To expand my ring collection, I've created a new design featuring 10 carats of diamonds. In this video, you'll witness the entire process of crafting the ring, from start to finish.

I have acquired a rare set of diamonds.
Ten carats, which I cannot sell.
So, I need to turn these stones into this ring.
Now, I'm going to let you into a little secret.
This is not how I usually start this process.
I should have had a completed design first,
so I had a plan and a layout to follow.
But I don't have time because I'm flying out of London in two days.
I have no other option than to make this ring
from a picture in my mind.
Which may or may not work out.
Right now, you're watching me make the under-bezel.
The seat of the centre diamond.
When making a diamond ring, everything is made from this part.
All diamonds are slightly different,
even if the cut and carat are the same.
By hand-making the bezel and working with the stone,
it's what makes handmade rings so special.
Over ready-made mounds or computer-generated.
With the under-bezel completed,
I now need to make the same part for the other ten diamonds.
Before I soldered them all together,
you would then start seeing the shape of the ring come together.
I just wanted to say, making a ring without a design
is something I've not done in a long time.
But it's just how I imagined it.
A real statement piece, which is now part of my collection.
This ring has been made from natural diamonds,
and it's the only one.
I also have another five set of stones to make five identical rings.
But this time, using lab-grown diamonds,
which is now available for pre-order.
Link in the description.
So thank you for watching.
And here is the final finished ring.
