According to the latest survey from clever real estate 82% of recent homebuyers, have buyers remorse due to one aspect or another of their recent home purchase. That is way too much in my opinion and it's proof that people are not thinking before buying houses. They're just jumping in with FOMO and worrying about it later, this is going to have big impact on the future housing market as these remorsed buyers sell sooner than later.
