Hello everyone who is watching MOTO CYCLE TV
Today I will continue the electric guide
This is the 4th video clip of MOTO CYCLE TV
For those who are passionate about motorcycles and want to know more about the field of motorbike repair
I will continue the video clip series about the guidance of the three diseases in the electric system of motorbikes
In this series, I will go from low to high
In videos 1, 2 and 3, I have shown you the basics such as measuring electric clock, wire color
And the function of some basic relays such as charging, IC, fire, etc.
I have also talked about the first class
Now I will go deeper into each circuit
Today I will make two circuits
The first circuit is the RELAY SIGNAL circuit
And the second circuit is the starting circuit of the motorbike
Why do I make this series of motorbike repair?
There is a deep reason
During my time as a motorbike repairman
And there are some jobs related to motorbike repair in Vietnam
I realized that my colleagues are very good at motorbike repair
But they are not very good at motorbike repair
Because they are not specialized in electrical engineering
They are trained to understand the principles of electrical engineering
In the past, I studied electrical engineering
I have a passion for automotive mechanics
But I didn't pass the exam
So I had to learn the second desire, which is electrical engineering
Based on my passion for motorbikes
I went deeper into the electrical system of motorbikes and motorcycles
In the series of motorbike repair, I will continue
But after that, I will teach my colleagues about electrical engineering
That's the introduction of today's video
I would like to remind everyone
Currently, Motorcycle TV only uses this YouTube channel
To communicate with motorcyclists
Share experiences about motorbikes
In the future, I will also set up Facebook, Fanpage and Yalo
About Motorcycle TV
I hope you will support and accompany me
In order to bring videos about motorbike repair
To the motorbike lovers
As well as help some motorcyclists and enthusiasts
Get closer to this profession
As well as this hobby
That's the introduction of today's video
Today I will make a clip
Talk about the activities of Rele Sinyan and Rele De
Don't think that this electric circuit is simple
I hope you will watch this video from beginning to end
To understand some of the electric circuits
As well as the fastest operation to check the circuit
Don't have to spend a lot of time
I will introduce the circuit to you
And then I will go deeper
I will guide you to determine the cause of the circuit
To understand the circuit
Now I will talk about the topic today
As you can see on the screen
This is the operation of a Rele Sinyan
I will simulate a battery and a Sinyan terminal
I call it Sinyan terminal
Or call it Rele Sinyan
Battery and light system
I skip the switch system
I talk directly to this Rele
As you can see
When there is an electric current for Rele
When I put out a light bulb
It will light up slowly
I put on a light bulb larger than the previous one
This Rele Sinyan will light up faster
The signal will be faster
You see
It will light up faster
When I remove the light bulb
This Rele will stand
This is the Rele Sinyan Jim
For Rele Low
When a light bulb is lost, it is still bright
For Rele Jim
When a light bulb is lost, it is still bright
Why do we say this
This may be due to the fault of the manufacturer
And it is very impossible to fix this problem
To cover these details
Let's talk about the main issue
Don't worry, when you go to this power supply chain, you will go straight to FE, BGMF2
I will go straight to I-LINK STOVE and even go to ABS
I will guide you from low to high, to the sensors
So I have all the power supplies
For example, I have ECM, IC, power cables, etc
I have everything I need to guide you
So don't worry, I have a lot of things to show you
So it will be easier for you to understand
About the signal
As you can see, I have drawn a diagram
In the previous clip, I also talked about this diagram
This is the signal of Honda and Yamaha
For Honda, the battery will be connected to two red and green wires
The red wire will go straight to the lock
When you close the lock, the signal from the battery will be transmitted to the black wire
The black wire will be connected to the relay
This is the relay
This relay has a black wire and a gray wire
This is the relay of Honda
The gray wire will be connected to the signal switch
In this switch, there are three pins
The first pin is gray, the second is orange, and the third is blue
The orange pin is on the left, and the blue pin is on the right
There is a funny saying to help you remember the Honda's signal
The orange pin is on the right, the blue pin is on the left
Remember that sentence, you will remember the Honda's signal
The electric current will go from the red wire to the black wire
The black wire will be connected to the relay
When you turn the switch to the left, the gray wire will be connected to the orange wire
The orange wire will be connected to the black wire
The orange wire will be connected to the relay
For the jeans on the car, when we remove a light bulb, it may not light up
It means that the relay does not light up
Or even when we attach a LED light bulb, the relay does not light up
Because it is a mechanical relay
If we want to use a LED light bulb, we have to switch to an electronic relay
To understand the electric current of the wires and the electric current of the LED light bulb
I will talk about some of the bands
For example, there is a car coming to the store or at home
The car is turned on and off, but the light does not light up
First, you have to check
First, I will use a VOM meter
I will set the meter to 12V 1A
My watch is 20V 1A
And I will measure the electric current for the black wire
And the voltage of the battery is 12V
If this wire does not have a 12V signal
It means that the signal from the lock of this relay is broken
Or the car is broken
For some cars with a signal system
I have to check
First, if all the signals are off
Then I have to check the input of the relay
If this input has a signal
Then I will check the output signal
With a 12V meter
You can also measure
But this is because it uses a circuit in this
It controls the electric current
It changes the current
If you use a measuring watch, it will be more difficult
So I will use a test light
I have the equipment to repair the electric car
I need a tail light
I need to prepare 2 items
First is a magnet
Second is a tail light like this
Let me try the signals
I will put one end of the tail light in the gray area
And the other end of the tail light in the negative area
If I try the tail light here
The tail light shines
It means that this relay has a power signal
Then I will continue to check the power system
If you try here
The tail light shines
Don't rush to conclude that this relay is broken
For the relay machine, if you try with one tail light
I'm not sure if it works
Because the current of a tail light is not enough
So that the relay and the inside can understand
Understand that it has to turn off
So you need 2 or 3 tail lights
When you check the gray area
I will check the switch
I check the middle of the switch
Does it have a power signal?
If it has a power signal
It means that these 2 legs are not connected
If these 2 legs have a power signal
It means that these 2 lights have to shine
Why?
If I assume that this tail light is broken
It will not shine
But the clock light will shine
And the right tail light will shine
Because if the tail light is broken, it will only be broken on one side
If you are logical
I will check the circuit
If I turn on the signal
Signal on the right side
Good signal
No signal on the left side
Then it is broken in this switch
This switch is not powered
Or this orange signal cable is broken
Then I will check the signal line on this side
If you turn on the switch on the left side
Bright enough
The switch on the right side is bright enough
But the clock light is not bright
So there is a problem with the signal to this clock
Then I will check the clock light
That is the elimination method
And if these 2 lights are bright
But the 2 clock lights are not
Then the matrix inside the clock is out of signal
So the clock light is not bright
And if you see the clock light is bright
The tail light is bright
But the front light is not bright
Then maybe the 2 front lights are not bright
Then it is out of matrix
Because usually the lights like the clock
It will use the same matrix
The front tail light will use the same matrix
The tail tail light will use the same matrix
So if you notice
Both tail lights are not bright
But the tail light is standing
It means that the front tail light is standing
It is not dead
But the tail tail light has no signal
It is not bright
Then I conclude
If the left side is not
Then there is a problem with the left side
And if both sides are broken
Then I conclude that the matrix is broken
You guys imagine
I explain on the schedule
It is like that
For the Yamaha fast
It will be different in the color of the wire
The Yamaha car
The matrix of it is no longer green
But it is black
The signal cable from it is still red
But the cable behind the lock is brown
And the cable behind this relay
Instead of gray like Honda
It is white brown
In addition, the left signal of it
The left side is brown
Almost the same as the brown cable behind the lock
And the right side is dark green
The principle of operation is the same as the Honda signal
This is the signal
Now I give an example for you to see
I give an example for you to see the signal
When I attach a relay
I attach a relay
The black leg is in the frame
Then I put the gray leg
Put it through the switch
Then the switch turns on the signal light
If there is only one light
The light behind is broken
Or the light behind is broken
Then it is not dead
Not sure if this relay is broken
To decide if it is broken or not
I will insert another light
To show you clearly
I will insert a second light
Here
This is a second light
I will use one leg to attach to the mat
The other leg attaches to the lamp
Then I also have a third light
I will use the third lamp
Let me show you how it changes the sound.
Two light bulbs.
I put the gray one in.
I connect the power source to the relay.
Can you see how it changes the sound?
If the signal is here, the light bulb is blinking.
If this light bulb is blinking, it means it's on.
If this light bulb is on, the two light bulbs change the sound.
If there is a light bulb number 3, it will change the sound faster.
The electric signal will work faster.
If there is no electric signal, the light bulb will not work.
In the future, I will try to make it on the board.
So that my brothers can observe more clearly.
If I do it by hand, I don't have a switch to hold it.
Sometimes it's a bit loose.
Now I will adjust the light bulb.
I will adjust the light bulb of the light bulb number 3.
This light bulb has a problem.
The light bulb is broken.
I will put a light bulb number 3 in here.
The light bulb number 3 is here.
I connect the power source to the relay.
I connect the power source to all three light bulbs.
The light bulb is if it is broken.
Now I connect the power source to all three light bulbs.
The regular one is not enough to connect.
This red light is the phone's lightsaber.
When I change the light bulb.
If I change the signal light back, it will be brighter
Now I will put the clock light on
I will try to put the clock light on
It will blink slowly
The two light will blink slowly
It will blink very slowly
When I put the clock light on
It will blink faster
Can you see it?
So I have talked about the signal light
From now on you can use your brain
To find out how the broken signal light works
You can figure it out
Next I will talk about the relay light
The relay light
In the last lecture
It has many applications
It can be used in a lot of applications, such as turning off the machine, turning on the lights, and so on.
People can use this relay to connect a xenon light bulb, or people can use this relay to connect a led light bulb.
That's normal if you need to charge a lot of electricity.
This is the structure of a relay.
I drew it on the map.
As I told you before, a relay has 4 legs.
The 2 main legs are for receiving signals from the battery.
The 2nd leg is for the device.
Why do people use this 4-legged relay?
For devices that consume a lot of electricity, such as xenon lights and motor devices,
when we use it, it will generate a lot of current.
So if we use it directly, it will easily heat up the wires.
That's why most of the wires that come to the device are large cables.
In this relay, these 2 cables are always big.
The hole is very big.
It's much bigger than these 2 signal cables.
These 2 cables are a red cable.
This red cable is for the battery.
The white red cable is for the motor device.
These 2 red cables are always charged.
The white red cable is not charged.
In this relay, there is always a cool source.
It's always cool.
The wires are always cool.
Or it's always connected to the signal.
But most people will always let it cool down.
Why?
If the wires are always connected to the signal,
it's like a long light bulb at home.
If we have a cold switch,
and we put a hot wire directly into the light bulb,
the electricity will be reduced.
So no one does the job of connecting a hot wire to the wire of this relay.
Because when you do that,
it will reduce the age of this relay.
So people will always let this relay cool down.
And the signal will be separated by the switch.
The switch is controlled by the red wire to the switch.
The switch will connect the signal to the black wire.
For the Yamaha motor, the signal is to the brown wire.
And then this electricity signal,
when it passes through the switch,
it will go to the yellow-red wire.
This yellow-red wire sends a square signal to the wire inside the relay.
Helps keep this relay cool.
When the switch is closed,
the motor is always connected to the motor frame.
The motor will rotate.
And when the switch is released,
the motor will lose the signal.
Because the wire stops working,
and the switch returns to its original position.
So now,
for this relay,
how do I do it?
Before going into the details of the relay,
let me go through this document.
I will show you the operation of the relay.
Now, let's assume
this is the motor relay.
This is the motor relay.
It has a swing and a swing.
The swing is the orange wire.
The swing is the blue wire.
The swing signal is taken from the red-white wire.
I take it from the red-white wire.
The swing signal is connected directly to the motor frame.
On this relay, there is a black wire.
I will connect it to this green wire.
I send a signal to it,
to the motor frame.
To the motor frame.
I send a signal to the motor frame.
Then, the swing signal
will be taken directly from the motor frame.
That means it always has a swing signal to the relay.
That's why this relay
is usually placed near the motor frame.
This relay is always near the motor frame.
The position is like this.
Then, when the switch
is connected to the motor frame,
the light will be on.
The light will be on, right?
Now, let's try
to use a broken relay.
This is the inside of the relay.
Actually, this is the
four-legged relay.
Let's open the relay.
It looks like this.
This is the inside.
There is a metal clip
inside the rubber.
It is actually
the four-legged relay.
Can you see it?
It's just a four-legged relay.
This is a broken relay.
Let's open it.
Now, let's try to plug in the broken relay.
Come here.
Let's plug in the broken relay.
Okay.
Let's plug in the broken relay.
When I plug in the power,
the light is not on.
The relay is not closed.
That means the wire inside the four-legged relay
is broken.
Okay.
Here,
I also have
another type of relay,
which is a circular relay.
For the old generation of
I will show you
an example.
It works like this.
These two main poles
are directly connected.
I will connect the signal
of the circuit of the device
directly to this pole.
Okay.
This is the signal of the device.
The signal of the circuit of the four-legged relay.
I will connect it to the device.
I will plug it into the battery.
Okay.
This is the signal of the circuit.
The yellow wire is the signal of the circuit.
I will
find a
short-circuit wire.
I have a short-circuit wire.
This is the
signal of the circuit.
The signal of the circuit of the relay.
Right?
The signal of the circuit of the relay
is connected to the battery.
It's connected.
The yellow wire
will get a pole of the relay.
Okay.
The rest of the wires will be directly connected to the battery.
But in order for this relay to work, the signal receiving pin has to receive the signal
Can you hear it?
But because it doesn't have a power supply here, the light is not bright enough
Let me show you
It's receiving the signal
It's receiving the signal but it's not bright enough
What does it mean?
Even though this relay is still working, but the two contacts inside this relay are oxidized
So it can't communicate
This relay is also damaged
We don't use a VOM watch to determine if this relay is alive or dead
For example, let's measure the voltage
I'm measuring the voltage
I'm going to measure the voltage of the cable
This signal cable is 168.9 ohms
Now I'm going to measure the signal of this round relay
This round relay is the damaged relay
I'm measuring the signal of the cable
There's almost no signal
So this round relay is damaged
But I don't know how it's damaged
When I tested it, there was still a sound of electricity jumping inside the relay
I have to know the cause of the sound of the relay so I can measure the voltage
It's still jumping
But when I measure the voltage, there's no voltage value
So this relay is also a damaged relay
In such a complicated situation, the relay still jumps
I don't know why the relay is damaged
So what should I do?
To fix the problem when the motorcycle is out of order
I have to press the stop button
The motorcycle can't stop, the motor won't start
In high-end motorcycles, the motor will start from this side
For example, this cable will go through the stop button
And the motorcycle will go through the stop button
It will start from this side
Let's talk about the motorcycle
When you can't stop the motorcycle
First, you have to check if the relay is jumping
When you press the stop button, you can hear the sound of the relay
Is it jammed?
It's jammed like this
For example, I put a good relay in
The signal is jammed, it sounds very clear
It sounds like this
For example, I press the stop button, but I can hear the sound of the relay
It means that the signal from the stop button to the relay is jammed
So why is the motor not running?
Then you have to decide
You will use a small pliers to pierce these two legs
Or you can use a stick or something
But don't touch it
Because the electric current goes through the relay
If you touch it directly, it will be pierced
So you will stick these two legs
See if the stop button is running
If you stick these two legs in, the stop button will run
So the decision is to damage this relay
If you press the stop button, but there is no signal
Then you have to check if the relay is jammed
Is the signal from the stop button to the relay jammed?
Is the stop button running?
If you hear the sound of the stop button
We will connect these two legs directly to see if the stop button is running
You can use a small pliers to pierce these two legs
Or you can use a stick
But don't touch it
Because the wire is very hot
It is easy to burn your fingers
When you pierce it like this, the stop button will run
The stop button will run means that this relay is damaged
Then you just have to replace the stop button
If you pierce it directly like this
There is power to the stop button
But the stop button does not run
So the first reason is that the wire to the stop button may be broken
It is jammed
I will measure and see if the signal from the stop button to the stop button is clear
If it is still clear, then I conclude that the stop button is out of power
Then I will replace the stop button or the stop button is burned
Those are some of the problems in today's video clip
I want to send to you
Today's video clip is mainly about measuring the transmission
Actually, the value of these relays is nothing to measure
Mainly, we measure the transmission of the wire
In the next video clip
I will talk about the charging system of the motorbike
Basic charging as well as high-voltage charging
Charging of Honda
This is the charging of Honda
Green tail charging
Green tail charging is the charging signal of the 1-phase bridge
Green tail charging is the charging signal of Yamaha
1-phase bridge charging is the charging signal of Honda
I still know by 2 chargers
I know it by Honda and Yamaha
2-phase bridge charging is the charging signal of the old Atilla
2-phase bridge charging is the charging signal of the new Atilla SWM
New Yamaha or Exciter
Some motorbikes use 3-phase bridge charging
I will talk about measuring the charging signals
I will guide you on charging
For those of you who are really passionate
I should look up this topic
Because this is the first step, just like when we are sick,
when we know how to prevent the disease,
for example, we cough, why do we cough?
We can tell the doctor, because yesterday I ate hot food,
or I drank a lot of ice water, I coughed.
The doctor knows the cause,
they will find the correct treatment.
When we understand this principle,
we know exactly the disease,
then we can contribute to the hospital,
help them fix the car faster,
or we take care of the operating principle,
then we will solve the problem of the car disease faster.
For example, you understand, you solve that problem in 5 minutes,
and those who don't understand,
just keep on coughing, coughing,
that line of coughing,
sometimes it takes a whole day,
but instead of having a taxi,
you only have 35,000, 30,000, or 50,000,
fix it in a whole day,
it's a pity for your job.
Actually, I really advise you,
if you are really passionate about your job,
you should spend time to learn to improve,
learn more,
for example, painting, I know a little,
electricity, I also know the basics,
engine, convenience, wiring,
the type of goods I cut, I should know,
so that if the convenience store is closed,
or something has a problem,
then I can also interfere with the problems
quickly and quickly,
to make my job more convenient.
As for if you are really passionate about your job,
you should invest in it a little,
but if you are conservative,
I can do it, then I don't teach,
then I only advise sincerely,
if you are a teacher,
you should temporarily learn,
learn online is fine,
learn online,
apply is fine,
should learn,
learn knowledge,
so that I can improve my job.
Today's video clip,
I only have a few problems,
so I hope you will continue to follow
this chain of electricity,
because you don't have to comment
that I guide,
guide the super high,
such as Islington,
APS,
because I will go in order,
from low to high,
and I also have clips,
when I hit the road with some cars,
I will also film,
I will post it for you,
but I advise you to go in this order,
hold the basics,
when it comes to higher levels,
I will understand,
and now I will go in,
review the last time I went in,
about the ICFE,
I just said it simply,
the IC of the old Clip Airblade,
22 feet,
this IC is 22 feet,
now I suddenly review the last time I went in,
I said about this IC,
for sure some basic people don't understand,
or the IC of Exciter,
this Exciter has 12 feet,
you see,
12 feet,
now I review the last time I went in,
I said about this IC,
I gave up,
so I will go basic,
so please sympathize,
if you know,
I will refer to fun,
then what I am wrong,
you can comment below,
contribute your opinion,
so that in the new clips,
I can correct,
I update directly,
for those who are passionate,
people understand,
we share experiences,
and those who do not know,
I will find out more,
thank you for always accompanying,
and support Motorcycle TV,
see you in the next clip,
because now I have a job,
I will update this video regularly,
maybe a few videos a week,
for you to update continuously,
hello and see you in the next clip,
thank you.
