In part 1, I've already shown you how to set up the paper size on the printer. Now I'm going to show you how to set up the paper size on the computer. But before I do that, I'm going to measure the paper size that I want to print. After that, I'm going to download the printer's driver. You can go to the website macintopquay.vn or Google to download the driver. After you download the driver, go to the Trend Panel tab and select Define and Printer. This is my Xprinter 470B printer. Right-click on the printer icon and select Printing Reference. Next, go to the Base Setup tab. There is no paper size that I want to print, so I'm going to create a paper size by clicking on the New tab. The paper size that I want to print is 60x40cm, so I'm going to enter that size. Next, I'm going to enter the file name. For example, I want to print this piece of paper, so I'm going to enter the file name. I'm going to skip the left and right tabs, because this piece of paper is too small. Next, I'm going to click OK twice. Now that I'm out of the screen, I'm going to right-click on the printer icon and select Printing Reference. Next, go to the Options tab. The Use Current Printer Settings tab is already selected. Next, I'm going to drag this bar to the right. Dragging this bar to the right will make the print more accurate. Usually, it's OK to drag it to level 13 or 14. Now, I'm going to click OK, and the print will be printed.
