Fitbit Charge 6 Won't Turn On FIX | Steps to Troubleshoot

hey guys so today I'm going to show you what to do if your Fitbit chart 6 will not turn on I have been charging this Fitbit chart 6 for about a week with different Chargers ordered multiple Chargers and it will not come on I've only had it for 4 months and it hasn't suffered any physical damage so there's no reason why I shouldn't be turning on so I'm going to show you how to troubleshoot this situation um and you'll want to grab your charger now on the charger there's a button which I didn't know until recently um you'll want to plug in this charger to either a wall charger or your computer and then you'll connect it the other end to your charge six like this so connect it and when it's plugged in you'll want to press this button here you'll want to hold it for about 1 second so hold Let It Go hold Let It Go hold Let It Go you need to do that three times within 8 seconds and then you should see the Fitbit logo appear on the screen if it doesn't work you wait 15 seconds and you try it again I'm going to plug in right now and show you what this is supposed to look like and here we go all right we're plugged in and connected and per usual putting the charger on the screen is not coming on now I'm going to press that button hold Let It Go hold hold Let It Go hold Let It Go and now we're going to wait 15 seconds to see if anything changes I just felt a vibration and wow it worked if you found this helpful make sure you hit that like button down below and leave a comment I'll also leave a link to a really cool charging dock that I've been using for mine so definitely check out that link as well and we'll catch you in the next video take care and as always have a good one
