Hello everyone, you are watching MOTO CYCLE TV
Today, I will continue with the video of how to fix the engine mount of MOTO CYCLE TV
I will show you how to fix the air intake of the Yamaha Cirrus FE 2013, 2014 and 2015
To understand how to fix the engine mount of the Yamaha Cirrus FE 2013 and 2015
I will show you the video of how to fix the engine mount of the Yamaha Cirrus FE 2013
Before I remove the air intake of the Yamaha Cirrus FE 2013
After that, I will continue to install the engine mount
Now I will operate the engine mount of the Yamaha Cirrus FE
To save time and speed up the process, I will record a timelapse
This is the process of removing the engine mount of the Yamaha Cirrus FE
This engine is similar to the Yamaha Cirrus FE
The engine is the same as the Yamaha Cirrus FE
The engine structure is similar to the Yamaha Cirrus FE
The only difference is that the engine is a new generation
The principle of the engine is almost the same as the Honda Blitz RX-8
At the beginning of the video, I showed you the result of the engine
The reason is that when the engine is running, there is a problem
When the engine is running, there is a problem
The reason is that the cylinder is too thick
I will replace the cylinder head with a new cylinder head
To prevent the cylinder head from being damaged
With this cylinder head, I can see clearly
There is a layer of smoke on the cylinder head
It is about 2mm thick
It is the same as the result of the cylinder head
This layer of smoke causes the sound of the cylinder head
In the Yamaha Cirrus FE
For this generation, although it is a new generation
But it also has this phenomenon
Maybe because the engine is running a lot
So the cylinder head is thin
You can see the smoke coming out of the cylinder head
It causes a lot of smoke on the cylinder head
This car has been modified by Yamaha
But it still hasn't improved
The reason is that this layer of smoke is too thick
It can't be removed
I noticed that this CFE uses a semi-slick cylinder head
So this cylinder head can be installed on the V4
Not like the Novo
Second, right at the top of the clutch
There is a big screw
I don't know what this screw is for
But I think it might have a sensor
There will be a sensor here
It is placed like this
So now it is a screw
It is screwed in for aesthetic and memory
That's all
Now I will proceed to the mechanical operation
And I will show you how to install the smoke system of the Yamaha Cirrus FE
As in the part of disassembling this engine
I told you about the problem of this car
The reason is because of the silver
Because of this silver, it runs for a long time
Actually, this car hasn't been around for a long time
But I don't understand why this car is so rusty
But now I have determined the cause
It is clogged with smoke
I have to deal with it
First, I have to deal with the silver concrete
But because this car is a smoke system
It is a bit difficult to buy at the factory
It is a bit expensive
But if you buy it at the store, there is no concrete
So I have to make it from another car concrete
Because of that, I use the zinc concrete
I clean it up
And then I buy a new set of Yamaha concrete
This set of concrete is worth nearly 400,000 VND
This set of concrete is quite expensive
If I buy a set of silver concrete, it will cost a lot of money
So I have to save money for the customer
To be effective for the store
I always say that I won't keep any concrete
I feel that this concrete is still heavy in the cylinder
It still runs very heavy, so I keep it
If it is loose, I will also throw it away
In addition, I would like to say more
Before I do the assembly
The clips that I talk about the Assetto Renovo
Please note
Yamaha will not turn this dot into a hole
But sometimes this dot will turn into a hole
But not all the time
The spark plug also has a small eye
And the gas plug has a big eye
Sometimes the spark plug has a big eye
And the gas plug has a small eye
Please note that
And to determine the concrete level
It is best to measure the distance of these two holes
The wider the hole is, the lower it will be
When I measure, I feel that this hole is wider
This hole is tight
If this hole is wide, the concrete will turn like this
The dot will be below
I also divide the sand into 90 degrees or 120 degrees
Like the clips I showed you before
Please note that for this type of sand, zinc
There are small letters on the sand
At night it is a little dark
The letters are turned up
The white leaf is on the top, the black leaf is in the middle
And the white leaf is below like a normal car
In addition, the concrete side should be slightly curved
To make it easier to operate
Now I will assemble the air system of the Cirrus Fi car
First, I will put the concrete in front of the concrete
Then I will put the headband on the headband
First, I will put a little bit of sand in the concrete
As in the previous clips, I have already instructed how to assemble
It's good to be careful
In the case of a new car, the concrete has not yet risen
So I have to put a little bit of sand in the concrete
Then I put the concrete in
The concrete is very light
Then I will put the concrete
I told you to break this edge
To make it easier to operate
It doesn't get dirty
I need to break one edge
Because I have to avoid the angle of the rotary machine
So my hands are not very smooth
Normally, it's very easy to break the edge
I will turn it a little bit to see if it can rotate
Then I put the cylinder in
I use the old concrete
I will put a piece of glue to prevent it from slipping
I will put a piece of glue
It's good to put a piece of glue
If not, I should change to a new piece of glue
It will be more effective
But because of this, the old concrete is still beautiful
It doesn't get dirty
I put a piece of glue
Then I put the cylinder in
In my opinion, the following engines
Most of them will have less details
It will be easier to assemble
Before putting the concrete in
I should put a little bit of glue on the concrete
I just shake it evenly
I shake it gently
Because the concrete and the concrete
are made of gypsum
I use gypsum, so I shake it gently
Then I put the cylinder in
There are 2 screws under the cylinder
You have to put it in
Then I put the cylinder in
This gypsum is not scratched
I use it again to save money
It doesn't affect anything
If the cylinder is bad, I should change to a new one
This is to ensure safety
There are 2 pins here
For the new generation of Yamaha
The pin is here
For the old generation of Rimway
The pin is not here
Because this is the first pump line
There are 2 pins here
The pins are on the left
There are no pins on the right
But some cars have pins on the left
The first pump line of Yamaha
It runs on the upper cylinder
It doesn't run on the lower cylinder
like the old generation of Rimway
I put the pin in
I put it in shortly
I have finished the assembly of the cylinder
Please note
When I put this in
I try to adjust it so that the piston is at the highest position
You know why?
To save my work, I have to open the T-junction cover
I will determine this point
I will determine the highest point of the piston
I will determine it
I will attach the T-junction point later
I don't need to open this T-junction cover
The piston is at the highest point
Now I will show you how to assemble the Bilas cylinder
For this Bilas cylinder
It is simpler than Rimway
It has less details
I have repaired this Bilas cylinder
I have cleaned it
Please note
The car is not silver-plated
I just replace the silver
For the engine
The fork is very important
It prevents the fork from moving up and down when the car is running
When I remove this fork
If it is hard
Or it has been removed
Don't be sorry for these two forks
I should replace the two new forks
Because when replacing the two new forks
It helps to ensure the safety of the engine
If I save money
These two forks cost tens of thousands
I save money
If I lose my job
I have to remove these two forks
There are two big cup holders
They are at the bottom
And the compression spring
This car has only one spring
The compression spring is at the top
The compression spring is at the bottom
And the cup holder
The compression spring is at the top
The compression spring is at the bottom
And the cup holder
And the nozzle
I just put the nozzle in
If you have a special nozzle
You can use it
If you don't have it
You can use a brush
For this car
This car has only one spring
It is light
It doesn't take much force
Now I will use the special tool
With the special tool
I will save time and effort
Compared to the traditional way
I just hold the nozzle
And press down
To ensure safety
When you put the nozzle in
If you don't have one
You can try it with the gasoline
If you don't have one
You can try it with the gasoline
To see if it is wet
If it is dry, it is ok
You should try
To try
To make sure
It is dry
I have to dry it again. If you can dry it yourself, you can dry it by hand at home, or you can dry it with a tablecloth.
So I've finished the corn. Now I'm going to go into the corn husk.
The corn husk of the Sirius Fi doesn't have a cooling fan.
So if you look at the orange part, it doesn't have a cooling fan.
I don't care which side the gas or the fire is on.
If you have a cooling fan, you have to pay attention to the holes in the corn husk.
These are the two corn husks.
When I put it together, I noticed that it has a mark like this.
It means it's on the outside, not on the inside.
For this corn husk, it has two auxiliary husks.
For example, the gas corn husk has an auxiliary husk on the right.
For the gas corn husk on the left, it also has an auxiliary husk on the right.
So I'm going to put the corn husk in first.
Then I put the auxiliary husk in.
Then I put the auxiliary husk on the side.
Don't forget to put a piece of rubber on it.
So when the machine blows up in the early stages, the rubber will not affect the corn husk.
I just put the auxiliary husk in.
The auxiliary husk will not be damaged or damaged.
So I've finished putting the auxiliary husk in.
When I put the corn husk in, I also noticed that it was in the position of this hole.
Look at this hole.
When the machine blows up in the early stages, the corn husk will be in the position of this hole.
So I've finished putting the auxiliary husk in.
Now I'm going to remove the auxiliary husk.
When you remove the auxiliary husk, remember to remove the corn husk to remove the orange husk.
Before I put the auxiliary husk in, I check the corn husk.
This corn husk has a slope.
Because it was too dark, I didn't see the road.
So I put the corn husk in the opposite direction.
When I put the auxiliary husk in the opposite direction, the two holes will be in the same position.
So I put the auxiliary husk in the opposite direction.
I'm sorry I didn't see the road because it was too dark.
After that, I put the auxiliary husk in the opposite direction.
Now I put the corn husk in the opposite direction.
I always emphasize that the auxiliary husk is very important.
Because engineers don't have time to study the auxiliary husk.
They put it in the design and the details of the vehicle.
I see a lot of people who are in that situation.
They completely remove the auxiliary husk.
Some people attach one, some people don't attach any.
That's wrong.
That's what I did wrong.
After I put the auxiliary husk in, I also put the corn husk in the right position.
Because I think that corn husk will have more changes in the future.
Now I don't know what the purpose of the auxiliary husk is.
But I think it's left over here.
It shouldn't have this.
But I think it's quite strange that it's still in the design.
Then I will put the two auxiliary husks in.
It's hard to observe if I sit in this direction.
But if I sit in the other direction, I will block the camera.
Then I put the corn husk in.
This corn husk has two auxiliary husks.
There is also a mark here.
There is a mark.
Yamaha will make a mark for this corn husk.
It's for the orange plate.
I check the position.
Put it in.
Then I use 4x8x12.
I remove it.
Then I tighten the head.
I think the new engines are very simple.
It's easier to operate than the old engines.
Maybe because the technology is getting better.
People do more convenient things.
So you just need to pay attention a little bit.
You can do it easily.
First, I put the two auxiliary husks in.
I put it in first.
Because it's smaller, it can withstand less force.
I put it in first.
Just put it in close.
Then I use 4x12x12.
If you need to adjust the force, you can adjust the force.
I tighten this corn husk to the correct force.
I mostly do it according to my feelings.
So I tighten it until I feel it's hard enough.
Then I stop.
Avoid breaking the corn husk.
Tighten the corner.
Or tighten the circle.
It's up to you.
But I advise you to tighten the corner.
It's more even.
I'm done tightening.
Then I will tighten the two auxiliary husks.
Tighten the two auxiliary husks.
Okay.
Then I tighten the corn husk.
There is a core under the corn husk.
Don't let the core fall out.
It's hard to fall out.
But you have to pay attention.
Because when you wash the gasoline, it will fall out.
If it falls out, it will be damaged.
So you have to pay attention to the signals of the sensors.
And the amount of gas that comes in.
It's out of tune.
It's out of guarantee.
When I do it,
Because I do most of the clips at night.
And I do it alone.
If there are any mistakes,
Please forgive me.
Because I can't do the clip.
If it's wrong, I'll forgive you.
Then I'll fix it.
I can't stop and film like there's a team.
I only do it alone.
Tighten the core again.
It's almost done.
I just have to watch the camshaft.
I finished the operation to assemble the Sirius FE engine.
Let the engine explode.
This screw is a bit stuck.
So it's a bit difficult to tighten.
And when I sit down, it tilts to one side.
Just tighten it slowly.
Avoid damaging the screws.
Tighten it hard.
I'll tighten it on this side.
Because this side is also straight.
So I'm not afraid it will tilt.
Tighten this side.
Tighten it tight.
To catch the camshaft,
I have to remove the camshaft.
It's easy to remove the camshaft.
There's a screw here.
Take the screw out and turn it clockwise.
It will lift the camshaft up.
Lift the camshaft up.
Then catch it.
As I said, the G part on the camshaft
will match this door.
There's a hole here.
The G part on the camshaft
will match this hole.
Put it in.
Lift the camshaft up.
Put it in.
After the camshaft is in the right position,
the G part on the camshaft
will match these two holes.
I'll tighten this one.
You can tighten it by hand if you want.
Or you can adjust the force with a gun.
Tighten this one.
It won't be damaged.
It won't be scratched.
I'm used to using a gun.
I'll shoot to make it faster.
It saves time.
Done.
After that, I'll disassemble it.
I'll disassemble the camshaft.
I'll lower the upper camshaft.
I'll press the button.
I've assembled the engine.
Now I'll check it.
Before I put the bolts in,
I'll put the pins in.
Then I'll blow it up.
After I put the pins in the right position,
I'll tell you this.
For an engine with a three-piece head,
the valve cover,
the pilot,
I should let it blow up before I put the valve cover in.
I'll put the valve cover in to check if the valve is working.
For a car engine like an F-Leg,
I'll leave the engine outside.
I'll blow it up to check the valve.
Now I'll unlock it.
I'll blow it up to see if the valve is working.
See?
It's working.
It's working right here.
Now I'll put the valve cover in.
I'll blow it up.
