Can a Pro Keeper Stop these DANGEROUS Footballs?

What happens when a pro goalkeeper faces seven very dangerous footballs?
Well today we're going to find out.
This is Connor O'Keefe, he currently plays for Macclesfield Town.
So Kieran's brought me down, apparently he's lined up some of the most dangerous footballs he can find.
Not content with hitting me with jabalanis and reaction balls, he's now brought out the big guns.
So I'll do my best, I'll keep them out, but I'm a little bit scared of what's coming up.
He'll be facing seven footballs that all pose a danger to a goalkeeper in one way or another.
First up, I've got him to rank the balls in order of difficulty to save.
Are you happy with that?
I'm happy with that.
Not happy, but happy if you know what I mean.
Once he was happy with his choice, we started off with a normal football.
And only when we score a goal with each ball can we move on to the next one.
No warm up, straight in.
Right, first up, normal football.
This is obviously going to be the hardest for us and easiest for Con, so let's go.
Cam from Power and Precision is also going to be taking shots with me,
because when Con is in goal, you need all the help you can get.
Mate, he's too good, isn't he?
He's a joke.
So obviously this was going to be the most difficult ball for us to score with,
because it didn't really pose any threat to Con, unlike the rest of the balls in the video.
But after 22 shots, I scored this unsaveable goal.
Oh!
You can't save them, to be fair.
I've got no idea where that shot came from, but now on to the first dangerous ball of the video.
And this was the one that Conor ranked as the least dangerous.
So you've said that they've designed it with the dark colours,
so that I can't really see when it's moving through the air, which should be good fun.
I mean, it's a normal football, normal size, normal feel.
It's just the colours that are a little bit darker,
so there shouldn't be too much difficulty with it,
but maybe a little bit more than a normal ball.
Right, the camo ball up next.
This is going to be really difficult to see,
and it's also pretty light, absolutely flying.
Oh my, that is so light.
Oh, I'm the first bit of trouble.
I might have got this order wrong.
So this camouflage ball was causing some problems straight off the bat.
The dark colours made it a lot more difficult to see,
and especially in this stadium, it was going to be a real challenge.
And whilst Con did well to keep the balls out initially,
it only took 15 shots before we were able to hit the back of the net.
So that's the first of the dangerous footballs done,
and already it was causing some problems.
But from now on, the balls will only get crazier.
We've got a ball that previously did this to Con.
We've got a ball that weighs one kilogram,
and we've also got this crazy football coming up,
which I'm super interested to see how he deals with.
But next up, we've got the triangle football.
The triangle ball.
I am surprised he put this so low on the list.
This could cause all sorts of trouble.
In theory, I understand you think it's going to be difficult,
but it's quite light.
It's going to be hard for you to kick it.
I don't think the shots are going to be perfect.
That's a good point, actually.
So I think I'll be able to get something behind it.
It will bounce horrible, but I've got confidence I can keep it out.
What's the tactics on this?
Are you going to play it in the ground, get it to bobble?
Yeah, I think that's it.
We've just got to hit it on the ground, Cap,
and then just hope for the best.
Right, normal football's out of the way.
We've now got some triangle nonsense.
Yeah, see, it's light, isn't it?
So it slows down.
The ball seems to bobble when it's going slower,
so if I hit it a little bit lighter, then...
Oh, that's a big save, getting down there.
Oh, my days.
I mean, I've got to know my key standards.
He's already hit two blinders, so...
Right, Cam, we've gone three rounds and hit three absolute worldies.
What have you done with Cam and Kieran, by the way?
Jeez.
Next up, we can't have a list of crazy footballs
without including the Jabulani.
My old friend, the Jabulani.
We've had many battles.
I feel like today will be another one.
So, yeah, good to see you again.
It should be fun.
You know what this thing can do?
We've just got to let it do the work for us, pretty much.
My old friend, the jab.
They've scored some good goals so far.
This one, this is my round.
Straight off the bat, this ball was moving like mad,
but Cam was dealing with it well.
Your consistency is very good.
Mate, it's easy with this bad boy.
It just doesn't work for you.
Big save, big save.
I've gone a lot quieter in this round.
And then, after keeping out around 12 shots already,
we have one of the most insane saves I've ever seen.
Oh, my...
Oh, my God!
What a save!
I was literally ready to celebrate that.
That could be the best save I've seen of the Jabulani so far.
And finally, after 21 shots, we got a goal with the Jabulani.
So, a lovely goal to end that round,
but now the next ball could cause some serious problems.
It's a football filled up with water.
This ball's not only heavy,
but will also have a crazy amount of topspin and dip.
It's almost as if you put, like, 100% topspin on it.
It starts high and it just drops,
so it's hard to really fly it.
This is where they start using the heavy footballs.
Got the water ball.
Not going to catch it, going to parry everything.
Strong wrists. Boom.
One thing we didn't think about,
although this ball was hard for Con to save,
it was also very difficult for us to kick.
It's funny because you can hear the sounds every time he saves this ball.
After 27 shots, we finally got a goal with the water-filled ball.
Oh, yes, Con!
One toe out the other side, come on!
Next up, we have the 1kg football.
Now, this could cause some serious problems for Con.
It's over twice the weight of a normal ball
and it's also very slippery.
It even says, do not kick on it,
but Kieran's going to wave it at me anyway.
Just like the last one. Lots of parrying.
Strong wrists.
But the problem is,
it's also going to be quite hard for me and Cam to kick it,
but I was still confident it was probably better for us overall.
Just listen to the sound of this ball hitting the boards.
That just shows how heavy it really is.
And I imagine it was quite painful for Con to put his body behind it.
Mate, it's so slippy as well.
That's it.
So, after about 30 shots,
Cam finally hit the back of the net.
My ankle is like...
Oh, it just sucks pain.
Well done, Cam. Well done.
Now, before we move on to the final boss of footballs,
we have the wobbly ball.
It basically just bounces in very unpredictable ways
and previously it did this to Con.
We need to be careful with this one
because it is actually very dangerous football.
I feel like the last three have been very dangerous footballs.
I started off just by trying to bobble the ball in,
but we were going to need something better than that to beat Con.
After many saves, we finally managed to get a goal with the wobbly ball.
This one's going to take an ear off or something.
It's just going to go all over the place.
I think it's going to move in the air.
I think it's going to bounce off the floor.
I think it's going to be horrible for you to kick
and it's going to be horrible for me to save.
Good fun for everyone.
Good fun for everyone. That's the big boss.
I have no idea what this one's going to be like.
I've never faced a shot from this football before in my life.
I don't think they've ever taken a shot with this football in their life.
A new experience for everyone.
Wowee.
Go on, kick a spot.
You don't understand how hard these things are, man.
Oh!
I think you guys won today.
Oh my word.
I feel like that's our best performance.
Some of the goals you've scored have been a joke.
Which ball was the hardest, you think, to save?
To be fair, the early balls were hard,
like the Jabulani, the camo ball.
I was worried what your feet would be like
kicking the one kilo ball in this absolute monstrosity,
but some great goals.
Well played. Fair play, boys.
Thank you, mate. Legend.
