And the fifth one is Rivasolaban. So these are the 5 medicines that are still available in a prescription for treating COVID-19 at home. However, we have to understand what each effect of each medicine is like. And when we use it, and when we are not allowed to use it. Because even in this prescription, this is one of the prescriptions that is being applied when a patient is treated at home. A prescription like this will be issued. However, we usually only issue 3 medicines on top. The 2 medicines on the bottom will have to be very careful before we apply 2 medicines like this. That is Desamethasone and Rivasolaban. So here we will see that the first one we have is Monupiravir, 400mg. This is considered to be one of the anti-virus medicines. That is, it has an effect in treating COVID-19 at the moment. So this is one of the drugs that we know a lot from before, right? When we have a headache, we take this drug. When we have a fever, we take this drug. When we have a stomachache, we take this drug. When we are injured, we take this drug. Because this is the drug that will help us reduce pain and reduce fever. So this is the drug to treat the symptoms. So if we have a fever above 38 degrees Celsius, we can use this Faracetamol. However, there is one note when using Faracetamol. If we use too much or too little, it will lead to a state of increased meningitis. That is, the liver cells may be damaged when we use this Faracetamol. So what do we see here? There is a note that it can be repeated every 4 to 6 hours if there is still a fever. What does that mean? That is, when we have a fever, we will take a dose of 500mg. But if we drink it and don't have a fever, we can't continue drinking it. We have to wait another 4 to 6 hours before we can continue drinking it. Avoid the case that if we drink it right away, it will be too much. And when it penetrates the liver, it will damage our liver cells. It leads to a state of increased meningitis. This is one of the notes when we use Faracetamol. It is one of the drugs that is widely used. But what do people remember? It affects the liver. If we don't have a fever, we don't drink it. But if we have a fever, we have to drink it after 4 hours. This is the second drug that we have. This drug is widely used in many of our medicines. We can buy these products very easily. We have a third drug in this list. It is vitamin and multivitamin C. When we are infected with the corona virus, one of the things we need is immunity. Vitamin is one of the products that helps us boost our immunity. Especially vitamin C. So we have multivitamin and vitamin C. In this list, we are advised to drink it twice a day, once in the morning and once in the afternoon. Normally, the amount of vitamin C in medicine is 500mg. That is Rivarosaban. Or if we don't have Rivarosaban, we can replace it with Apisaban or Dabigatang. So what is this group of medicines? This is a group of medicines related to antifreeze. It is a group of medicines related to antifreeze. Because what do people see? What is one of the risks of COVID-19 death? That is the problem related to the freeze. Ah, our freeze. And that is a mutation when we are infected with COVID-19. That is, pregnant women, women giving birth, people who have some diseases such as high fever, and diseases that are easy to cause bleeding. Why? Because the dexamethasone will protect the cytokine. However, there is a risk that it will inhibit the immune system. And when it inhibits the immune system, it will lead to high fever. So in cases of high fever here, we will not use antifreeze. We will need to follow or have the guidance of the doctor, or we will have to combine it with other medicines to avoid such cases. Or we have diseases that are easy to bleed, right? We have diseases that are easy to bleed, but we drink antifreeze, it makes the risk of bleeding more dangerous.
