I am Jimma. I am Russian. I study Vietnamese martial arts.
I am Saha. I am from France. I study Vietnamese martial arts.
I am Olivier. I am from Switzerland. I study Vietnamese martial arts.
I am Romain. I am French. I have been studying Vietnamese martial arts for 15 years. I love Vietnamese martial arts.
I am Philippe. I am from Switzerland. I study Vietnamese martial arts.
I am Pasha. I am from Russia. I study Vietnamese martial arts.
My name is Gia Nguyen. I am 16 years old. I was born and grew up in Berlin, Germany.
I love martial arts because I want to learn more about my country, Vietnam.
In modern history, Vietnamese martial arts have been exported since the 1940s.
Through many ups and downs, Vietnamese martial arts has not stopped growing in size and organization, creating many breakthroughs abroad.
To date, there are more than 500 training centers, street martial arts, Vietnamese martial arts clubs, and thousands of martial arts practitioners,
martial artists, and Vietnamese martial arts trainers in more than 50 countries and territories around the world.
It is indescribable, but martial artists have come together to fight for human rights,
contribute to the development and promotion of Vietnamese martial arts abroad such as Nguyễn Đức Mộc, Hàn Bái, Đoàn Tâm Ảnh, Trần Tiến, Mai Hội Kỳ,
Phi Long Vị, Trúc Văn Bảo, Lê Kinh Hòa, Phu Vân, Hồ Hoa Huệ, Nguyễn Công Tốt, Trần Nguyên Đạo, and many other martial artists and trainers.
The martial artists of Vietnamese martial arts abroad include Tráng Sĩ Đạo, Võ Kinh Vạn An, Tinh Võ Đạo, Sơn Lòng Quyển Thuật, Tây Sơn Võ Đạo, Việt Võ Đạo, Việt Vũ Đạo,
with a great appeal to attract many Vietnamese students and foreigners who love Vietnamese martial arts.
Vietnamese martial arts are becoming more and more popular in many countries and is an interesting bridge connecting Vietnamese culture, country and people with the world.
Among the martial artists of Vietnamese martial arts abroad, there are many examples.
However, there is one name that no one can ignore.
It is Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc.
Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc has been dead for a long time.
However, he brought a talent from Bắc Ninh to France for a long time and passed it on to many martial artists in France.
The mark of Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc is the mark of the founder.
Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc and Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc
Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc
The old time I did martial arts, and my father returned from Vietnam.
My family has a strong history of martial arts.
The Master Nguyen Duc Moc was born in 1913 in Bo Son village, Bac Ninh province.
The Master Nguyen Duc Moc had seven brothers and sisters.
All the brothers and sisters in the village practiced martial arts at that time.
Because he was very good at martial arts,
his father and uncle decided to send him to Ham Long Pagoda to study martial arts.
During the French Revolution, which in France is called the Middle Ages, martial arts were banned.
The government always watched very closely.
Therefore, the masters always taught in secret, mainly on the mountains.
Practicing and teaching martial arts was very difficult and dangerous.
When the Second World War broke out from 1939 to 1945,
at that time, the French government decided to recruit more soldiers and send them back to France for training.
The northern provinces at that time had to provide young adults.
Therefore, the Master Moc was light and strong,
so his family decided to send his brother to France to join the French army.
That's how he left.
After the Second World War, the first battles of the French war in northern Vietnam took place.
Therefore, the French government decided to send the Le Duong and Angeyri troops to Vietnam.
And when our Master learned of this news,
it made him think that he could not fight with his brothers, relatives, children, friends, and even the people of his country.
That made him think a lot and decided to leave the French army, but still in France.
At that time, he had never had the intention to teach martial arts or open a martial art school.
It was a coincidence that he started teaching martial arts.
At that time, he was a worker in the Renault car factory, a Moc machine.
At that time, there were 5 to 6 people, even more.
I remember incorrectly, wanting to protect him and attack him because he was Vietnamese.
At that time, people were not satisfied with what was happening and despised Vietnam.
So he used his martial arts to defend himself and against all opponents.
Very quickly, he beat everyone up like magic.
Some of his colleagues witnessed and were very surprised.
He explained that it was a family martial art, a local martial art of my country.
They asked to learn martial arts.
At that time, he began to accept a few people with the commitment to learn according to the style of Vietnam.
He founded the International Federation of Vietnamese Martial Arts in 1957.
The French Federation of Vietnamese Martial Arts wants to say that Vietnam is present in the world,
is free and independent, and has its own martial art.
The real name of the martial art is the legendary Sơn Long.
With the logo as a dragon, with the claws facing forward and three mountains at the back,
it is reminiscent of the mountains that he practiced martial arts in his hometown in the past,
when martial arts were prohibited in French times.
In the student protests against the war in France,
when students were told that there was a Vietnamese martial art teacher teaching martial arts in Paris,
immediately more than 30,000 people came to apply to study.
It was really a very big wave at that time in the hearts of young people and university students.
Westerners do not have the same spirit and thinking as Vietnamese people.
He used his martial arts to create a simpler practice method,
restructuring the style to suit the spirit and thinking of the French at that time.
He encouraged everyone, especially me,
because he was a very moral person, a person who had a wonderful way of moving.
And until now, I have never seen anyone as good as him.
He was really a great martial artist.
He was really successful when he knew how to teach Westerners.
Master Moc explained clearly that a martial artist needs to have a good spirit and morality.
If a martial artist is only good at martial arts but has no morality,
it will always pose a danger to others.
Therefore, morality and martial arts must go hand in hand in the same direction.
And that is the main value of Son Long Quan Thuat.
Everyone has faith and follows his teachings,
always with a spirit of practicing martial arts with morality.
In any case, he did not point out, but he did everything and was not afraid of anything.
That made me crazy.
I observed him, how he did,
he did everything step by step and was not afraid of anything.
The next thing I saw in him was the way he taught us.
Because according to him, martial arts was the next step of education.
And especially with the students close to him, he was very tolerant.
We tried to see what he did, observe him and do what he did.
When we have faith, faith in martial arts, faith in everything,
then everything can be done.
Our orientation and manhood is loyalty, wisdom and morality.
This is always mentioned regularly.
He has the position of my father.
He taught me to respect.
He respected me and I respected him, respected everyone.
He was very kind to everyone, he was a very moral person.
He taught me how to behave properly.
It's a bit difficult to say.
His wish is that if possible,
he can bring his son back to his homeland in Vietnam
to be able to be close to his father on the land of the ancestors.
As I said, he never thinks for himself
and only in the end, he has solved everything.
Because he thinks for the future and has told us three things.
First, he wants us to bring his son back to Vietnam.
Second, he wants us to follow Vietnam with martial arts.
Third, he wants us to take good care of the younger generation.
Vietnam's Great Martial Artist Nguyen Duc Mong
Ladies and gentlemen,
the story of the great martial artist Nguyen Duc Mong
has come back to life again.
He was the one who brought the national martial arts to the world
and spread the seeds of martial arts to the land.
And so, his students did not stop developing martial arts to many places
and then came back to Vietnam to drink Vietnamese water,
to learn Vietnamese martial arts,
to develop martial arts at its origin.
In terms of its origin, it is the tradition of the Vietnamese people.
Through martial arts, it is passed down, adopted,
and absorbed into the blood of foreign students.
And it is also a lesson in morality,
humanity, and the strong spirit of Vietnamese people
that is adopted and spread all over the world through martial arts.
Martial artist Olivier Barbet was born and raised in Switzerland.
Now, Olivier is living and working in Gilles, France.
This is also the hometown of Sarah Barbet, his wife,
who fell in love with Olivier during martial arts training
at a legendary martial arts school.
Now, Olivier Barbet is the deputy mayor of Gilles,
about 70 km from Paris.
Olivier is responsible for ensuring social security,
youth education, and preserving the traditional cultural values of the region.
He is considered a person who is very proud of traditional values,
especially the good values of morality, cultural integrity,
This is what Olivier Barbet was deeply influenced by his teacher,
the former martial artist Nguyễn Đức Mật.
All those good things have been shown in each martial arts training
at Olivier's martial arts school.
Before each training session at his martial arts school in Gilles,
the teachers were all strict, low-key,
thinking of the teacher according to the Vietnamese custom.
Taking morality as a foundation,
taking intelligence as a guide.
The teachings of Mr. Mộc are always respected at the martial arts school
and are a guide for everyone to follow.
Martial arts is no longer ordinary hand and foot movements.
Martial arts here is martial arts,
it is the spirit of humanity to follow the high moral values.
I am French, but I have a heart,
a sincere heart, a morality like the Vietnamese.
In general, I only have the appearance of a European.
What I remember most is that the teacher always taught
that martial arts is not to show yourself
and show everyone that you have martial arts,
but martial arts is to strengthen people,
know how to defend and protect the weak.
Since I learned martial arts in Vietnam,
I have learned how to respect the opponent,
not to hurt them.
I also learned very beautiful martial arts techniques,
and learned to master my strengths.
With a passion for martial arts
and respect for the values of martial arts,
morality, and life experience that the past teachers have passed on to me,
Master Olivier always strives to continue
following the path that the great Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc has led.
And that is also the reason
why he decided to temporarily stop working in France,
and bring his family to Vietnam to live for a year.
Learn how to live like Vietnamese people,
experience Vietnamese culture,
and exchange martial arts
to absorb the traditional martial arts of Vietnamese people.
This is also the advice of the great Master Nguyễn Đức Mộc
to his beloved students.
Our teacher always asked us to be close to Vietnam.
For me, this started in 1989.
I have been to Vietnam maybe 10 times,
11 times, or more.
I don't remember exactly.
My idea, as well as that of my brothers,
is that I and Sarah, my wife,
come to Vietnam
so that our passion is always kept true.
That is Vietnamese martial arts.
Therefore, we are in harmony in life in Vietnam.
As I said, you need to drink Vietnamese water,
eat Vietnamese rice, look at the Vietnamese village.
Hello!
How much is a bowl of rice?
20,000 VND.
20,000 VND, OK.
Thank you very much.
Since August 2017,
the family of Olivier Barbet has come to Hanoi.
Despite some difficulties,
they have quickly integrated into life in Vietnam
as a Vietnamese family.
It's difficult to communicate.
The only thing I regret is that I don't know how to speak Vietnamese.
It's very difficult to communicate with people here.
That makes me a little sad.
We want to live like everyone here.
It's like a dream.
And I want to experience that with Olivier.
I'm really happy because there are a lot of people here to help us.
The fact of coming to Vietnam,
the fact of being able to exchange...
We come to Vietnam to interact with martial artists in Vietnam
and care about the history of the country
because martial arts and Vietnamese history are connected together.
All Vietnamese history is built together with martial arts.
And if we are outside,
we only see the actions
and think it's as simple as a sport.
But martial arts are much deeper than that.
I feel that every day here,
I understand more,
I never get bored,
and I will go much further.
I'm sure, for foreign martial artists as well,
they can come to learn about Vietnamese culture
because it is very important.
It is life.
When we welcome a foreign martial artist to Vietnam
and he comes to Vietnam as a person of origin,
a person from Germany, a person from Europe,
to come to Vietnam as a person of origin
to do things related to Taoism,
we are really touched.
I think this is a person
who has the deepest impression.
I think it's his characteristic
or his true martial quality.
When a person from Europe comes to Vietnam,
he is like a person from Asia,
just like Vietnamese martial artists.
Whenever they have free time,
they come to visit Master Nguyen Duc Moc
in the hometown of Bac Ninh.
Every time they visit,
the whole family comes together
to take care of Master's grave
with all the sincerity and deep gratitude.
Every time,
at Master's grave,
Olivier the martial artist tells the two boys
that there is a Vietnamese name
given by Master Moc,
which is Duc and Tin.
They listen to the stories,
the memories of Master,
Olivier's second father.
With Olivier and Sarah,
as well as the martial artists
of the International Martial Arts Federation
Son Long Quyen Thuat,
they want to open martial arts in Vietnam,
bring Muon Fai back,
develop at the source,
as a way to thank the teachers
who gave birth to Muon Fai.
We want to build
and open a branch in Vietnam
and develop something really simple here,
like a bridge of Son Long Quyen Thuat,
so that foreign martial artists
can come here and learn more
about martial arts and culture.
After a lot of effort,
from October 2017,
the first Son Long Quyen Thuat martial arts school
in Vietnam
was opened in Bich Cau, Hanoi.
Olivier and his wife
teach martial arts directly.
The two boys
are also helpers
to help their parents,
martial arts,
the martial arts techniques
after nearly a century
in Europe,
are now brought back to their hometown
by the will of foreigners
who love Vietnam.
In the process of teaching
and learning martial arts in Vietnam,
one of the biggest challenges of Olivier
is how to approach
with a systematic process,
scientific,
about education and theory,
to teach martial arts
to foreigners better.
Because foreigners
need to have a good standard,
plus Vietnamese cultural elements
are shown very clearly
through martial arts.
If there is no scientific process,
it will reduce
the appeal of Vietnamese martial arts
and Vietnamese identity.
Olivier's struggle
is also the struggle of many Vietnamese martial artists
teaching traditional martial arts to foreigners.
Building an international curriculum
for Vietnamese martial arts
requires many factors.
The media
is full of scientific theories,
Vietnamese culture
and foreign language skills.
Nowadays,
there are very few people
who know these factors.
There is a master
of the Vietnamese World Martial Arts Federation
for many years,
with his talent and determination,
has been to many countries
to spread Vietnamese martial arts.
He is considered
an internationalized Vietnamese martial artist
by English teaching.
I am also one of those
who are lucky enough
to go abroad
to teach martial arts.
I am also lucky
to teach martial arts
to a relatively large number
of countries.
They love Vietnamese traditional martial arts,
so I have the opportunity to teach them.
I think it is an opportunity
and a fate
to get in touch with them and spread.
I love Vietnamese traditional martial arts.
I want to spread the essence of Vietnamese traditional martial arts.
I don't think
the Vietnamese World Martial Arts Federation
or the Vietnamese National Assembly
has to do anything for me.
I do it for the Vietnamese World Martial Arts Federation,
I do it for Vietnamese traditional martial arts,
I do it for society,
and I do it for my country.
I can be a brick,
or half a brick,
so that I can build
the foundation of Vietnamese traditional martial arts
more and more.
That is the most honest meaning
of my life.
Master Truong Van Bao
was born and grew up in Da Lat city.
Now,
he is the international master,
vice-general secretary,
and vice-president of the Vietnamese Traditional Martial Arts Federation.
He is a Vietnamese master
who is often invited abroad
to teach martial arts.
Until now,
he has been to dozens of countries
from Asia, Europe,
America, Africa,
and Australia to teach traditional martial arts.
Learning traditional martial arts since he was a child,
his passion for martial arts
always encouraged him to study
and practice traditional martial arts
as well as famous foreign martial arts
such as karate, taekwondo,
jiu-jitsu, aikido,
and sambo.
He is one of the few
Vietnamese martial artists
who has more than
a high level of international martial arts.
He sees martial arts as the same root.
Like many branches of a tree,
he learns more foreign martial arts
to better understand his own martial arts.
From there,
he analyzes, studies,
and compares with Vietnamese traditional martial arts.
Master Truong Van Bao
was one of the first people
to translate Vietnamese traditional martial arts
into English.
He successfully translated
many Vietnamese traditional martial arts
into English.
This helped many foreign martial artists
to practice Vietnamese martial arts
more easily
and to love traditional martial arts more.
For foreigners,
it is difficult
to learn
foreign martial arts in English.
Why is it difficult?
It is difficult because
you have to learn
Vietnamese traditional martial arts
based on Vietnamese language.
After that,
you have to switch to English.
If you want to learn Vietnamese traditional martial arts,
you have to learn
based on Vietnamese language.
When you switch to English,
you have to know
English,
translate,
and understand
the meaning of traditional martial arts.
You have to understand
the meaning
of Vietnamese traditional martial arts
and what it means.
You have to be able to translate
so that foreigners
can learn
and understand
Vietnamese traditional martial arts.
They will accept you.
Now, there are many foreigners
who learn Vietnamese traditional martial arts.
It is not only about
fighting on the stage
or beating each other.
It's not like that.
They learn Vietnamese traditional martial arts
from a different point of view.
They learn Vietnamese traditional martial arts
from another point of view.
They learn
Vietnamese traditional martial arts.
That's why they exist
and they have a place
in the international school of martial arts.
Each technical
and knowledge of
Vietnamese traditional martial arts
In our tradition, we call it Thieu, and in our martial arts, we also have the word Thieu.
What is that word Thieu?
That word Thieu is the word that guides, explains, and interprets the message left by our ancestors.
It contains the principles of life, the principles of human life, the principles of human life in life.
It's not just about martial arts.
If you want to learn Vietnamese martial arts, you have to understand the Vietnamese martial arts.
You have to understand the Vietnamese martial arts to learn it.
After that, you have to be good at Vietnamese.
You have to be good at Vietnamese to be able to translate it into Vietnamese.
After that, you have to be good at Vietnamese to be able to translate it into English.
For example, Hùng Cây Quyền is a Vietnamese poem.
It was written by Mr. Nguyễn Lữ, the creator of Tay Son.
It's very Vietnamese.
But the title of the poem is a poem with 7 words and 8 sentences.
It's all in Vietnamese.
For example,
Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
Song túc tề phi trảo thượng sung
Trấn ải kim thương như bạch thổ
Thủ quang ngân kiếm tựa thanh long
The first sentence is Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
For example,
If you don't know Lưỡng kê means two chickens,
how can you translate it into English?
Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
The real meaning of Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
is two chickens clashing against each other.
How can you translate it into English?
You have to translate it as two fighting cocks.
Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
The real meaning of Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
is two fighting cocks.
Lưỡng kê giao nạp thủy tranh hùng
For example,
Song túc tề phi trảo thượng sung
Song túc tề phi trảo thủy tranh hùng
Double legs or two legs
flying simultaneously
Cung bay lên một lần
To kick
Upside
Ví dụ như vậy
If you translate it like that,
the foreigners will understand.
Với câu thiệu mà chúng ta diễn tả
Thế đánh và kỹ thuật của kiếm
Hữu môn thượng mã
Kiếm ngang chân mày
And when I teach foreign martial artists
or instructors
I explain to them
Hữu môn
is the door on the right
The right gate
Trên ngựa means the high position
It means the height
We can say high position
People understand
Hữu môn thượng mã
And kiếm ngang chân mày
It means the sword
Parallel with the eyebrow
The sword will be in front
Parallel with the eyebrow
People will understand
When I explain
And at the same time I practice
I demonstrate that movement
The technique of the sword
It will be clear in my martial arts
To the right
Now jump
It's very good for your
Repeat many many times

It's difficult but I'm not a problem
It's difficult but not a problem

It's not correct
It's correct like this
You have to say yes
Which means you can

In Vietnam
They used to be freedom fighters
The MMA style
Freedom fighters
I have some French students
They are MMA fighters
They come to learn martial arts
They like martial arts
But it doesn't mean
They don't have the level of competition
To learn with us
So what do they learn in Vietnam?
The first thing
They are very satisfied with the history
Of Vietnamese people
Almost 5,000 years
In every era
There are heroic heroes
The martial arts of Vietnamese people are martial arts
To fight against foreign invaders
Keep the country
Build the country
Foreigners learn
They are very satisfied
And the culture of the Vietnamese people
Stubborn
Elegant
Is a peaceful nation
Vietnamese people are peaceful
If it falls into a war situation
Must fight
But my spirit is
Elegant
The martial arts of Vietnamese people
Fight very bravely
But Vietnamese people
Are very gentle
Foreigners
They also like
Vietnamese martial arts
We are like that
Martial artist Truong Van Bao
Is regarded as a bird
Never stop
In his career
Bringing Vietnamese martial arts to the world
Accompanying him in the long journey
Is the original knowledge of martial arts
Passion
And pride
Of a Vietnamese national
And this
Encourages him to become a male
Attract foreign martial artists
Come to Vietnam to learn martial arts
When I stand in front of a classroom
Thousands of martial artists are foreigners
I am Vietnamese
Before going to class
Those thousands of martial artists
All
Proud
I am proud
Not that they are proud of their own
But they are proud of the martial arts
I am teaching
I am proud of myself
At the same time
I am proud of my country
And actually
Those who learn martial arts
Of Vietnamese people abroad
After that
After they practice with martial artists
Abroad
In Vietnam
Teaching martial arts abroad
Some of them come back
Vietnam
They find the source
They find the teachers
Including me
Every year
They spend some time there
They come back to Da Lat
They come to learn martial arts with me
To improve
The story of Chương Văn Bảo
Shows that nowadays
Many foreigners come to Vietnam
To learn martial arts
In fact
There are more and more Vietnamese martial artists
With high level
And impressive style
Attract foreign martial artists
To come to Vietnam
To practice martial arts
They are the ones who export Vietnamese martial arts
To the world
My name is Dima
I am from Russia
I came to Vietnam
To study Kung Fu
With Mr. Toan
I was born and raised in Hanoi
And I was trained
In a sports school
My main job was a football player
And after that
I was assigned to Ho Chi Minh City
To train the football of Ho Chi Minh City
The distance from Hanoi
Along with the memories of Hanoi
Along with the familiarity
Of Buu Dien Phai's family
I have some pictures
Of Buu Dien Phai's family
In Vietnam
And I became a collector
Without knowing
Those memories
Those pictures
Grew up
My collection grew more and more
Along with those 5 months
I also grew up a lot
In the process of training
Vinh Xuan martial arts
And was fortunate enough
To meet Mr. Ngu Si Khuy in Hanoi
And also
After separating from Hanoi
I moved to Saigon
Along with the practice
Of that loneliness
All those efforts
It brought me
A long process
And all those 3 jobs
Until now
Still continue
To be by my side
Martial arts and art
To Tran Hau Tuan
Are both art
An art
Towards beauty
The graceful
Full of courage
Of a martial artist
Martial arts, according to him
Are not just movements
But it is an art
About movement
Towards beauty in the soul
Humility in behavior
And comfort in thought
Martial arts
Is a movement
Using the human body
To express the cultural level
Of each person
My teacher taught me
If you want to fight
You don't need to move
But if you want to help
You have to learn
And martial arts
Is a symbol of peace
Actually martial arts
Is to protect peace
To protect
To enjoy
A happy life
Martial arts
Is not to fight
Or to win
Anything
Martial artist Tran Hau Tuan
Approaches martial arts
From the point of view of the US and Japan
Towards physical liberation
And thinking
His martial arts
Has the philosophy of Zen
To let go
To liberate
Martial arts
Is to protect people
From all kinds of
Anger
Hatred
This creates
The attraction of Tran Hau Tuan
To foreign students
They come to him
To practice martial arts
And absorb
The profound experiences
Of the Eastern culture
We have friends in Vietnam
Who know Mr. Tuan
They told me a lot about him
In 2000
We met Mr. Tuan
To learn martial arts
Since then
We always wanted to meet him
And go to him
He taught us to grow up
To stand on our own two feet
To become the real people
In the place where we live
His greatest joy
Is to see us succeed
Like people
With beautiful personalities
That is the most valuable thing
That I learned from him
When you meet him
You will understand
That you have found
The source of knowledge
You have learned
What he taught you
And you learn
A lot of things
Look at the strength of the body
So
They are eager to practice
The supernatural
The Eastern martial arts
The martial arts
That hide
The things
Then rely on breathing
Rely on martial arts
Qi Gong
Makes them
Completely free
Open all the channels
And close
A lot
Open a lot
During the training process
They feel their body
And when they are allowed
To move freely
We bring the freedom
Into the training process
The small circles
The small details
And the changes
Up and down
Down and down
When they can follow
Those tricks
They change very fast
There is a very special
Requirement
To be very soft
To relax
When we are soft
And relaxed
Our body is completely
Pure
Makes all the obstacles
Muscles, bones
All gone
Then
Your techniques
Are completely free
It leads to
When you
Meet contradictions
Based on contradictions
We don't prepare
And when we meet
We let go
And we switch
How the opponent
Punches
We follow them
How they punch
We disappear
They can't find us
We let go of everything
This is very important
There is a difference
In the structure of the body
Of Vietnamese and Europeans
Our arms and legs are longer
Our body ratio is different
He studied
Our body structure
Observed our movements
And from there
Adjusted the technique
To suit us
And he used
Our strengths
To bring it
Into the program
He taught us
We study martial arts
As a transference
And learn about
The transference system
Learning this transference
Science with him
We are like
Researching ourselves
And understanding ourselves
We take advantage
Of our own strengths
To demonstrate
The best of our abilities
When learning martial arts
With Mr. Tuan
Foreign students
Learn from him
Things that
Are often not
In the books
Witnessing Mr. Tuan
Teaching martial arts
To the blind
With all his patience
Perhaps Pavel
Has learned more
From his martial arts
From himself
Those are lessons
From the experience
And feeling
From the inside
Of each person
What I see today
Has taught me
To understand more
About my martial arts
It's not just martial arts
It's a whole
Of movements
Helping people
Who don't see the light
Develop themselves
And feel free
He has helped
People who can't
Move by themselves
See nothing
He has helped them
To be more useful
In this world
The most important thing
I see
Is that he
Is always a simple
Free person
He communicates
Naturally
No matter
Whether he is
A big boss
An official
Or a normal person
Or a blind person
As I see today
He is open to everyone
And that is the most important thing
That I have realized
When observing him
He is open to everyone
He is patient
With each student
He is close
And respectful to everyone
Dr. Tran Hong Tuan
Has brought to
Foreign students
The familiarity
When he comes to the street
The brief moments
When he meets the students
Has brought
A very natural
Connection
Between foreign students
And Vietnamese people
And Vietnamese culture
The first impression
Is that he is living in Vietnam
But his personality
Has crossed the border
Of Vietnam
And it is thanks to
His love for the teacher
With his martial art
That we have
A love for Vietnam
With Vietnamese culture
It is amazing
When people see each other
As brothers in a house
It is a warm relationship
Between people
With people
With Pa Ven
And Dimitri
And many other students
Of Dr. Tran Hong Tuan
From different countries
Every time they come to Vietnam
They practice martial arts with the teacher
And feel Vietnamese culture
They all come back to Vietnam
With many beautiful impressions
Many of them
Become martial artists
The teachers continue to teach
Martial arts knowledge
Learned from Vietnam
To many places
In the world
Ladies and gentlemen
I am present
In a martial arts practice session
Of Vietnam
In Paris
Of France
The session
Has the participation
Of many martial artists
Students from
Many different countries
But all come here
To practice together
Under one roof
Martial arts
Vietnamese traditional martial arts
The martial arts
The legendary Sun Long
Is the first martial arts
Of Vietnam
Developed abroad
Since the 1940s
Of the previous century
The legendary Sun Long martial arts
May be quite strange
To Vietnamese people
But to many countries
In the world
And especially in France
And Europe
The traditional martial arts
Of Vietnam
Is quite famous
And developed
Nowadays
The martial arts
Have more than
200 martial artists
In Europe
The martial arts
Are developing
In France
Switzerland
Italy
Austria
Belgium
And Germany
In France
There are about
30 Sun Long martial arts streets
From north to south
The big cities of France
All have the appearance
Of Sun Long martial arts
Like Paris
Marseille
Nantes
Saint-Étienne
As well as other cities
And small towns
Faith
Is the foundation
For us to treat each other
Like brothers in the family
Martial artists
Work together
So the development
Of martial arts
In France
Or abroad
Became much simpler
We have developed
A lot in 5 countries
And after that
Just 2 years
There are 8 more countries
Nowadays
In many places
In Europe
Vietnamese martial arts
In general
And Sun Long martial arts
In particular
Have established their position
And are developing
Strongly
Vietnamese martial arts
Have Vietnamese spirit
Vietnamese culture
Merges with
The flow of the world
Culture
Merges
To spread
The beautiful values
Of Vietnamese people
Not only to international friends
But also to help
Foreigners
To be more proud
Of their nation
To be closer
To their roots
For me
It's good
To encourage
Our young people
To go back
To learn
Vietnamese martial arts
It's good
I discovered
Vietnamese martial arts
Here
At first
I wanted to learn
To protect myself
I used to learn
Japanese martial arts
Then I wanted to learn
Something related
To my origin
French
And European people
Really like
Vietnamese martial arts
So I think
I really like
Vietnamese martial arts
Because I am
Vietnamese
And it's a way
To prove
That I also
To go back
To my roots
Son Long Quan Thuat
Also developed
Deeply in Switzerland
This is the hometown
Of the martial artist
Olivier Barbet
The current head of Bonfai
And the martial artist
Philippe Clement
Who contributed a lot
To promoting
Vietnamese martial arts
All over Switzerland
Currently
Bonfai has 17 martial arts
In Switzerland
Especially
Son Long Quan Thuat
Has appeared
As a sport
Which is taught
And officially practiced
At the University of Lausanne
Located in the city of Lausanne
The capital of the European Olympic region
For the first time
A Vietnamese martial art
Has appeared
In one of the most famous
In Europe
And the world
At the University of Lausanne
We have more than
85 different sports
And among them
There is Vietnamese martial arts
There are more than
4,000 people
Registered every year
And there are a lot of activities
Held in our center
We have more than
400,000 entries per year
And among them
There is Vietnamese martial arts
For 15 years
Vietnamese martial arts
Have always been
In our training program
We are trained
By the values of the people
We, Bonfai
Have worked a lot
And seriously
And have developed
At Lausanne
We have a lot of students
And the students
Also help us a lot
Now we still
Teach martial arts at school
And have sports projects
With schools
At the international level
Even competitions
For the Olympic Games
Starting from the martial artist
Nguyễn Đức Mộc
To his students
As well as many
Vietnamese and foreign martial artists
Have continuously
Worked hard
To make Vietnamese martial arts
Stronger and stronger
Abroad
That is the path
That they follow
With all their passion
Love
And respect
Not only developing in Europe
But now
Bonfai Xuan Long Tuyen Thuat
Is also present in Africa
And right after this
We will talk about
Vietnamese martial arts
In Burkina Faso
Burkina Faso
My name is Drabo Julien
My name is Julien Drabo
Because my father fought
At the border
With his commander
His name is Julien
He gave me this name
Because of memories
About time in Vietnam
He told us
About his memories
About Vietnam during the war
He saw a lot of dead women
And that really
Made him think a lot
And he chose the name
Julien
To remember
And not forget that
He has a wonderful love
For Vietnam
After the war
He came to Burkina Faso
When I read a newspaper
About Mr. Mong
The one who fought
For Vietnam
It really
Touched me
I saw his image
On the newspaper
And that
Encouraged me
To write to him
To ask to be
His student
He sent me
An invitation
And arranged a meal
For me at his house
In France
He took me
To the street
And started to teach me martial arts
When I came back
To Burkina Faso
I started to develop
And spread the spirit
Of humanity
And friendship
To Vietnam
Today we have
A lot of clubs
And we all
Keep the spirit
Of Mr. Mong
Burkina Faso
Is now ready
To welcome
Foreign friends
For any sports event
Culture
Or friendship
We are ready
We have a Vietnamese martial arts club
Recognized by our government
And Vietnam
And so
Gradually
Martial arts
Has developed
To many cities
And big centers
Like Koshimoro
Kaya
A lot
I don't remember all
And now there are
About 22 centers
All over Burkina Faso
Martial arts
Has been taught
In the university
That's why
Martial arts
Has developed a lot
Julian
Has been awarded
The sports doctor
Of the government
Of Burkina Faso
He deserves it
It's a great national merit
Julian
Has been called
The grandson of Mr. Mong
He taught martial arts
And regarded him
As a bridge
Between Burkina Faso
And Vietnam
With Julian
He learned martial arts
From Mr. Mong
When he came to Vietnam
A country
Where his father
Had a lot of experience
And he always
Came to
That became
A reality
Like a dream
The most important thing
That I have for him
Is love
And friendship
That he not only
Gave to his hometown
But also to other countries
We all
Belong to a big family
With him
There is no difference
Between black skin
White skin
Red skin
Etc
Everyone is the same
And that
Pleased me a lot
He gave me
To Vietnam
That I always
Dreamed of
I can see
A lot of things
In Vietnam
And that
Helped me
In my direction
That is
A big thing
For me
The merit
And contributions
Of martial artist
Nguyen Duc Moc
In bringing
Vietnamese martial arts
To international friends
The World Federation
Of Vietnamese Martial Arts
Has organized
An award ceremony
For international martial artist
For martial artist
Nguyen Duc Moc
In France
He was the first generation
Of martial artist
To bring
Vietnamese martial arts
To the Middle East
And today
His students
Have come here
To receive
The highest honor
Of a martial artist
In the village
Of Vietnamese martial arts
This is Paris
This is France
And this is
The place
Where Nguyen Duc Moc
Has
Worked hard
To pass on
His martial arts
To the French
For the purpose
Of
Humanity
So
The World Federation
Of Vietnamese Martial Arts
Decided
To honor
The title
Of
International martial artist
For
Nguyen Duc Moc
This
This level
Is the highest
Of Vietnamese martial arts
Vietnamese martial arts
So
Our current line
Is to continue
The work
Of Master Moc
As I have explained
He is the father
Of all the brothers
And we are very grateful
To him
And want to continue
To practice
So
We always try
To maintain
And develop
The martial arts
So that everyone
Can come to practice
Learn good things
And share everything
In the most friendly way
And I wish
From the bottom of my heart
That
Master
Our master
A great master
Deserves
This gratitude
Because he is a very important person
And we also try
To do our best
To remember him
A citizen of a country
If there is no pride
In my heart
For my nation
For my country
It is the symptom
Of an extinct nation
For Vietnamese
To teach Vietnamese martial arts
Abroad
They also have
The pride
Of the martial arts
That they teach
In particular
And their nation
And their country
In general
Our students
Know all about
Hai Ba Trung
About Thanh Long
About the edification
Of Vietnamese country
To spread
Vietnamese traditional martial arts
To France
And to all countries
Around the world
I think this is
Very important
Because this is
A very good channel
To introduce
About culture
About the country
And Vietnamese people
In general
I love martial arts
Of Vietnam
I love martial arts
Of Vietnam
I love martial arts
Of Vietnam
