Malaysia
Thailand
They are still using this machine
made by Vietnamese
I'm proud of that
But not everyone
can invest 8 million
10 million
to buy a machine like this
upgrade software
add signal cables
connect computers
Not everyone
can afford this machine
But with this VOM
you can buy it
So I will try
I will guide you
with the simplest tools
You can do it manually
Then I will let you verify
with this machine
so that you have a close interaction
You can use high-tech machines
You can use laptops
You can use computers
You can use high-tech machines
You can do it
Let's talk about the machine
I will talk about
the problem
Currently
BGMFI technology
is an electronic fan technology
It is operated based on the principle
that the input signal
from the sensors
provides the parameters
for the IC
or ECM
ECU
VET3 is the MIU
It is called IC
The signals of the sensors
are sent to the IC
when we turn on the switch
For example
This IC is a center processor
A guy is sitting at work
When a day starts
8am
I turn on the switch
This guy
sits at the desk
and asks for data
from the warehouse
from the business room
from the sales room
He needs to know
how many goods the warehouse has
He needs to know
how many orders were received
He needs to know
how many people are there
How many trucks are there
He will arrange
the order distribution
How many boxes are delivered
to Saigon, Hanoi, Da Nang
How many boxes are delivered
to this unit
That is the signal
that will be sent to the IC
to emit the electric current
Then it sends the signal
to the fan
It sends all the signals
to the center
It sends the signal
to the brain
The brain is like a monitoring unit
It knows which part is working
and which part is not
This is the brain
The brain is here
This is a pin
I took it out
There are two sensors
on this pin
One sensor is the position of the fan
to supply signals
to the IC
to understand that the fan is closed
There is no wind going in
The IC understands
that the fan is closed
It will start
and it will receive the signal
to change the electric current
inside when I increase the fan
It will know
the position is open
It will give more fan
It will give more work
Then it also controls
the Valve Guarantee
This system
has interaction
It receives signals
from the sensors
to understand
the temperature of the engine
The pressure of the fuel
The temperature of the air
The temperature of the engine
The position of the CKB sensor
It will start
For example, all signals are safe
It will start
If for some reason
this fan is stuck
It means it is stuck
If you want to start
this fan needs to go to the front
It can't start
It understands
that the value of electricity
is high
This is how it works
These are normal ICs
These ICs
are from Accelerator
These ICs are from Honda Clip 110
These ICs
have quite a lot of wires
But it's still a normal IC
It's still a normal IC
Even though it has more functions
such as AC, fan, etc
It's still a normal IC
It's not a big one
It's smaller than this one
But inside this one
There are a lot of complicated electronics
It has a software system
RAM, ROM, etc
It's in a small box
It's small
It's smaller than half of Exciter
and 2.3 of Clix 110
Even though it's Airblade 110 2011
I'll talk about the function of BCMFI
You guys need to remember
I'll talk about it later
DLC
Cali
Mu
BCMFI
SCF
FLR
EEPROM
EVAP
So that it can recognize the position of the open position of the exhaust pipe, whether it is high or low, large or small, whether the hole is wide or narrow.
MAP sensors the pressure inside the engine.
IAT is a sensor that measures the temperature of the air intake.
For example, if the car is running in the desert, the temperature will be different from that of the car running in the desert.
The ambient temperature is 80-70°C, which is different from the ambient temperature of 2°C or 0°C.
It's completely different.
The IC will automatically receive that signal, so it gives the amount of fuel more or less, depending on this.
CO2 is the exhaust gas.
But my wife often calls it an oxygen sensor.
Although it is CO2, it is often called an oxygen sensor because it is located next to the exhaust pipe.
ECT, E-C-T, E-O-T, E-C-T, E-O-T, is the temperature sensor of the engine.
So why does it have two names?
One name is that the car has no coolant, and the other name is that it has coolant.
That's all.
VF is the speed sensor, which is the speedometer.
There are some cars that don't have a clock in front of them.
If you look at the Future 125 Fi, it doesn't have it.
Or the E-Blade doesn't have it.
The speed sensor is located in the rear wheel, in the transmission.
So this is VF.
IACV and IAC are Van Guaranteed Automatic.
Yamaha calls it differently, Honda calls it differently.
CKB is the fire extinguisher.
ACG is the gear system.
The gear is the gear that you press and it doesn't make a sound.
It doesn't make a sound like the Airblade.
S-O-L-V is the control valve.
It's temporary or guaranteed.
ABS is the electronic control system.
The anti-slip system.
I-D, I-Clean-Stop is a temporary stop.
When you stop the car at a certain temperature,
I'll talk about this later.
What's the temperature?
When it detects the VF, which is the speed sensor,
it will automatically stop the engine to save fuel.
This is the I-Clean-Stop system on new cars.
Some basic words you should remember.
I have a car here.
I have categorized them.
CKB, MAF, IAT, TB, ACT, OC.
Turn-off is the key.
The initial sensor is the car's steering sensor.
When the BZM-FI falls, the car will automatically turn off.
And when you pull it up, it takes a few seconds to recover and open the key again,
then it will explode.
That's the initial sensor.
These sensors are the initial sensors for the I-C.
The TB sensor will not explode if it is too high.
When it is broken, it will explode, but it will not run.
The CKB sensor may not report an error, but it will not explode if there is an accident.
I will show you later on the car.
Although these sensors may be broken, they still report an error.
But sometimes there are sensors that are broken but do not report an error,
and we have to read the manual error or use a specialized error reading machine
to read the status of the sensor.
So there is no need for the FI error to appear on the watch.
These are the sensors that provide the initial signal.
I'm just talking about the start-up process.
And when the car is ready to start, the I-C and these sensors still communicate with each other.
For example, the TB is high or low, which means the gas is high or low.
There will be a power supply for the I-C and the I-C will return the signal to it.
These two will go back and forth when the car starts.
And when the car starts, all these sensors provide signals.
For example, when a company is operating, these sensors provide signals to this car.
After that, this car will receive all the safety signals and provide signals to these sensors.
This includes the gas pump, which will control the gas pump to operate.
The mobile phone will control the buzzy, and the fan will do the job of blowing the gas.
IACV is the electronic fan.
MU is the FI signal.
DLC is the unique signal.
The I-C will provide these signals to the I-C.
What does DLC do?
When you plug it in, it will understand.
When you read the manual, it will understand.
This is the concept of BCMFI.
Now I'm going to get in the car.
The FI document will be based on the original document from the company.
All the parameters are from the company.
Everything is from the company.
So don't worry, the accuracy is OK.
Now I'm going to get in the car.
The first car I'm going to work with is the Honda Airblade 110, version 2010-2011.
This is the car.
I'm going to put it in the car and show it to you.
I've shown you the details of the car.
And I've shown you how the FI electronic fan works on the car.
Now I'm going to put it in the car.
This is the Honda Airblade 110, version 2011-2012.
I remember correctly, this car is 2011-2012.
Now I'm going to use the Honda document.
This is the version 2010-2011.
This is the document of the Honda systems.
This document contains the FI electronic fan of the Airblade Airblade 2011-2011.
In the Honda document, I usually work based on the exact parameters of the company.
As well as the data of the company.
So it will be easier to operate.
This is the electronic system of the Honda Airblade 2010-2011.
This version is temporarily called the FI version 2.
Because the FI version 1 is the 209 generation.
The FI version 2 is the 209 generation.
As you can see, the position of the FI version 2 is clearly indicated.
The power switch is located next to the mask.
The R-Level is activated.
The R-Level is 9.
The D-L-C is the single coil.
The I-C-M is the IC.
It's right here.
The fuel pump is right here.
The ECT is right here.
The AC is right here.
The OC is right here.
The fire roll is right here.
The TV is right here.
The fire roll is the motor.
The TV is the position of the gas pump.
The V-S is the speed.
The I-F-C is the I-A-C-V.
The C-K-B is the speed.
That's it.
This is the manual of the electronic system.
It starts from the center position in the saddle.
It leads to many terminals.
The center position is the ECM.
It leads to many different terminals.
Let's go through it.
The saddle is just like that.
It is also clearly written in this.
Find the FI fault.
Check the circuit.
The fault of the light bulb is very much.
Let's see.
The fault of the light bulb is very much.
That's it.
That's all.
Now, let's see the manual.
This is the gas pump.
IAT and MAP sensors
These sensors are
temperature,
pressure,
and gas pressure
In this version,
there is no sensor
This is a
VIN Guarantee
This is a
VIN Guarantee
This VIN Guarantee
This is a
TPI sensor
TPI is a gas pressure sensor
I showed you on the
gas pump
This TPI sensor
works based on
increasing and decreasing gas
This is a
MAP sensor
This is a
MAP sensor
This is a
IAT sensor
This is a
temperature sensor
For temperature,
you have a
ICT sensor
or EOT sensor
temperature sensor
And this is a
OC sensor
For the temperature sensor
For the oxygen
The speed sensor is located at the back of the car
There is a gap here, it goes out to the back of the car
That's called the VF sensor
I go to the front
This is the position of the fuel pump
The fuel pump and fuel tank
This is the ECM-ECU-VUIC
It's the EC
It's the central control unit
For Vespa, it's called Miu
For Honda, it's called ECM
For Yamaha, it's called ECU
It's also called the EC
Many people still argue with me
Why is it called the EC?
This is the EC
But the name is different
It has more functions
It receives input signals
And output signals
For motor parts
It's actually the EC
But it has more functions
It's called the ECM-ECU-VUIC
It's actually the EC
This is the cable from the fuel pump
This car uses a 3-phase charger
It's called the 3-phase bridge
3 yellow cables from the fuel pump
I will show you how to use it
There's a blue cable from the fuel pump
And a white cable from the EC
This car has a counter-clockwise function
When you put it counterclockwise, it won't move
This is the 3-phase charger
It's called the 3-phase charger
This is the fuel tank
It has a label on it
The other control unit
To prove we have a 10 Amm of current
This is the control unit
This is the ignition relay
The немного
The nickname of BZM-FI and Yamaha
One is near the tank, the other one is far from the tank
In fact, on the Honda car, the unique jack is always red
I usually see it always red
This is the unique manual jack
Or this jack can be plugged in
The unique way I will guide in the next part
Now I'm just testing what FE is
What is FI, what is FE
It depends on what you call
I, for example, in Vietnam, call it FE electric milk
Just call it FE
Its full name is Fuel Injector
Let's skip this part
Some of you know a lot about fuel injection
Some of you don't know
You can see here
You can see a lot of wires
In fact, it is a traffic jam
It's a car remote
It's a car remote, not an EC
Some of you don't know about BCM-FI
You think this is an EC
It's wrong
There are a lot of wires
In fact, here I notice
There is an orange wire, there is a green wire
It's a signal wire
In fact, the car remote is a signal light chip
It's a car remote
This is a motor
This is how the FE system works
When we turn on the key
The fuel pump is working
You hear the pumping sound
The fuel pump is working
When we start the engine
The fuel pump will work
Back to the signal from the EC
And the fire system
On the clock
When we turn on the ignition, the light will be on and when we turn it off, the light will be off
And we will turn the ignition on and off
Then the car will run normally
Now I will show you an example
I will show you an example
Here, I will take out the IAT
I will take out the temperature sensor
I will put it out
I will try it
I will turn off the ignition
Now I will turn on the ignition
When I turn on the ignition, the light will be on
Now I will test the ignition
Here, how many errors?
4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9
9 fast errors
Because of these 9 fast errors
I will understand the temperature sensor of the IAT
You can search on Google or in car repair forums
Or in any store
You can ask this question
This is the temperature sensor of the IAT
Then I plug in the temperature sensor
When I plug in immediately
The EC
Or ECM
Let's just say EC
EC doesn't understand
The light is still on
Then I will turn off the ignition
When I turn on the ignition, the light will be off
But actually
In the memory of this EC
It still has the history error
That means
In the electronic system
There will always be 2 errors
The history error
That error has been fixed
And the current error
There is no error in this car
And the history error has been deleted
Now I have shown you the 9 fast errors
You will be able to see the 10
Now I take off the seal
I take off the seal
Now when I take it off, I haven't set it up yet
Then the EC still doesn't understand
Because there is no signal
It is being missed
I turn off the key
I open it up
It will start to report errors
1 slow
2 fast
1 slow and 2 fast
I continue to read 1 slow
2 fast
So it's just the 12th error
That means it's a seal error
Error number 12
Now I put the seal in
And I try another band
I try another band
I pull out the warranty band
Fast verification
Turn off the key
Open the key again
And no error
What does this prove?
When the car is broken
There are some cases where the warranty is lost
Can't park
Can't park but can't run
Many problems
I wonder
There is a problem with this car
But I don't understand
I don't know if it's a mistake
Actually, it's an e-car
When it doesn't explode
Can't run
These errors are mostly in the e-system
Then you just report accurately
That is the fault of the e-system
And I will start to die
Actually, it's not a mistake
It will also report on the e-system
Or report the number like Yamaha
Report the number of errors
There are some errors that will not report
And those errors need to be
There are specialized machines
Plugged into this DLC jack
Or I will read the manual error
I will guide you later
I will guide in another part
Today I just let you know
Then here I will prove
There is another error
CKB sensor
I took it out
And now I don't ban it
So it still doesn't report errors
Can't park
But it still doesn't report errors
Then I proved it to you
Is the operation of the e-system
When there is an error
Light warning
Fast and slow
And I will show you
I will show you the errors
Not reported on the light
But I will call the error manually
I will save this for the next lesson
My lesson today
About the e-system
ECMFI
Also known as EMZFI
On Yamaha
After this I will summarize
I will call it the e-system
And each brand will have their own name
And I know the name
I call that name
And today I have agreed with you
The name is already called
I hope that the next chain will not receive
The comments of some friends
The name is this
Just a habit
Like I said
ECMFI
And other names related to
ECMFI
Thank you for watching
Today's video
See you in the next lesson
Goodbye
