Hey guys and welcome to another one of my daily cocktail vlogs.
I think I'm up to about day maybe 75.
So today I'm going to show you how to make a Bloody Mary.
I'm going to be straight up, full disclosure, I've had one sip of a Bloody Mary in my life
and that was about 10 years ago and frankly tomato juice scares the shit out of me.
I'm not a fan of tomato juice but today's going to be an opportunity so I can try and
make another one, try and make a really good Bloody Mary and give it a taste.
So start by rimming the edge of your highball glass or in this case this is a cooler glass
it's got a really big capacity and then roll in celery salt.
So this is a celery salt mix that I picked up.
It's got salt, onion, garlic, pepper, celery so it's all nicely seasoned, perfect for a
Bloody Mary.
So next up you want to pour 60ml of vodka, so today I'm using Absolute and add that straight
into your cooler glass.
Then I'm going to fill the glass with ice.
Now fill with tomato juice and 3-4 dashes of Worcestershire sauce, 3-4 dashes of Tabasco,
depends how much you like your heat.
A little bit of salt and pepper.
As I said this has already got some salt and pepper incorporated into it but I'll crack
some as well, the more the better.
And roughly squeeze in some lemon juice and garnish with a celery stick.
So I do have some friends that absolutely love Bloody Marys, they swear by them.
So this one's for you Adam and Craig, there's a Bloody Mary, cheers.
