He gave me a chance to visit this building and share with you guys. First of all, I would like to thank him for letting me visit this building. At first, I was going to record a video directly. However, in order to avoid the noise affecting the working atmosphere, I did not record directly in this part outside the door. There will be some images in the house that I will record directly for everyone. Now, I am walking in the 1st floor of the H4 building. As shared by Duong, this building may be rented by a company to be used as a shopping mall. For example, Big C may rent this 1st floor to be used for business. Dong Quoc Binh Housing Project is a social housing project in the form of BOT. This means that Hoang Huy Financial Group will be responsible for building Dong Quoc Binh Housing Project. After the construction is completed, it will be handed over to Hoi Phong City. Hoi Phong City will also provide Hoang Huy Financial Group with another land in a certain location in the city. Hoang Huy Financial Group will use that land to reinvest in business. This is related to many people asking me if they can buy and sell Dong Quoc Binh Housing Project. Therefore, in this apartment, I think that the maximum number of people living in this apartment is only about 4 people. Now, let's go to the smaller apartment. Apartment A with an area of 48 square meters. In terms of basic design, it also includes a living room, a dining table and a kitchen. The kitchen in the 48 square meter apartment is smaller than the 57 square meter apartment. Maybe you guys are a little uncomfortable standing here. And through the kitchen, we will go to a bedroom. There are 2 bedrooms. A large bedroom with a toilet inside. A small bedroom for children without a toilet inside. Please note that this is a model apartment. Therefore, Hoang Huy has set up some furniture in here. And when we move in, we will have to install more furniture. For example, a TV, a fridge, a stove, a table, a chair, a bed. With a volume twice as large as the elevator to transport people. And next to the 2 elevators to transport goods, we can see a hole. That hole is the corridor to escape. In my observation, this corridor is quite spacious. And I think there is enough space for us when necessary. Is this corridor for parking? Yes. What is the area of this corridor? 10 square meters. But do you think it's enough to park the whole building here? 2 floors. Is there a corridor like this on the other side of the building? Do you park the car here or only this side? It's the same design. It's quite strange. I don't know how much space there is. Between the elevators. This is the hole. If we pull it, can we pull it up? Yes. If we pull it, can we pull it up? Yes. Hai Phong now has a lot of towers. And this is the part of the tower that people often see. But normally, people only see the upper part. And this is the lower part. It's in the building. It's like this. Its base. After visiting the whole round of Hoang Huy's house in Cuc Binh, namely the H4 building, I have some comments to share with you. First, in terms of design, I think the apartments here are quite harmonious. And the living space is enough for 4 people. Please note that it's only for 4 people. And secondly, in terms of safety, related to issues such as fire protection, and in case of emergency, in terms of understanding, for a normal person, I feel that with what I have seen, it's enough for me to feel safe living here. And the third issue is also an issue that many people are concerned about, which is how to own an apartment in Hoang Huy's house in Cuc Binh. As I shared with you in the beginning of the video, Hoang Huy's house in Cuc Binh is a BOT project, that is, Hoang Huy Financial Group will take responsibility for the construction of these apartments, and then it will be handed over to Hai Phong City. Hai Phong City will give the unit to Hai Phong Housing Company to manage. And besides, Hai Phong City will also give Hoang Huy a piece of land in the city for Hoang Huy to reinvest and use. That said, Hoang Huy will not be able to buy and sell apartments here. So how can we own an apartment in Hoang Huy's house? There is only one way until now. There is only one way, that is, we find people who are divided into these apartments.
