Hi guys and welcome back to the Maurer Brothers. Today with a super special and charming property
with rolling mountains and the backdrop of it a cortijo
with charm of charisma. It's going to be our joy to show it to you. Let's go!
Guys smash that like button if you enjoyed it, if you feel the charm and the energy
and if you simply love this Spanish sort of cultural home. Now what I find fascinating
about it, you'll be seeing it, you have Spanish tiling on the roof, a proper cortijo style home
and the surrounding of two and a half hectares is just breathtaking. Now to the facts and bits and
bobs about the property tour. We have a garage extension to my left, space for two to three cars,
you can actually build additional bedrooms there and an entire drive-in which is very elegant for
you to use. Let me show you in more detail what I'm talking about. Now before you enter the house
this is where you probably take off your shoes. You've got a bench set up here, antique looking
console right here exactly Patrick and of course the last minute check
in the stylish and classical mirror whether you look countryside enough. Let's go inside!
All right, so this is the entry for you. We have three bedrooms of which two are found taking a
staircase here and 340 square meters of built area and just here the entry for you. We also
have a guest toilet of course and a bench made wooden dining table. You wouldn't actually expect
anything else in a cortijo style home and just there the access point out to a super nice patio
and of course the swimming pool. But we're not getting there yet. Let's now look at the living
room area first. This would be your lounge area right in front of your fireplace just there. You
can really hear the fire crackling, setting a nice mood and of course a add-on which is just here.
Massive couches to be quite honest, really big ones, coffee table and another couch there and of
course vaulted ceilings and a lot of natural light coming in. That sums it up with this room. It has
everything you need for a nice comfortable afternoon, sipping your tea in front of the fire
or simply reading a book here. Now let's go upstairs. Two bedrooms are there and a little mirador which
is the viewing point. Let's go! The landing and of course two bedrooms. This one being number one
traditional bed and bed framing, vaulted ceiling. Actually quite interestingly the one sink vanity
with the drawer setup is here. Just a very unique way of displaying it. I'll come to that later.
Just there we have the window opening, natural light coming in, rolling mountain views. It's
simply stunning. And of course the bathroom which is just here with the natural stone clad
and very interesting tiling. Now ladies and gentlemen that was bedroom number one on this
floor. Let's look at bedroom number two which is just across. Another bedroom and you get to see
that the style and the design is throughout. It's keeping that element of rustic and cortijo style
super nice. This staircase I'm going to be taking in a second up before a quick mention that we have
an ensuite bathroom there. This staircase takes us to a little viewing point from where we get to see
the entirety of the rolling mountains. Let's look! Let's finish off this level with the terrace which
we also have just there. Come on! Perfect place for your morning coffee, come tank in some sun,
breathe in the air. That's what it's all about to live in a cortijo. Surrounded by nature just to
simply be one with it. Love it! Now we head back down. We have one more bedroom, the kitchen to
show you and of course the beautiful garden and swimming pool area. Now guys let us know
in the comment section below what you think of this home so far. Now last bedroom is right here.
Now what we have here is an intermediate room. Of course we have closets, a big couch to sit down,
it's nicely carpeted out and the last bedroom would be just here. We have the vaulted ceiling,
the nice bed framing, another couch to fill the space out, a lot of windows,
luminosity coming in and of course this bathroom right here. Leaving the space I would like to
point out that we have a door that leads you to the patio here as well so you can access it easier.
Now this is a charming kitchen. It has recently actually been fully updated and what you see is a
nice combo between classic, traditional and high-tech. Appliances are by Miele but before
I jump into that, the detailing of this really old table which is also like your island to work
from is amazing. This table has seen more than I ever will and I think just adds charm to the place.
Now turning around we have a nice countertop area, the sinks, the cupboards and drawers above,
the induction is here. It's not an induction actually, it's a gas cooker. The extractor is
nicely mounted above and the entire kitchen has been done by a company called BANI.
Now moving forward we have another nugget which is just here. L'Archange, I think I said that right.
It's like a multi-functional gas cooker right here which also has an oven, two ovens,
here like a grill section. These things are very expensive, traditional and beautiful and I also
like the tiling on the backdrop here. Superb! Now just there, coffee machines, another oven,
the fridge would be paneled in nicely just there and that basically sums it up. But before we leave
outside, we also have a laundry slash dirty kitchen just there and this access point out to
your alfresco dining and also you get to see this cute little passageway to the circular
meditational area which you're seeing in the details right now. A fantastic space to enjoy
shade, relaxation. Let's look at the outdoors now. Come on! Charming place to eat alfresco.
Can you imagine coming here? You've got your outdoor dining table, have your breakfast,
your afternoon lunch or even a romantic dinner. It's also partially covered and best of all,
you've got your lemon trees here and a fantastic antique door that you're looking at and this is
just the personification of a cortijo style home with all its charm. I'm loving it and I'm super
happy that it is just authentic to say the least. Now ladies and gentlemen, let's have a look at the
pool area. It's that way. Now this passage is also nicely decorated with olive trees.
You are basically surrounded by nature and you'll be seeing more of that as I explain it
just by the pool. Here we have another dining possibility. This is the place you would actually
come in summer and enjoy not just food but beverages. Maybe sit down, read a book but
actually no, not reading a book because just here what we have are two lounge chairs. You can
literally come sit down, read a novel. Talking about novels by the way, Ronda was a hub for romantic
or spanish romanticism and even Ernest Hemingway was inspired whilst living there to write the book
For Whom the Bell Tolls and I think that's pretty neat and you can read that book if you haven't yet
right here. Cool, let's continue. Just there we have the swimming pool. Let's have a look at it
and what a fantastic passageway this is because right up front we've got the rolling mountains,
we've got Sierra de las Nieves, the mountain of the snow and you just look at nature and it's
stunning. Now this entire place feels like it's a plateau, like it's lifted up, elevated, giving you
the possibility of enjoying that sort of view on a constant basis. A little gazebo here. We've got
couch and lounge chairs to enjoy your cocktails or you can simply jump into your swimming pool
which is right there and I love the views. Can you imagine lying here, sipping on a cocktail,
enjoying the setting sun, the summer afternoon warmth. That is simply amazing and living in a
cortijo. That's what it's all about in my opinion, embracing nature. Now ladies and gentlemen, thank
you so much for tuning in. It's been a real pleasure to have you guys watch our YouTube channel.
